Maybe a little of all 3. Hehe Met bkkmfj2648 at Classic around 920pm. Now it is Monday night and I have never seen the roads around my Hotel deader and all the way to SoiTwilight was dead also . I arrived around 855 pm so stopped at Dick's for a drink first . Almost nobody there. Not a Good Omen for Classic. Classic had maybe 6 customer and 14 boys but the quality IMHO was really good. Definitely twinkish and good faces . Probably 6 I would consider offable and that is a lot for me especially in a bar that has constantly disappointed me. I focused on 1 boy right away and knew this might be the first boy I have offed from Soi Twilight in a very long time. The customers were definitely not lookers but were constantly offing boys while I was there. I would guess 6 boys were offed in the first 20 minutes I was there. Luckily the boy focused on was not offed yet and I called him over for a drink. I knew from the moment I saw him that I was going to off him which of course means I didn't ask him anything about what he liked or was willing to do. Depending on how you look at it that was a mistake. He spoke no English and I am pretty sure he is real straight , but I didn't care eventhough I knew right away I was not going to get what I wanted. His personality shone through even with out English skills and if I was living in BKK, I would make him my project to teach him how to have fun as a Gay Boy. I may never have got less and enjoyed it more. It also turns out he is photgenic which amazingly is hard to find. I love the photos he willingly let me take. That was the only Bar I stopped at but bkkmfj2648 was on his way to Boys Bangkok so we should have a report from him. Like most Bars in Thailand, it does depend on the night but Classic may be worth your time especially if you like handsome twinks.

Just goes to prove that there are 57 varieties of Campbell Soup and everyone has different experiences. If I was to pick the 5 Hottest boys I have met in the last 3 years , they would all be from Gayromeo. I have not had a single repeat encounter with a Bar Boy in about 4 years. And I have had multiple , many repeats from GayRomeo. Up until about 4 years ago I was strictly a Bar goer and for the 3 years I lived in Bangkok , I had multiple repeat boys from the Bars. Not sure exactly how it changed but practice makes perfect and I have had incredible Good Luck with Gayromeo. Part of it is because I can have a conversation on Gayromeo even if it is google translated for the boy where as in the Bar , I can barely hear myself think with what has become deafening music. Also most of the bar Boys know 2 or 3 phrases and that is it. Not trying to change anyones mind, just saying what has worked for me . It took some practice and time to figure out the pitfalls of gayromeo but now at worst I get an acceptable encounter as a minimum and a Hot Boy 50% of the time. At most 1 out of 10 is a Dud. I rarely ever did that well in the Bars. Hope springs eternal however and I am about to leave for SoiTwilight and hopefully I will see what others have seen at Classic and possibly HotMale.

Went to BKK for 3 nights over Xmas. All the Malls are done up in their finest for the Holidays. Absolutely y no traffic on way in from Pattaya. It almost looked like a Saturday. The SkyTrain was busy as usual and I spent an hour at Siam Paragon just wandering around. Lots of eye candy but hard to get good shots with I phone . I have to remember next time to bring my compact with 20x zoom which lets me get some good boy photos without being obtrusive. I wil probably visit Soi Twilight tonight. I keep reading reports about how many gorgeous twinks there are at Classic. It has been disappointing to me but maybe tonight will be better. Included photos of Xmas displays and one boy shot in the bedroom.

Arrived 3 days ago after BC flights from Seattle and of course one of the last 3 months of flights UA will make to Bangkok. Anyways there was no line at Customs since I had Fast Trak Pass but there were no lines anywhere else. This was quite surprising since this should be High Season. Luggage was out quick and my Car was waiting for the trip to Pattaya. 90 minutes later I was in my apartment at View Talay 6 which is next door to Central Festival(biggest Mall in Pattaya. Since I will be here for 2 months , I had decided to relax and start slowly this trip. I have seen 2 of my regulars and a couple of new boys from GayRomeo. I have been gone 7 weeks and find at least 50 new boys on Gayromeo in a very narrow search of 18-24 years. Not to mention I hardly recognize anyone on Jack'd. Two boys I have contacted on Jack'd but not seen yet say they are Coyote Boys at late night clubs and they have never worked bars or been on GayRomeo. So many ways to find boys especially if you are here for an extended period. Tonight I wanted to go to Towel Night at Vassa Bar. This Bar is what is known as a 1Shop. Very small Bar that many people fail to enter. That is a mistake. I got there very early at about 815pm. There were at least 16 boys squeezed into the Bar and it was evident a party was going to take place at some time with a Buffet of Food and Balloons all over. I have mentioned before I am first a Face person and everything flows from there. This Bar has not disappointed me the last 6 months and tonight was just incredible. They are certainly mostly Twinks and I would guess Gay but there a couple of Bigger Gay Boys that might satisfy Vinapu. Shortly after I got my drink a young good looking Blonde Farang arrived and it became evident the party was for him. Soon it became a Private Party and I excused myself but not before buying a drink for a new Boy with a Face to die for and letting him know I would be back after Xmas to know him better. Took the short walk to Boystown and sat down at Serene which is an outdoor Beer Bar where you can watch what goes on. Pattaya definitely has the Xmas Spirit and decorations and trees are everywhere . If you dropped in from Space you would definitely think this is a Christian Country at Xmas time. Next stop was Toy Boys. Nothing changed there 30-40 boys and lots of customers. Maybe the quality looked a little less then in October but maybe just me. Crossed the street to FunnyBoys and you can always count on a nice selection and this time there were a lot of new faces for me. It also appears the rotation has speeded up which has always been a complaint by some. Short walk to Boyz Boyz Boyz. Many boys and customers starting to fill the place for the 1030pm show. Much more rounded line up then before and definitely some muscle. I have no interest in the show so that ended my night. I have included a few photos of Beach Road, BoyzTown and some boys who have been in my room. Sorry the photos are not more interesting. Since I am here for 2 months, this thread will not be updated as often as Back in Thailand was but I hope that many of the posters here who I know will be here over the next few weeks will add some fun comments and especially some photos. We have some members here who are far more familiar with the late night clubs and hopefully they will give us some of their wisdom.

