I think this may be my last trip to Thailand and I hope to make it special. I don't send monthly cash to anyone but I have helped when asked. Last trip I purchased 2 phones for guys I like as friends.... just friends... no sex. In pattaya I purchased a Samsung j2 for my friend Beer in pattaya. And in Bangkok, i purchased a Samsung J3 for my friend Tea. I wanted to give beer a phone because his friends were becoming annoyed with him borrowing their phone to log onto planet romeo and face book. I wanted tee to have an android phone after the iPhone 4s I gave him was near death. I hope never to buy another phone for anyone in thailand again which won't be hard since this may be my last trip for a long time. The sad thing is that I enjoyed going from bar to bar, buying the guys drinks and leaving them a tip. Now that is difficult to do with the high prices of drinks and everyone begging for higher tips. Read8ng this forum has given me some new ideas on how to enjoy my time in the kingdom. I've been trying to nip emotion in the bud, maybe I'll let it grow just a little.....

Come on guys, we are all speaking from experience. We all have different experiences, often from the same guys. If any of us think our words should be chiseled into stone tablets, we are misguided and living in a fantasy land.

Oh, sorrry.... I avoid the young ones. I prefer late 20's to late 40's The only thing young ones can do for me is bring me a note from an older guy.

I often find that the guys I meet in thailand know their way around the traveling foreigner. From their limitations on speaking a second and or third language fluently, we forget they are doing something many of us are unable to do, and take their basic language skills as a reflection on their knowledge of life. Trust me, they didn't just fall off the turnip truck.

I find the guys are adapt at saying the things they need to say to bring about the results they hope for

The guys need us all. They need the guys that throw large sums of cash at them and they need the budget spenders. Thailand welcomes us all. We all seem to have a different experience with the guys. We read about a trip adventure and when it comes to the tip amount, we either gasp or scowl at the amount given. If you give more, good for you. If you give less, good for you. If you don't have to give at all, good for you. We all can't walk in each others shoes bit I sure wish I had the experiences that some of you have had..... but I'm too cheap to lay the groundwork

I come to thailand for the low priced hotels, cheap taxis, fun gay environments, vibrant nightlife and the availability of sex from Thai and travelers alike. It's not often that I pay for sex in thailand but I enjoy the sex trade environment it offers. I'm not as young as I use to be 20 years ago but the gym has helped with my ability to be given a second look by guys looking for fun.

Do the guys on pattaya know that this forum set the minimum tip at 1000 baht? Many guys are on planet romeo offering themselves for 300 baht. The massage guys on the beach tell me we can finish the massage in my room for 500 baht. I'm interested in what others pay only for information purposes only. Have I been a cheap Charlie? Maybe, show me the guy and I can tell you why I tipped him and why.

I always wake-up in a good mood once I started reminding myself that if I am not enjoying my life, it is my own fault. I remind myself of that so often that it is what I think of when I am closing my eyes for sleep and often what I think of when I wake-up. It just happened that for some reason I had more energy and a lighter attitude this morning I just wonder what I am going to do to make the most of tomorrow? I can't wait to find out!

I do declare that this is the cute little message board place! It is decorated in such a nice way! Not to campy and not to computerish.. (Did I just make a new word?). I like the click-able smiles off to the side just waiting there to be selected much like the guys in a massage house when I am trying to decide on who will get my tip... but as I was saying, I love the layout here! I see I can add an image to a post! I love features like that! I see the board has a text justification feature! You don't see that too often! Look at me typing in the center of the page! WOW! White, gray, black lettering, greenish and there is an orange'ish type color... Another greenish color... Darker than the other kinda green I mentioned earlier.. And there is a grayish type of blue... And up top is all the reds... I dare say there are maybe 4 or 5 different shades of red up there. All together the colors are not hideous... The board is laid out in a way that you don't feel as if your typing into a old box. Yeah... I like it here... I think I will come back... again....

I am bringing my laptop with me... I wonder if anyone knows if there is an option for visitors to rent a mobile internet laptop card that can be used around Thailand?
