(my underline) That means the boy sat next to you in a tank top, and from my last visit years ago I remember boy on stage are mostly in tank top. I won't pay a single Satang to watch boys in tank tops! #60's face and upper body are certainly appealing, but when I see his upper legs, the first thing that comes to my mind is (hairy spider): https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/98/Brachypelma_smithi_2009_G03.jpg/240px-Brachypelma_smithi_2009_G03.jpg

Thank you very much for your efforts. The document is not printer friendly, when printing on A4 paper, you need good eyes to read it. I suggest changing the format to use a bigger font next edition. There is a huge coming and going of Thai4Thai gay massage places, advertised in Thai language on Thai websites/social networks. But fortunately, those targeting foreigners are stable in number and location, only few closures and movings.

Man hunting in Bangkok - report of trip of June 2016
ChristianPFC replied to vinapu's topic in Gay Thailand
I'm different. I stand by my principles, and for the few cases I encountered lazy and demanding boys, I relish the memories of showing them their place. And it is indeed that combination "lazy and demanding", a boy who is just lazy but not demanding, I would send him away with standard tip or a bit less; and a boy who is good in bed and demanding, I would tip him more than average because I want to see him again. But lazy and demanding shall not be encouraged by ChristianPFC by caving in to unwarranted money requests. My favorite such encounter (not even sex, just gay disco with intention), shared before but so good, worth sharing again: One more “Walking ATM” incident that I had no place to report. In September last year (2013), I went to Fake Pub (near Chatuchak Market currently 2016 in Ratchada). It was packed, there were few other Farang and few cute boys. One of the cute boys was smiling at me and invited me to his table. He was dancing in front of me and grabbing my crotch. I was thinking feverishly if I would go with him, because seeing him from close he was not that attractive any more. Finally he asked me if I would contribute some money for their drinks. Now that got my brain spinning at highest speed. Money for drinks for a boy with whom I would not go to my room after disco? Maybe 100 or 200 Baht, for the sake of Thai-German friendship. While I was still thinking, he bursted out: “1000 Baht?”. “Sorry, cannot.” Thereupon the impression on his face changed: “Just go!” and he handed my my bottle of beer that I had put on their table. Made my day and I am still chuckling when I think back about this sudden change. -
Good post, but the first significant split of Christianity took place already in 1054 to split into Catholic Churches and Eastern Orthodox. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/East%E2%80%93West_Schism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Christianity

Man hunting in Bangkok - report of trip of June 2016
ChristianPFC replied to vinapu's topic in Gay Thailand
Thanks for your reports. Sorry to hear Playboy is closed, I spotted several cute boys and had massage with some in the past. If any member knows what's going on, please share. -
I used Superrich Silom once (at the crossing of Silom and Narathiwat Ratchanakarin road) and they asked for passport (didn't carry mine, they accepted ID card), made a copy. I had contact with three people before I got to the cashier.

I would guess dealing with police checkpoints is much faster and cheaper when a Thai is driving. I used google maps extensively (traveling with a Farang friend who was driving his car, I did navigation), and it worked fine and is free. I don't see need to buy a separate navigation system, but ask someone who can actually compare google maps with a navigation system. Or even better, start with google maps. Only downside is you need mobile data connection, whereas a navigation system doesn't (it just receives GPS satellites and has maps stored). I read somewhere there is a lot of paperwork to take a mocy across the border.

From map (this isn't Bangkok any more, this is Samut Prakan province) on name card, it's about 1 km from BTS, no improvement to previous location (I mean way from BTS to place). About 3 km to Erawan museum, about 10 km to Muang Boran (estimated). Safehouse sauna and State cinema are nearby (walking distance). http://christianpfc.blogspot.de/2015/09/safe-house-sauna-in-samrong.html http://christianpfc.blogspot.de/2015/09/special-cinema-5-state-cinema-in-samrong.html The Thai says "Fitness, reduce weight, ..., build muscles, ..., herbal steam, wash poison out of your body,..."

When I started work in 2013, I got healt certificate from Bangkok Christian Hospital for around 500 Baht from memory. The health certificate for membership in youth club was 60 Baht this year. Big hospitals with English names and English speaking staff will be more expensive than local doctors. The membership form might be in two languages, English and Thai, or ask someone to write down "health certificate" in Thai "ใบรับรองแพทย์" to show it to a doctor who does not speak English.

The Youth Center with swimming pool and indoor gym must have shower facilities. I am member in another Youth Center, you have to submit membership application, passport picture, copy of passport, health certificate (doctor basically checks if you are alive, price varies from 50 to 500 Baht depending on where you go). It's indeed incredibly cheap: 40 Baht per year and 15 Baht per day if I use the facilities. Everything clean and well maintained.

Prachachuen Soi is at the southern end of Prachachuen road, about 1 km from MRT Bang Sue. Somewhere around here: 13°48'33.1"N 100°32'04.2"E (when I insert link, it disappears) There are some saunas north (see my blog), and Chatuchak and other markets east, and the giant construction site of new railway terminal east. It's not that bad.

