I am sorry I missed this thread recently. I usually do a 3 way massage tour: B and N, then to Banana and then Hero. Often I'll find a good new boy in one of the first two and I know if not, I'll always find what I want in Hero. Last week I didn't see Banana. Glad to hear they are not closed and in new location. Not sure about decades ago but I have had friends who have medicare and it does not pay in Thailand. Blue Cross does. I think it depends on your insurance. He chose to do it in Thailand and pay the money as he lives here and it would have been free to USA but then airfare, etc. and all the other costs added up and he went forward and paid. He said it was the best decision he ever made.

I have many friends who have had major surgery at Bumrungrad hospital and at Bangkok Hospital. They are amazing places and very clean and American trained doctors. I just saw 4 doctors including 2 surgeons, an ENT and an Endocrinologist and was given medicine for blood pressure, Ambian, and Valium. I had checkups and blood work done. All in all, I walked out less than 5 hours later for under 500 USD. I always tell my family, if I get sick, just put me on a plane to Thailand as that is where I want to get treated.

Uniman is the old B and N Massage place. I have loved that place for years and years and years. I use to have a massage guy there named Mr. K. I would see him on each and every trip and while the minimum tip was less, I always have him a 3k baht time. Yes, I know some will complain and say I overpaid. I always thought I underpaid as he was fucking amazing sex and everything was perfection. I must have seen him at least 200 times over the years and then he moved to a gogo bar and then he disappeared. Anyway, Uniman has seen better days as it looks like the same furniture as 10 years ago. The bar is the same. The selection of boys is not as good as Hero but it only takes one and I found my one this week. He was a very sexy guy in his 20's (maybe early 30's). He has a nice body and a handsome face. The massage was excellent and the sex was good. All in all, I am always glad I go back to this place even though the rooms are far superior at Hero and the boys are in more abundance is other place. Uniman is on the 4th Floor right to the right of the elevators. Go inside and relax. The massage was 600 bath and the tip minimum was 800 for soft and 1000 for hard. I didn't ask what those meant as I assumed that 1,000 was for full sex? If you are in Bangkok, this place is always worth a try. You never know what you may find!

I agree. But, I think every place is worth a visit on every trip. You never know what you will find. I am not into the skinny/fem boys you mention but I did only find the big muscle older guys the night I went. I will go again and I'll go to all the bars as it only takes one hot guy to make a great trip and I have found them in many bars.

On my second visit, I was walking down Sunee Plaza and heard my name being called. It was the boy that Firecat took to Bangkok and I met him on the very last few days of my trip. I have it installed and tried to use it in the USA a few times but my family lives so far outside of a city with Uber drivers that I just never used it. Last night, a friend from USA FloridaRob was telling me about it. I used it to book my trip out last night. It was so easy. I plugged in my information and hit book and 5 minutes later, the car arrived. It was great. The cost was 49 baht which was charged to my credit card. (about 1.50 USD) I am sold. I'll be using Uber in many place. Loved using this in Thailand. I stay in an area that taxi's hate and often wait for 20-30 min for the hotel to summon one. This app made it really easy.

How do you know I keep photos? LOL I only have about 200,000 on my computer and they are often tough to find. Here is the boy that traveled with me on the first trip. He told me he was 19 at Future Boys. Then, he said he was 23. When we checked into the Marriott, I was told 29. I always teased him about being 19 for years later. This is also a photo of the luxury (not) Welcome Plaza suite that we lasted one day in. My date for the trip was an escort from NYC who stayed with me the whole time. LOL Thanks Firecat! I am in Thailand now and was looking back to my first trip as I wanted to see what I thought back then. I learned a lot over the years. I have spent a great deal of time in different places. I have added up way over 6 years in Thailand and 3 years in Brazil based on nights (2 negotiated 5 month stays at Intercontinental in Sao Paulo and 2 4 month stays in Rio help those numbers). I have known FloridaRob for many many years. I think I met him the first time in Brazil but have seen him on multiple trips in Brazil and in Thailand. I always tease him as I'll be in a sauna in Rio or Sao Paulo and he will be there. He travels more than I do. LOL I knew he was in town and we met up for dinner. He said he wanted to try a place near Soi Twilight and we tried Madrid based on reports on this board. Madrid is on the soi as the Patpong night market and if you were not looking for it, you would have missed it. There were 4 of us as my two Thai boys like Rob and think he is funny. We order 2 large pizza's at about 400 baht each. We got one Supreme and one Hawaiian. The crust was very thin but the pizza was excellent. We ordered a third just to finish out our night. It was quite lovely. The boys even liked the pizza. I thought it was good pizza and a place I'll happily go back. I was glad Rob had suggested the place. It is always good to see old friends and have good food and good conversation. Rob has been around the world and although I can't keep up with his pace of nightlife, it was good to see him on another trip to LOS.

I went out with FloridaRob last night to dinner and a few bars. I had to see for myself what Tawan was about. While I did enjoy my experience there, I did not find any boys I was interested in.
