So I meet up with my friends at Hot Male. One of the boys I brought home a couple of times, thinks I should bring him home every night. I did have a lot of fun with him, but he texts me several times a day asking what am I doing, can he come over, will I take him that night. I decided I would go to the show at Hot Male and buy him a drink and give him a few dollars and explain I probably wouldn't be taking him off again. As I am sitting there I glanced on stage and there is one of my two Vietnamese friends. He saw me at the same time. He came over and sat with us. I explain to Thai boy, he is an old friend and just arrived back in Bangkok after New Years trip to Vietnam. I could tell boy wasn't happy as he felt competition . It's been about 100 years since 2 boys have fought over me. Kinda fun. So now I meet hot boy at Hero, Vietnam friend is back, Thai boy wants me. Of course it's all falling into place, I go home in 4 days. Figure if all this happend in first week, I would be broke by now. It's Saturday night, so Viet boy will come over and we will do dinner and spend the night. Tomorrow and Monday I will go Back to Hero early evening and then take Viet boy late evenings. I'm not sure what Tuesday will bring as I have to get up very early Wednesday for flight home. So Tuesday will be a late afternoon of fun, just not sure of who. Overall I've had a great time. Lots of fun, lots of reading by the pool, a bit of shopping. A month long trip gives you time to kick back and not cram everything into a few days and wear yourself out. It will be an interesting year, as I plan on doing 4 one month trips this year. Time and money will tell.

As what happens with so many trips, the last few days turn out to be the best. This is the last weekend of my month long trip and everything came together. I'll go home with some good memories of the last few days, but the good part is I only go home for a month and then back here for another month. I have had some fun with a few boys that I have been with in the evenings and hanging with my friends in Soi Twilight. But it's been basically a quiet and relaxing trip, till now. I love the massage palors in Bangkok but haven't been to any this trip. Thursday afternoon I was in the mood and decided to go to Adonis. Not far from me and I've been many times before. Took 50 minutes, mostly sitting in traffic. Should have taken Skytrain, but at least I was sitting in A/c in a taxi. Next time you sit at a traffic light for 45 seconds and think it's the end of the world, keep in mind, they have a couple of intersections here that are up to 6 minutes. Ugh Arrive at Hero. As I walk to the door, a few boys sitting outside. Really hot boys and I wonder why aren't you inside waiting for me to pick you. At hero, all the boys are in a room sectioned off by a glass wall, separating you from them. There is a lot of seating for the customers as you make your decision. My initial glance brings a big WOW. Impossible to have so many hot boys in 1 room. I have been here several times and this is the first time I would rate all A's. Amazing. November to mid-February is the best weather. Probably August-Oct the chances for rain make it the worse choice. I got here February 19 and it was running 88 days and 75 nights. Now mid-march it's running 95-100 days and 82 overnight. My pool temperature has risen 10 degrees since I have been here. If you don't want to deal with the holidays here, look at January. It's as good and comfortable as it gets. And it's mid winter in the US. Also a good chance you will find some of your fellow posters here that can take you to a big cock show or 2. This isn't the UK. Lots of controversy, but hopefully they will figure it out soon. A few months ago, they cracked down and made the bars and clubs close at midnight, then it gradually went back to 3 or 4am. Last week the police came thru and now it's back to 2am closing. It's like the weather here, wait a minute and it will change. Time to head out for the evening. I'll try to be a little less lazy with the posting. Not sure anymore new boys, I'm pretty happy with the ones I have already met.

My bf is Vietnamese so I have an inside to most of the Viet boys. There are about 50 that work in Soi Twilight clubs and bars. They all know each other. I would say about the same for Cambodian and Lao, though I'm not sure. This out of maybe 500 or more guys that work on any given night. So still very much a Thai majority. There is a difference in look from Thai and Vietnamese. I thought the Lao boy I have been hanging out with this week was Vietnamese, but he very proudly stated no, Lao. Most of the Viet, Lao, and Cambodian boys speak Thai, but can't read it. Pictured menus are great when you take them out to eat. Just about all the Viet boys have been back in Vietnam for Tet. They are due to start arriving back to Bangkok this weekend. My friend will be back next weekend. They all spent 2 or 3 weeks with family. There have been a lot of Chinese tourist around , but for me, surprised at how many Japanese tourist in town. Big bus loads. Chinese appear to drink more and off boys more than Japanese. I'm just getting ready to head out to dinner with my Lao friend. It's interesting that lack of each other's language makes conversation difficult, but the boys do appreciate going out to a restaurant . A change from nothing but street food. The hot season is kicking in. It's 6:30, sun just setting and still about 92. As soon as sun is gone, time to head out.