Regarding meeting the boy after work: too late for me in most cases. I like to be in bed midnight or 1 am, and not waiting for a boy to come 2 am. Regarding meeting the boy the following day: worked poorly for me in Bangkok. With their space-time coordination, I wonder how they manage to go to the bar. I offer 1000 or 1200 for boy to come to see me directly, after taking him once from bar with 1500 for short time in Bangkok, but success rate is poor (details in my blog). Going to the bar and paying a reasonable off fee is still the best option for me.

Sisaket and Lao border make no sense. It cannot be Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkol, the op would have noticed the giant chedi. (I have been twice, 2014 and last month, worth the trip from Bangkok.)

I went for running several times 2014-2016. Usually in the evening to avoid the heat and sun, but still have daylight. In one occasion in the morning (around 6 am - usually I am sound asleep, but I just happened to come back from sauna). There are public toilets (pay), but no showers I know of. Number of cute boys (by my standards) is very low, I can run one hour in Lumpini park and pass 1000 people, and not one cute boy among them, at maximum 5. There are indeed shirtless men at the outdoor gym who might appeal to some, but not to me. Monitor lizards are an interesting sight, and there are many cats, most of the tame.

If you pay 4000 or 3000 for long time, they label you as "rich or ignorant", and it doesn't surprise me that staff tries to extract higher off fees from you and pocket the difference. Bullshit and scam is everywhere! In August 2015 I asked about prices (I think it was after their first show): off fee 400, short time 1500, room upstairs 500 (in addition to off fee). When staff asked me if I want to take a boy, I said 1500 is too much for short time, and there seemed to be room for negotiation.

My (litttle) gay massage experience and my mistakes (and questions)
ChristianPFC replied to tatar's topic in Gay Thailand
Pretty much the same as my experienced (different places, different masseurs): very few who are good at massage and afters, some who are good at massage but not at afters (in which case I often spoil the good massage by so-so afters, but if you don't try you will not know), some good at neither. In situations like described, it's best to pay the exact amount to avoid confusion or give chance to short-change you. You are not the only one who is shy and pities the boy. A friend of mine finds it difficult to say no to outrageous money requests or requests for mobile phones. No problem for me (to say no to unreasonable requests). -
After eating asparagus, urine has a particular smell (can be as little as 15 minutes after eating asparagus that urine has that particular smell - personal experience), I didn't know about semen.

Random Phuket - Bangkok - Pattaya Trip
ChristianPFC replied to marcolastrauman's topic in Gay Thailand
I ask the boys the following questions: What's your name, how old are you, where do you come from (province in Thailand), how long have you been in Bangkok, where in Bangkok do you live? -
Suwannaphum district in Roi Et province, same spelling as Suwannaphum airport. The op didn't say if the shrimp were alive, in that case kung ten is the name of the dish. I tried it once in 2013 and found it not so much my taste. Do you remember the name of the wat? There are no gay bars* that I know of in Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, I would be very surprised if there was one in Surin or any other smaller town in Isan (smaller than KK, UT, UR and Nakon Ratchasima). *but gay saunas in KK, UT and UR

For me, the risk of losing the money is smaller than the fees I would pay by ATM withdrawal, thus I bring enough cash and have ATM only as backup. I vaguely remember there are ATMs that dispense up to 30 kTHB. Of course you have to consider your credit card's limits, my limit was 500 Euro which did not allow me to withdraw 20 kTHB. (This subject has been discussed many times on all forums and the information should be put into a wiki, maybe there is something out already on the internet that has all information about money withdrawal and exchange in Thailand in concise and up-to-date form?)

(Or variations thereof. I like "but don't show it in public or force it onto children".) I am aghast every time I read in the news that even our civilized countries discuss if the right to perform your religion is more important than human rights (circumcision) or animal protection (kosher slaughtering). For me, it's no question that the right to perform your religion has lowest priority. I hope one day religion will get the place it deserves: being equivalent to supporting a football team or being fan of musician.

I would guess in civilized/secular countries you can get married and buried or cremated without any involvement of the church. Where and how and how expensive and with or without church, it's all up to you. (I once read about a couple in Germany, they took bus to registry office, answered "Yes" to the relevant question, and then walked back home. No money other the absolute minimum, no church.)

"What do I have to do with this?" is exemplified by the following messages on Line I just received: (2000 refers to 1000 he borrowed already and another 1000 he wants to borrow, 29 is his pay day 29.04.2016) The cousin of a friend, half of Thailand qualifies! But in the past, I got most of my money back (some I probably forgot, but it doesn't matter to me), so I might help him again. But I told him a month ago that I will lend him any further if he shows me how he spent his money (25 kTHB per month, working 10 hours a day and 6 days a week there is not much time to spend that much money, and he doesn't drink or smoke or take drugs; a friends guesses he loses money by gambling), that will be revealing.