We are really talking about 2 different things here, TSA is responsible for security on flights and Customs and Immigration is there to make sure you have the right to enter the country. Let's face it Customs and Immigration are basically a joke. They have no idea when someone overstays their visa and they have let millions enter the country illegally. When a citizen returns it should be does the face match the passport photo and thats it . Unless they have a reason to question goods being brought in all they should do is pass the passport through and say welcome home. Many countries hate the way we treat visitors and make it hard for them to visit. Brazil will tell you the reason we have to get a Visa to enter their country is because we force them to obtain a Visa. India China and many others the same . Last time I checked these countries are not or have never been on a terrorist list. This costs us hundreds of millions of dollars in lost Tourist spending. And from personal experience Detroit is the worst Customs and Immigration and I would pay more never to have to use Detroit as a Point of Entry.

You are way too polite to the OP. There is nothing bust disdain in his post both for the boys he says he hires and for the silly farangs who are Big Spenders and ruin it for the cheap Charlies. He also has no idea what he is talking about as many boys from the Bars in Pattaya expect more then 1000. True that Bangkok prices have always been higher then Pattaya . Many reasons for that including the customers that frequent Twilight as well as cost of living in Bangkok. Let him go to the park if he wants to spend 500 baht and stop trying to tell others how to spend their money. I could care less if he can't afford the boys. Let him get a better job!

I tried that when it first came out. Paid my $100 and got turned down. No recourse to find out why except through Freedom of information Act. I have better things to do with my time so that was the end of that.

Truth is UA is pushing me to DL. I hate SkyMiles and their award search engine which is why I left DL. But now DL offers incredible BC fares RT to Atlanta. Keep in mind I threw away a cheap economy ticket return over a year ago so I could start my RoundTrips from Bangkok. That makes the fare 30% or more less. Ridiculous I know. I have used DL to get to and from Seattle and UA onward. But that means even though I am Platinum with DL I never upgraded on Domestic flights because my hometown is Atlanta. I love Seattle as my port of entry. Absolutely the best Customs and Immigration in the USA. Always fast, no stupid questions and a Welcome Home with a smile. A real pleasure compared to many others such as DTW,JFK,LAX etc.. But now I will be forced to consider DL which means my POE will be LAX but at least my Domestic flight will continue in BC. On the trip to Bangkok it will be a direct flight ATL-NRT which is a longer leg then I like because I rarely sleep. But the fare is the same as I was paying from SEA and I eliminate 2 hotel nights in SEA where it always rains. I hate UA for forcing me back to DL>

Funny I have walked that identical path. Turned down a Boy who was stubborn at 2000 when I spent similar to you the night before of almost 3000 baht. Didn't make sense but if Boy was in front of you or me , probably would have paid if he looked like photos. It is the one downside of online pick ups, that you don't have the goods in front of you . hehe

There is a great difference between your post and the OP. In your post you are deciding what to do with your money which is your right. But the OP is trying to dictate what others should do with their money which is none of his business or yours or anyone else's . I assure you I have far more experience then you on Soi Twilight but very little of it recently. The reason is that I feel the Bars are ripping me off and before I get to the boy of my dreams I have already spent what I could have invested in a GayRomeo, Jack'd or Grinder search or even Soi4. Imagine what the boy thinks . He sees a customer on Twilight stop at a few Bars and between drinks including boy drinks, tips etc maybe spend easily 2500 baht. Then that same customer would like the boy to take him to heaven for about 1/2 of what he has already spent. So the boy says to himself farang already spent all this money and has nothing and now he wants to make up for it by giving him the smallest tip possible. So now some but not all boys are asking for more . If everyone else wants more from drinks to off fees to food etc etc etc , why should the boy not want more. I now avoid Soi Twilight like the plague and have never had to spend much time in finding a suitable companion on GayRomeo or recently Jack'd. It takes a little experience but you can find many boys online for a reasonable tip and even for no Tip except Taxi. Many of the same boys on Soi Twilight who are asking for high tips are Online before and after work where their prices are much more reasonable. So rather then complain about boys on Soi Twilight asking for bigger tips or telling farangs how to spend their money , the most intelligent thing to do is find another way to meet boys. It really is not HARD!

The real key with ANA and United is make sure you buy the ticket from UA and then it is recognized as a UA flight and you get all the same mileages etc. The only thing you don't get is to use upgrade certificates because they can be used only on UA metal which of course sucks. Be interesting to see if ANA goes to a larger plane or an additional flight because they cannot begin to service that route with their current equipment. I just flew in on a loaded 747 and those passengers cannot be conveyed on a 757.

They are an airline so by definition they are unethical. Only major US airline that I can think of which has not screwed its FF'yers is probably SW and I'm not sure about them.

They did not update their computers until yesterday. Some like me might think they kept taking the money and then change your flights to ANA where they keep the bulk of the income.

That Turkish flight looked interesting to me until I saw how long the layover in Istanbul was.

I'm impressed. You found a saver award with Sky Pesos in BC. I'm a 2million miler with them and Platinum for years but they drove me away with their useless awards.
