Off topic, but I'm old. When I lived in NYC, I loved the guys from Stella's Bar. They were typically Latino hustlers and often a bit rough. I agree with your rationale. However, I tip the same no matter the hotel, massage place, short time hotel or in the park near the trees. I had a few good sexual experiences in the car lots in Pattaya at night, a quickie but still, I tipped the same. I never had a Thai boy expect a larger tip based on my room. I don't understand people buying 4-6 drinks in on a bar when it is much cheaper than a 7/11 but I don't drink and not my thing so I don't criticize. I also never spend money on nice clothes. It would be awkward. What I did was went to Club 117 and pick out my 4 sexiest regulars and told them to invite friends. They did. The bartender went. A drag queen or two and we had a full booth. The boys are smart and know they get free booze and an expensive ticket. I reserved my booth through the Intercontinental Hotel so they did the book and the payments. That was not a smart move as they added a service charge but it was easy to deal with. At the end of the night, I paid for extra booze on an American CC. I have been to every major city in Brazil and found beautiful twinks in each one. I like Rio for the variety and the saunas are the best to find them. I like Porto Alegre for the light skinned. I like Sao Paulo for the city and the ease of getting everywhere. Any city has good parts and bad parts. I tend to prefer Sao Paulo over the others as I like the NYC vibe. I like bars and restaurants and malls. I also like Salvadore and found some of the most amazing guys there but on the beach and not the bars.

I have been to Brazil at least 30 times. I love it and the guys there. I find it more dangerous but easy to navigate around those dangers. I think the average working boy in Brazi is by far more passionate and more exciting than the average Thai working boy. I have found big dicks in both places and I enjoy both places. I picked Thailand because the Thai boys tend to prefer one longer-term BF and the easy to get "Western" comforts in LOS is so easy. Everything you want from the USA is easy to get here. Heck, they even have a Taco Bell. Brazil wins out when it comes to group orgies as the sauna boys there love threeways and groups. Thailand wins out on the sheer number of options of boys.
