Anyone know anything about Tour69 out of pattaya?

it says tickets are 1999 bt (apparently not the usual pre-sale discount) and food+drink is free(or rather included). Says ''party (foot)ball-shorts= kangkeng ball.

I think its ''meenakhom=march, thus must have passed long ago (not 100% sure, I always confuse those monthes when I am not there).
