Money changer opposite soi Twilight

Hey guys, does anyone know if the money changer on Surawong opposite soi Twilight is open? Always had a good exchange rate there but when I was there last time it didn't seem to be open, lights were on but no one in attendance

There is one opposite and one on the same side (jewelry and gemstones is their main business), past the Family Mart market at the corner. Both gave good rates whenever I used them. Their opening times are something like morning to 6 pm. Whenever I went to the bars, they were closed already.

is called Natty Gems and has always the best rates as long as I can see, not open on Sundays though
