  1. The finalist are : Eleanor Roosevelt, Wilma Mankiller (native American), Harriet Tubman, Rosa Parks. You can vote at this site although this is a non-binding vote. http://www.womenon20s.org/vote2
  2. Good guess but wrong.
  3. kappa85, I hope you are successful in finding Boyd. I have a friend who searched for years for someone he met in a brief encounter. This farang even hired a private investigator to help him in his search. Finally he, the farang, found an address or letter which finally re-united him with his lost love. They are now back together after years of separation. Even for me, I lost contact with my first love in Thailand for two years who I first met in 2000. A friend found him for me and we re-united. Good luck/Bonne chance.
  4. Looks don't count, money does.
  5. Is Boyd Thai or ?
  6. Is the owner the one who smokes constantly?
  7. The poster, kappa85, is obviously French as can be seen by his email address. He probably is trying all methods to find someone important to him from the past however does not give much info in his post to be helpful. Boyd is an odd name for a Thai, since this steward flew Thai Air. Could also have been French??
  8. farangyai = big farang?

    Trip report

New expression for me, "farting wallet" - very funny
  10. He also has a big Anaconda tucked away.
  11. Oh deer, does that mean they fell off the perch?
  12. Could that be the one I call Squeaky? His voice changes from a Castrato to a Basso Profundo in a matter of seconds. I don't know if he is putting on the high voice or what. But he is nice in his own way.Always dresses in an unusual fashion that is quite "gay".
  13. I do like Diamond Bar with its comfortable seating and view of the Plaza. Also they offer a variety of boys on their "menu".

    Trip report

There are those who may be overly generous in their tipping and those who are quite stingy. Some pride themselves on how good a deal that got by negotiating the lowest price; others pride themselves on their generosity for having something (sex) with a hot boy that they can't get at home. After spending thousands of dollars/euro/pounds to visit Thailand for a holiday, why not be generous if you can? For me, what I do in the sack and what I pay is between me and he (or is it he and I). Others prefer to spare no detail to extent of TMI at times.
  15. Trains are dandy same as candy but the OP did ask for transportation from Bangkok to Pattaya and sadly no trains. Well, not really, there is a train but slow and only once a day.
  16. There are those who visit short time and pride themselves on how little they bring with them. But others who stay for months find it best to stock up on supplies that are difficult to find in Thailand or other items . For me, if in Economy I bring 100lbs/45kg, if Biz Class 200lbs/90kg. A car/driver is my only option.
  17. Likely leave early morning to arrive at destination in North America at a decent hour?
  18. Motel69, are you asking about a taxi from the Airport in Bangkok or from within the City to Pattaya? Airport taxi about 1200 Baht, and to the City about 1500 Baht as others posted.
  19. Thanks for info Willie. As many others I walk by many of these beer bars and never make an effort to check them out and likely miss out on a new experience. Will try to do better next time.
  20. Why worry, the North Koreans print more $100 USD notes then the US Treasury.
  21. Well never or almost never. In the bad old days, not in Thailand, I have made some naughty videos of close encounters of the worst kind. But destroyed them since could not properly secure them for all eternity. Now never take any photos but sometimes may ask that "he" send me one of his photos but nothing salacious. Sure would never post photos of anyone I had a tête-à-tête.
  22. Just returned to USA and the forecast here is the same as above except Fahrenheit not Celsius.
  23. My only advice is to bring some Bibles with you to N. Korea and share the word of the Lord with them.
