  1. X-Size had a promotion drinks for 300 Baht when I passed on Monday. (Just a few years ago, normal drink price was 300 and promotion was 200.)
  2. I am impressed that they tech touch-typing in English. I don't know if it is taught anywhere in regular school, I took evening classes to learn touch-typing. I get the occasional Thai boy asking me to teach him English. After attending English classes at school for years without learning anything, they think I take out a magic wand and wield it, and suddenly, without any effort, he can speak English! Whereas the Burmese boy and the Lao boy in Klong Toey make some effort on their own to learn, and had some vocabulary before we met. I sometimes have the same problem with saying goodbye, when I don't directly go home, but meet another boy or go to a sauna, but don't want to upset the boy I'm saying goodbye to. I too took taxi to Sathorn (when the boy stood next to me and could hear what I say to taxi driver), and then diverted to elsewhere. But packing and checking out of hotel and getting on highway is the ultimate deception! You have to remember not to post on facebook, log in on gay dating, or online chat with others. I wonder if BurBoy got the info from somewhere that you stayed another night and had another boy. In Pattaya, it would be impossible for me to pull that trick, telling a boy I go to Bangkok to day and stay another night to meet another boy. You are too hard to MonBoy. Firstly, whatever time he goes to bed (let's assume 5 am), sleeping at 11am is ok by my standards. Secondly, I treat appointments as loose intentions to meet. If I had a Baht for each time a boy was late or no show, I could retire!
  3. Come on, we had a conversation as far as background noise and distractions in Soi Twilight allowed (a point I made before in this thread). I have been asked a few times by Thai boys who speak good English why I speak so slowly. I speak slowly even in German, and when I speak English with Thais, even more so to allow them to understand better. But with Thais I mostly speak Thai, and from other countries in SEA I get boys who speak good English, so these problems you (plural, numazu and samebb) describe don't apply to me. I do correct several of my Thai friend's spelling, grammar, pronunciation (after assessing if it is helpful), and as many members know, I occasionally do the same here on the forums.
  4. Probably not Philippines Immigration, but airline staff. Vouching and promising won't help in such case, they will ask for some documents.
  5. I have never been, reports I read are largely negative and being overpriced alone is a good reason not to go.
  6. Low season is from 1st of January to 31st of December every year.
  7. Promises in Thailand are worth as much as the air that carries the sound. I would not want to be that customer. Do you really speak with him that way? It makes me cringe to read. Do the boy a favor and speak standard English with him.
  8. Can you have a conversation there? I find it way too noisy, and the lights annoy me as well, to have a conversation in Silom Soi 4 or Soi Twilight. And when someone on the adjacent table starts to smoke, then I'm out!
  9. Mobile phones or other recording devices are forbidden in all saunas I have been to.
  10. The new library on Ratchadamoern and a new place Chang Chui on Nonthaburi side of the river are on my list.
  11. I have similar interest (straights, construction worker, rough trade), just slightly different type and just wanking, not sucking.
  12. I was not asked for copies, anyway they took pics/vids with their phone, except for one who used my camera because it has better lense, and then copied to his phone. Where are such videos sold? I see some amateur porn in Line groups, mine might end up there?
  13. Reading that list gives me a shudder (of disgust) and is reason enough not to enter the bar. Only missing is "Sex Bomb" and I would run a mile to get away!
  14. I occasionally take pictures of the boys, no extra payment. I prefer underwear over nudity, but the one or other was so quick to get nude, I took some nude as well (before telling him to put the underwear back on). Only few refused. I has happened three times this year, but never before, that boys asked to take pictures and even video of us during sex. A new trend?

  16. For the drink it's clear, they expect you to pay for it. I had it elsewhere in Boyztown, invited boy to sit with me and without waiting for my consent, waiter brought a drink, which I refused to pay for. But the snack might be complimentary. I remember in Funny Boys, they gave peanuts with every drink order, even filled them up when they were empty on my table.
  17. A practice I disapprove of. First come, first serve. I would be pretty pissed off if I found a boy I like and learn that he can't go with me now.
  18. And what did it cost you? (off fees and tips and drinks separeated for boy and girl?)
  19. What a mess and confusion offing the boy! Could be a chapter of my life.
  20. Years ago I fell for the trick, expecting one of the handsome boys from outside to go on the stage, so I can have a look at him in underwear and off him. But then whenever I pass, the same boys sitting outside. I might be able to take a picture next time I'm in town so everyone can point out which boy they mean. I hate lies and deception, and non-offable boys qualify for this, and will not set food in Toy Boys any time soon.
  21. Unrealistic exaggerations. I have been wearing backpacks all my life and never had or caused problems. You are inventing problems that do not exist.
  22. Welcome back!
  23. I posted my experiences from last year on my blog.
  24. Sorry, but I need a backpack (necessity) and other luggage when I travel and demand to take that with me in the train. Technically, there are signs "no oversized luggage" in MRT, on the other hand, the ARL has compartment for luggage. (backpack is the one word of the English language that I often spell wrong, like in my previous post "to take my bag pack off")
  25. I noticed several of them during my travels, but didn't have a chance to stay in one of them.
