I replied to the OP with exactly what he asked for and then suggested as others have that he post where he will likely get a better response. You I suggest return to one of your other names on the other Boards where you are just as useless!

1500 continues to ne the acceptable tip for boys on Soi Twilight for short time although you may find a few demanding 2000. Up to you!

Get a Baggy for your wallet etc. Go out and have fun then go back to your Hotel at 8pm, take a hot shower and get dressed to go to Soi Twilight.( make sure you still protect your valuables when you head out) There will be plenty of boys in the Bars

Ridiculous for anyone to try to compare prices in NYC with Thailand. At the least you can get 3 massages with Sex in Thailand for what 1 would cost you in NYC!!

First stop worrying about Gay Friendly. To find a Hotel that is not Gay Friendly would be very difficult. 2nd always book your room for 2 people and that ends the discussion anywhere about adding a guest. Of course the boy needs to look presentable and have proper id in case you are asked. With hundreds and hundred of nights I have to really search my memory to come up with a Hotel that has even looked sideways when I walk in with a guest. There are some Hotels that require you stop and show the boys ID and some customers like the added layer of protection from underage boy. Certainly Tartawan is one of those and the Dusit in Pattaya but they are the minority. Pick the Hotel that is in the area you plan to spend the most time and spend what you can afford. Nice Hotels are a bargain in BKK compared to most other cities in the world so if you like a refuge away from the oppressive heat and a pool to enjoy spend a little extra .

Since I use GayRomeo and Jack'd a lot the few duds I get are .usually boys who show up looking nothing like their photos. I don't care if they are 3 or 4 years older but it has to be them and a reasonable facsimile of their photos.. I make that plain to them in advance so I don't feel bad when I tell them to get lost and being the sucker that I them provide them with 200 baht taxi money anyways. This represents less then 10% of the boys I contact this way. Of the remaining 90% I would have to say that would be unfair to call any of them duds. Certainly their performance differs but they all provided me with pleasure. How much pleasure is dependent on how much I tip them over the norm and whether I invite them back. Certainly I tend to hire gay boys although in Thailand I find that line can be pretty blurred and if you treat the boy with respect , you are likely to get whatever you want. The one thing I can say for sure is that the odds you will have a satisfying experience at a very low cost compared to any other country in the world is at least one of the reasons many of us keep returning to the Land of Smiles.

Well Since you like nice Hotels and your budget is at least somewhat limited, Thailand will certainly give you a lot for the money. Cambodia and especially Angkor Wat should be a priority and you will find nice hotels at reasonable prices and everything is dirt cheap like guide and car rentals to visit various ruins. I don't especially like Singapore as I find it a little sterile and just not very interesting IMHO. HongKong is a must in my opinion but this is definitely the most expensive place you may visit so you need to plan carefully. I find Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia a very interesting city with its predominately Muslim population. Vietnam is interesting but it may be brutally Hot there so something to look at. Your budget will not be hurt there but I only have experience in Hanoi . Things to consider are Visas. I know China can be a pain in the ASS for USA residents and although there are some great sites again it is more expensive and the air quality could kill you. hehe. Certainly the gay life available to you may be quite different since you are much younger then many of the posters here. You might consider Bali but I think that is heavy rain season. The sooner you plan your Asia flights the better because Air Asia or their competition tend to have much much lower fares the further in advance you buy and every penny saved there is money you have to spend in the destinations.

Sort of agree with much of the above. I visit GoGo Bars much less and use GayRomeo and Jack'd much more. Usually I visit the GoGo Bars early and frequently will decide to off a boy but pay the off fee and either pick him up later or have him meet me at apartment. I have never had a no show this way and find it allows me either to bar hop without having a boy in tow and also makes sure the boy will not be there when I return.

You can get just about anything you want. Just tell the Mamasan and let him recommend the boys who would be willing..

Thats not the new change. $ were already required this year for status next year. However next year on top of needing $ for status, you will earn miles based on how much your fare is. People who generally buy low economy tickets will earn much less and some Business Class fliers will earn many more miles then before. Big question is how many of those miles you will have to use for free tickets and whether they will make more seats available. They are waiting to give those specifics until the end of the year hoping to minimize people leaving for other airlines.

And your comments would be appropriate in a thread about falling in love or having and finding a Thai BF. This thread has nothing to do with that which is why I resent you putting in your standard comments which in large part I agree with. Save them for threads where they have some relevance!!!

I am getting tired of your constant reference to overweight farangs etc as an excuse for bad behavior by the boys. Yes a lot of the farangs are bald overweight and old, something I a relatively sure you at least qualify under 2 categories and maybe used to be under all 3. The bottom line is the overwhelming % of boys do their job and provide their service with a smile and show a respect for their customer that is ingrained in the Thai way of life. That being the case there is no reason to accept sub par performance from any boys and no reason to support a Bar that provides boys with that attitude . If the boys want only Asian customers then they should refuse to go with others if they are unable to provide what they are being paid for. There is an entire street of Lady Bars where non Asian customers are not welcome. I have no problem with that. That is their choice . But if you present yourself as available to provide company and service to anyone who enters your Bar then I expect to receive that treatment. In no way do I mean that the customer is allowed to show lack of respect to the boys but if that respect is shown then I expect the boy to provide the service that he has been hired for. If you show the boy respect and treat him well , you will be rewarded 99% of the time with a wonderful encounter regardless of what you see in the mirror!!! Really pretty Simple!!!

M, I remember that story . It comes down to whether you want to be serviced or do the servicing. Jupiter boys, you will do the servicing. I agree once in awhile that can be fun. But 0 for 5 tends to make me believe you will never find a boy in Jupiter that will service you. Not my kind of place and as long as you go there to watch the show and know that the boys there expect to be serviced then go for it. Different strokes for different folks. Just don't go there expecting to find a Hot Boy to make your dreams come true. Many better Bars for that.

My experience at Jupiter is awful I have taken 5 boys from there and they were interested in doing as little as possible. I will never return. However if you decide to take someone , you can expect the tip to be 2000 for short time and what you spend in the Bar for off fees etc has nothing to do with what the boy expects. You will pay Jupiter an off fee of 4-500 baht. I am not sure of their current fee. If a mamasan helps you I would be very specific with what you want and make sure the boy agrees to it before you pay the off fee. Make sure he understands if he does not perform , he will get a reduced fee or possibly nothing..

Spoken like a man with a Thai BF who many might approach. Hehe The danger is just exactly that , you could be hitting on a BF rather then a short time infatuation. I have found in the past that boys with a farang always appear to be the cutest you have seen that evening. Probably has something to do with their unavailability???