I finally got to take the bar boy that I met on his night off, home last night. I didn't know what to expect. He speaks no English and I speak no Thai or Lao ( he is Lao) He was so cute and always smiling, I figured no matter how bad it was, I would be happy just being alone with him. On a lighter note. I finally met up with a boy I have been after since the day I got here. Well worth the wait. This boy is Lao. I have been meeting up with mostly Vietnamese boys, but most are still in Vietnam for New Years. I didn't know what to expect. We have had a few drinks together, but he speaks about 10 words of English and I speak no Lao or Thai. But this boy is as cute as they come. All smiles and I do fall for that. So took him home without discussion of what we would get into. One thing I like about Thailand, the boys take shoes and sox off at the door, so when you get to the bedroom you don't have to go thru that when undressing them. I like to shower with boys. I use to stay at The Tantawan. Priced under $100.00 a night. Very acceptable to guest. Great breakfast in the mornings. Easy walking distance to the gay bars and restaurants. They could use a coat of paint. Staff is amazing. A couple of years ago, I moved to the Courtyard by Marriott. A $1.00 cab ride to all the fun places. New, bright, great staff. I never had a problem having guest. Great breakfast buffet. I stop by now and then just for that. About 2 years ago, I wanted to stay a month. That's when hotels get pricey. I tried Airbnb. I feel I got lucky. I've stay in this apartment every trip since. Airbnb has a great choice in Bangkok. Hotel prices in Bangkok are some of the best in the world. Taxis cheap and plentiful, and sky train takes you to most places you would want to go. I live in Ft.Lauderdale and have been to Rio many times. (It's where I met TotallyOz for the first time). As you know, prices went thru the roof. I had never been to Thailand and figured this would be a good time to try it out. Been coming here for 6 years or so. I was working back then and trips were 1 week or so. Now I'm retired so time not an issue and usually stay 1 month at a time. The airfare from Miami to Bangkok is barely more than Miami to Rio. But once you get here, Bangkok is much cheaper. The long trip is probably the biggest drawback. Now all this talk about having fun in Bangkok, think I will head out for a massage before dinner. Then later this evening I am meeting up with a really cute boy I met this weekend. I may be getting older, but this keeps me feeling younger.

You will have no problem finding quality. But better yet, lots less expensive than professional escorts that you will find on Gayromeo. We all have our likes and dislikes. Lurker. I've quoted US dollars in the above posting. Alcohol prices are close to American prices in the clubs. But prices are all over the place. I've seen the same drink run 6-15 U.S. depending on where your buying. But on average a bit cheaper than US? Axiom. I understand what you are saying. My special boy is 24. Could easily pass for 21. When we walk down the street he would hold my hand or sometimes put his hand around my waist for a bit. I would be like OMG , what are people going to think. It took me a year or so to realize I am retired and don't have to be home in 10 days to go back to work. After I got home from my first couple of trips after retirement, i found myself sitting in front of the TV or sitting by my pool, cleaning the condo or cooking dinner, then into bed at 10. Well I can do all that in Bangkok just as easily. The real plus side in Bangkok is at almost any hour I can run to the corner massage parlor or beer bar, and for $40 dollars have a bit of very hot, cute fun for a few hours. So to answer your question, yes, I am staying 30 days per trip now. It's such a long trip 30 days gives you time to recover before you leave. I'll be here till mid March, home till mid April and back to Bangkok April into May for another 30 days. I rent an apartment thru AIBNB. Been staying in the same place each trip. American size place with pool right outside my door. Close to everything. I love the pace of the city. As long as you stay off the roads during rush hour, taxis are cheap and easy. Just use sky train at rush hour. Getting older and figure have as much fun as I can till health says otherwise.

