jfarmer017 Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Is there a method for deleting a post? I read that there "may" be a delete option next to the "Quote" buttons on posts but do not see any such option. Is it is possible to delete a post after you have replied to a topic? Quote
jfarmer017 Posted August 16, 2015 Author Posted August 16, 2015 p.s. just realized this probably should have been posted in the Comments/Suggestion forum... Quote

Is it is possible to delete a post after you have replied to a topic? after you post "edit" button appears next to 'multi quote' button which enables you to deleted text , not a post itself but is active only few minutes , then disappears. Other option is to contact moderator using 'report' button and ask him to remove yours or anybody else' post. Quote
vinapu Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 thought you could edit/delete for a short time but I guess not "yes , we can" like Barack Obama used to say but only for a few minutes after posting Quote
Gaybutton Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Vinapu is right. A board owner can set the time limit for editing and/or deleting one's own post. On this board I think it's about one hour. After that, the icons for editing and deleting will disappear. TotallyOz 1 Quote
