Preparing yourself as a bottom

This question is probaly mostly to Ryanasia if he wishes to answer,but I put this in a separate thread in case others wish to answer.

 

Im not a very good bottom and mostly top.

I had a boy recently to my room who I had found out had unscrewed the shower head.

 

On asking why he did that he told me he had used it to clean inside his bottom.

 

I was quite fascinated by this and got him to show me.

It seems it only cleans the bottom part of the bowel.

 

Do others prepare similar to this?

 

Do you have to stop eating a lot?

 

And Ryanasia how did you prepare?