I get a lot of enjoyment reading the trip reports that are posted here, so figure as boring as my trips can be to most of you, I'll try to share some of the better parts of my trip. I have an apartment about a kilometer down on Surawong from Soi Twilight. For the most part I don't do the sightseeing thing anymore, unless with friends that want to see something. But I'm a people watcher and enjoy being out in the hustle and bustle of the city. I flew in last Monday . Ft.Lauderdale-Dallas-Hong Kong-Bangkok. I was able to score a 1st class ticket for the round trip. I didn't sleep at all, so it took me a couple of days to pull myself together on arrival. I hang out at Hot Male on Soi Twilight a lot, as I'm close friends with some of the boys that work there. Most of my massages are at Adonis or Hero. On this trip I do want to try Prince. I'm here for a month, then back to the US for a month, then back to Bangkok for another month. So I don't need to to something everyday. Spend a lot of time by the pool reading ect. With Chinese New Year, found the city to be crowded, and Soi Twilight had some good crowds. Went to show at Hot Male last night. Place was close to being full. Drinks 350. Fucking shows are back since my last trip and they had a cum show last night that I hadn't seen before. I haven't been to Deam Boys in a long time and want to go to a show there, but think I'll wait till after the New Years crowds thin out a bit. Drinks at 500 is surely discouraging. Went to Dicks to eat a couple of times. Few people, but still more than when I was here in November. I was usually only customer. Last couple of nights Maxi was packed. Both good viewing spots though. So hopefully I have some good evenings to share. Been doing some note taking last few nights, and hope to do some interviews tonight Have my eyes on 2 boys, 1 Thai and 1 Lao. I think tonight is going to be a good one. A bit back, there was a discussion about the price of Viagra in a different forum. I couldn't find it, so I thought I would use my new trip to Bankgok as a place to post some info. I saw a posting somewhere if you were looking for Viagra in a regular chain pharmacy, you would need doctors prescription, but if you went to a small neighborhood pharmacy you might find it without prescription. I asked my friend at one of the bars on Soi Twilight about this. There is a pharmacy just across the street. He said no problem. I go over and get it for customers all the time. Just give me $48.00 for 4. He was gone 2 minutes and I had a box of 4. Compared to the $42.00 each Walgreens wanted, glad I waited. Interesting sidelight, when boys see you buying it, they become very frisky...hummmm Backing up a bit, I left Ft. Lauderdale for Bangkok last Monday. With all the cold and snow in the east (60's in Fl.) time to head for the warmer climes of the massage palors of Bangkok. As I get older each trip seems to get longer. With the government trying to install morals, shows have been all over the place. Wearing jeans on stage, no nudity, no fun. Right now things are ok. Underwear on boys, nudity during shows,fuck shows and last night saw a cum show, which I hadn't seen in the past. Drinks expensive. $10.50 upstairs and about $6.00 at outdoor bars. Except Boys Bangkok. Big place, packed every show. 100 boys. Something for everyone. But drink prices $15.00 It's taken me a few days to unwind, but I'm thinking I should take the Viagra for a test drive this evening. I was at Hot Male bar a couple of nights ago when 2 boys came in and started drinking beers. One of the boys was so hot, I just sat and watched him all evening. As he and friend got a very heavy buzz going, he was just a happy happy mess. He saw me staring (a bit) and kept smiling at me. I'm just hating life as the cutest boy I've seen since I got here is a customer. They leave and I told my friend, customer was hot and wish I could meet up with him. My friend says, he works down the street at a bar, no problem meeting. Stopped by last night and he was still all smiles, and it will happen sometime next week. So for now, it's off to the grocery for some stocking up, my late afternoon nap, and then hopefully something more meaningful to report after a Saturday night on the town.

I had to go to Walgreens today to pick some stuff up. I asked the pharmacist about this price increase. He said prices started going up a couple dollars a month starting last year. I'm interested in 100 mg . He said they are running between $40 & $45 each now. He said to go online and buy it from Canada where it is still around $20 ea. He blamed the price increases on drugs on Obamacare. I'm headed to Bangkok next week and did some googling and it appears to be around $15 there. So I'm going to wait till I get out of the country.

I've taken guys out of the country for 2 or 3 week trips. The added costs of airfares, hotels, food, ect, can add up to almost as much as the fee's
