williewillie Posted March 3, 2016 Posted March 3, 2016 The B- Boys whom many have admired, lusted after or simply enjoyed their 'break' dancing out on the sois or at several boy bars in Pattaya are missing in action. Only one is still in the group and all the others have been replaced by other Thai guys. We saw them preform twice in the last two weeks at Boyzboyzboyz . Both sets of twins, the head spinning leader and almost all the rest have gone. There could be a simple reason, maybe they are on tour, moved to Bangkok or elsewhere and it remains puzzling. firecat69 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 I have to think the money has been pretty poor in the Bars. XBoys rarely has that many customers and the Chinese sit on their wallets in Boyz. Of course it is possible the Bars pay them but I doubt it. Probably make much more on Walking street and maybe other countries. Quote

With only one original member, they pale in comparison to the award winning original group. The emcee at Boyzboyzboyz does give them a 100B. to start the tipping after their performance, but whether they pay more is questionable. I wonder what happened to the group. I should have asked trongbai who was in the audience last night as he's very knowledgable. Quote

My friend chatted with the leader and he told us he's in Bangkok during the week and in Pattaya on Saturdays and Sundays. Many of the original guys were performing as well. The weekdays B-boys in Pattaya are mediocre but the weekend guys are dynamite. The Boyzboyzboyz show was hot and a farang friend held the drum during the finale for Mr. Too big-too long. biguyby and vinapu 2 Quote
