Why doesnt Siam tours have a guide in PP?

Just ask one of the many Moto drivers I used hire a policeman and his bike for $10 a day. Maybe cost a little more now it was 10 years ago since I was last in Pnomn Penh.

yeah, somewhere at forums I saw post: when tourist asks police in police car "where I can rent car in Phnom Penh?", their answer was: "you can hire us with car for $25 per day, we will be your driver and security"

I just asked my taxi driver taking me from the airport if he can be my driver for two days of my stay there, he agreed quoting very reasonable price. I don't remember exact figure but it was VERY reasonable.
