My rent is between me and the condo owner. If you go to Airbnb.com you will find many condos in the Silom/Sathorn area from $20 to $200 US per day. -

TomNg. Privacy has a bit to do with mine. I have been staying in the same condo for about 3 years. I spend enough time there that owners don't advertise it on Airbnb much. Adding a bit to what Numazu said. I have a cleaning lady come in 3 days a week. It's all included in my rent. She changes sheets every Monday, but I have a couple sets and advantage to having washing machine, can was and change myself when necessary. -
This is best binged watched on a 16 hour flight to Bangok. I loved last season to.

Vinapu = Massage Palor = Gym I bet you get more excercise in a day of massages as many do at the gym.

Nobody can FORCE a customer to off them. There are words like...No, Sorry you did not understand, No. Are you upset if you say no, the boy might be mad at you? There is nothing he can do to you. The customer controls the pocketbook. I know someone for the first time is a bit unsure of what to do. Tell Mamasan you don't want to off boy. Nobody is going to ban you from the bar or beat you up. We all work in the real world. Do you let everybody walk all over you in your life away from Thailand. Some of you guys make offing a boy the most difficult thing you have ever done in your life. It should be fun......Not work -
My condo is just a few blocks from there. I have a roof top swimming pool that has a great view of the building. I've been watching them build it for a couple of years. For this past year they have had 2 or 3 cranes on the top, hauling building supplies. But it never looked like they were getting to filling in the middle. I finally found out this spring that this is the design. It's a fascinating building, but it seems a bit scary as it looks incomplete. This area is really up and coming with lots of building.

What are the best places for twinks in Bangkok and Pattaya ?
paulsf replied to a topic in Gay Thailand
I know quite a few of the Vietnamese boys that work in Soi Twilight. I don't know of any that work in the go go bars that won't go with a customer. I also don't know of any that are underage right now. There were a couple that are always playing pool at X-Size that were questionable last fall. At Hot Male and Fresh Boys, no foreign boy can work without having passport. Of course right now, due to police, they can't work anyway. I think the biggest complaint is they are straight and pretty much just tops. But sometimes when you get them home and they are away from their friends, that little extra tip can go a long way to expanding their horizons. -

Arena is only a few blocks from my condo. So you may see a lot of me there in Dec. Hero was my favorite. Would be great to see some of the staff at Arena. -

Are any Vietnam boys working on Soi Twilight since the police raid? -
It's the shows that are dominated by ladyboys. True up to 100 boys onstage on Fri/Sat nights. But the 2 shows don't use most of these boys. The best shows for me are across the street at Freshboys and XBoys. Though XBoys does one show for about 1-1/2 hours, which for me is to long. And they are both a bit cheaper.

The % of boys being offed is very good. I had been once or twice over the years, but as the prices went up over the last couple I stopped going. This past spring I spent a couple of months in Bangkok and decided I would go a few times and see if the quality of boy was still there. First night I stopped by I was happy with selection, but had later plans, so no off. Made some notes and went back next night for an off. All 4 were already gone. This was just before show time. Next night went just before 9. 2 of my picks were there. Took one, but wanted to sit for awhile, have a drink and watch boys. In he next 30 minutes, about 15 boys were offed. Many situations were like mine. Customers came in, asked for boy and was gone. Doing some talking with boys and some friends, not unusual for 20 boys to be offed before show starts. Then another rush after show. Went in one night just before closing and maybe 10 boys left. I'm sure it's not like this everynight, but it is many nights. Some of you posters that know me, know where I hang out most nights. I can see the off's coming from there every night. The guy is running a gold mine. Most of the customers are Asian, but there is a good supply of Farang customers. The Chinese customers love the ladyboys. It's something they don't see at home. When I get back to Bangkok so, I will probably stop by to see what's going on with the boys, but it will be before or after the show.

Many Asians like the ladyboy shows. And the Asian customers are paying the bills. like you I'm not fond of the show either, but there is a reason they are full every night, Asian tour groups.

I take 2 or 3 taxis a day and have never met a driver I would want to have sex with. I have had them say they will take me to girl bars.

The info on new location has been mentioned several times in this post. Just read back a few pages.

A lot of Thai girls go for birthday and bachelorette parties.

I will say Marriott is my favorite place to stay. I have never had an issue bringing anyone back. But, Airbnb is becoming more popular. I have talked to a few forum members that have found condos close to Boyztown. This way you have no issues bringing boys back.
-
No. There are some twinks, but there is a good selection of mid to upper 20's that hit up the gym. Not Tawan guys, but some good boy next door light muscle.
-
I was talking to a Vietnamese friend today and he said this is the worse raid he has ever seen. He said police made it very clear to management, Thai boys only. Many Vietnamese boys have started going home this week as they know it will be a while before they can work.

My bank pays all the fees, so very easy for me to use ATM. When I have some cash to change, I have always used Superichs in Silom. They have never asked for a passport or any paperwork. I think their rates are among the best.

Underage doesn't seem to be a problem on Soi Twilight anymore. But they were targeting non Thais . This happened about a year ago and took about a month before things got back to normal.
-
Seems the police raided Soi Twilight Thursday night. Appears only Thai boys will be working for the weekend. Appears some of the non Thai boys are just sitting around in the clubs fully dressed and can be offed. But not allowed on stage. Anybody in town with more info.

I'm more curious if anybody else has this problem besides you. Call the front desk and tell them your in your room and it's OK for housekeeping to stop by after 10 am. Hang "OK to clean" sign on door. Slip housekeeper on your floor 500 baht when you arrive and tell her you want room cleaned between 2 and 4 each day. Why do you feel you can't be in the room when they clean? When you leave room to eat, find cleaner and let her know your stepping out. When you check in, tell front desk your a late sleeper and would like to have late cleaning. Your the customer and unless totally unreasonable they will work with you, Hotels are used to late sleepers and there are more that are up and out by 8am. Your creating a problem that doesn't exist with a minimal amount of communication. My housekeeper comes around 3pm. Sometimes things happen and she needs to come early. She sends a text or calls me to say she needs to come early.
-
I have stayed at the Marriott many times. If I come in at 3 or 4 in the morning, I just stop at the front desk and tell them to have housekeeping stop by after 3pm . Major hotels have housekeeping staff 24 hours. I have a condo in Bangkok now with housekeeping. She comes a couple of says a week. I just asked her if she could schedule between 2 and 5. She usually gets there at 3pm. Like most things in life, it's just simple communication. If I'm in the room when housekeeping does show up...I just watch tv while they clean. You don't need to leave the room.

Hero had some of the hottest boys in Bangkok. With Adonis and now Hero closing, I think Prince will be the big winner.
