This means you have to open mouth and ask things to people-a horrific plan for the current www-generation. That Virak Buntam bus runs just 1/day and you need an early sytart from trat to catch it. ANY local guesthse (there are 12+-all are dirtcheap and clusetred together south of market along river can set you up. The ''new'' road is indeed KH side and now open since at least 3 yrs-how modern is that. Entry is free, but the safety checks on entry are quite heavy this year. Also they now have you walk via a set-up stalls area selling anything travel-related before you can enter via the side-entry. This is TH so there are also scores of food-stalls, many from respected 4/5* HTLs. The foodcourt of this centre-easily one of the very worst TH had on offer, is revamped and improved, but prices hae gone skyhigh- 60 bt the minimum-for a noodlesoup that sells for 15 bt here around the corner.

Just happened to walk thru this soi (aka Hotmale/mail) yesterday eve-before 9pm,no gogo open yet. Then there was deafening music and speeches-I thought yet another new bar was opened or had its 981th birthday or whatever and there were free tiny drinks to sample-chim day! The free drinks were cocktails with mao-the blue ones were quite nice. Even all the massageboys and gogolads turning up to start working seemed to be taken aback. Ir did I miss the reason behind it at all now?

3. final note. I use webshops here in TH. I read first if there is some interesting thing-log only in when I start responding.
