I think that the first consideration when deciding what to pay, is what are you looking to buy, and from whom? Since this transaction seems to be viewed in purely financial terms. The earning ability of your chosen long term off might also be a factor. However so will their attitude to their future. Are you looking to buy 24 hour companionship or guaranteed sex at the end of a phone, when you require it? Is he "exclusively" yours? Does he have to sleep with you every night? Does he get unpaid holidays or paid leave? Is he for decoration or might he be for real? Whatever the answers, the bottom line is always the same, each of these guys is a person with individual needs. For some, however much money you give will be never be enough, they want more from life, others will be grateful for your genuine assistance. But if you treat someone as a commodity, that is what they will always remain.

Thanks for this warning, I never realised that ATMs could even have guns. Did they slip it through the cash dispensing opening?

April the first.

But if my posts are out of order, our moderator has the freedom to remove them. He clearly doesn't have the freedom to do so with Earwig. That's endorsement.

GB, thanks for explaining. Disappointing that the owner of this board endorses misrepresetation and plagiarism, that must really put you in a difficult position.
-
No I am not surprised. I wasn't surprised last time, in fact I originally pointed out that the original message in question was clearly not Earwig's work. I am surprised that on this occasion you have allowed the post without even giving credit to the author of every word. How would you feel if you had taken a lot of trouble to compile information in a post, then someone took it and posted on another message board, representing your work as their own. Sadly there are many millions around the world who are illiterate. I guess that not many make it into the fat farms!

Complete article by another poster lifted by Earwig from Thaivisa, and represented as all his own work, again and again and again. He couldn't even spell Chiang Mai on his own. Some expert!

In Patong Spartacus massage, opposite Connect has some cute guys, and My Way is enjoyed by most. Both are commercial venues.

Patong Bakery, opposite Patong Beach Bungalows, in Patong, Phuket, also has excellent bread.

I just hope that the information is not out of date by the time you finally get to make another trip to Thailand.

There seems to be a most ungracious lack of appreciation for Mr GayThailand and his contributions to this forum. I can only hope that having won this title in last years bodybuilding contest, that he continues to behave with the dignity necessary to someone crowned with this title, at least until this years competition is held, and a new winner crowned. Surely you have a photo Teewow?

And this is considered "ON TOPIC"!!! Perhaps we have more leeway than I understood.

That's quite an achievment!! I mean for your friend to be unable to find guys in a Third World Arab country, and one where the second language is English too! There may or may not be a gay scene there, did you read about the gay cruise on the Nile where everyone was arrested, but finding guys in the street or gyms in Cairo or Luxor was like picking apples from a tree, and I was only there for a week!

So do you rent then GB? It would be interesting to know many of the residents who post here rent or buy. And how many are within the allowable 49% foreigner ownership of condos, and how many bought through limited companies?

CB Richard Ellis Thailand urges property buyers not to panic The Thai branch of international real-estate and property-investment firm CB Richard Ellis has urged foreign property owners and prospective buyers of Thai real estate not to panic or abandon their interest because of proposed changes to the Foreign Business Act. It says they should focus on foreign quotas for condominium ownership and leasehold properties developed by well-known and established companies. http://www.nationmultimedia.com/breakingne...newsid=30024191

Oh Pleeeaaasssee. If ever a thread deserved to be closed THIS IS IT!! You have all had your chains pulled again and again by a professional troll.

"* From today, companies that are majority-owned by foreigners and their Thai nominees will have 90 days to report their ownership structures to the Commerce Ministry. Once the changes become law, these firms will have one year to reduce their foreign share ownership to below 49 percent." http://investing.reuters.co.uk/news/articl...HIP-FACTBOX.XML

And catching them can be quite entertaining.

Amongst all the experts on this forum, no one has an interest, a point of view, any anecdotal information, guidance??!! On a topic that must be of great importance to most expats and would be expats?
-
A link is the normally accpted way of acknowlefging the origin of the article. I too would prefer to discuss the contents, but let's get the basics right first!!

The correct link is: http://www.stickyrice.ws/?view=ilovechm The new Gay Pattaya landmark is ready by Suzy Size

Surely that should be "the publication for which I write"? Still it gives us an idea of the quality of the publication! Do you really think that your funds and time are best employed archiving your material?! Strange though that you didn't archive the reasons for being banned. I think that it had something to do with threats you made against other posters. I believe that there are special nutrients that can be helpful in countering short term memory loss, but they may not work in cases of selective memory loss.
