Spent good part of day with my favorite this trip . If I was looking for a BF, he would be my choice. But I am not. Speaks pretty good English and looks the way I like Thai Boys to look. I just said too much. I'll leave it to you to figure out what he left here with. Needless to say he won't have to pay 250 baht a day anymore and I am not the least bit worried that I'll get it back. I told him he only gets 500 every visit until I get my money back and he was very happy. By the time I credit him with extras he will be even long before I leave in 21 days. And over the years I have done that before and was never cheated

Unfortunately all with caveats for the first time visitor. Jupiter liable to have great eye candy and very high attitude. More reports of unsatisfactory offs there then any other Bar and I can fully agree. I gave up after 5 tries . Never another baht from me. Screwboys is real hit and miss place . One night they will have a gem or two and others nobody IMHO. Soi 6 used to be so much better. Now too often boys all look like street kids and the lighting is so bad you really may not know what you are getting . hehe. Of course for muscle lovers there is Tawan. Been there twice once jet a week or two before some big competition and I was impressed with Bodies even if not my preferred types. Other time no upcoming competition and overall fitness was quite disappointing. Be High just not worth the hike and isolation of the area. There was a time 10 years or more ago when this was the area to find some gorgeous real students looking to pick up extra money. Those days appear to be over.

So you are pounding payment when you are on Soi Twilight at night. Somehow that does not make sense to me(very little pavement pounding) and since both Soi 4 and Soi Twilight are open at night only the choice I understand boys in underwear or dressed. Certainly a difference and for the first time visitor both need to be seen and experienced. At one you can have dinner and drinks for the same price as a drink at the other.

Just take same precautions you would in any big city. Don't wear conspicuous jewelry. Don't carry too much cash and split it up in different pockets etc. Just shake your head no if anyone comes up to you showing photos for lady or boys for SEX. They are just looking to make commission and will take you someplace that will over charge you. If you are at a nice Hotel utilize the concierge for directions and best way to travel to your destination. Feel free to ask about any things you definitely want to do or see . Well Soi 4 is for those who are tired of getting raped on Soi Twilight. I understand the business model and if they can get those outrageous prices , more power to them. But I have bought 4 drinks in the las t 2 years . When I lived in BKK i used to be at Soi Twiight and XBoys 5-6 nights a week. But prices were 220-250 which I could live with. Boys Bangkok if you buy a couple of drinks and a drink for a boy and a few tips and you are out 2000 baht and have nothing to show for it. Now I rarely ever go there during my 5 days in BKK. I think last trip I stopped in 1 night for about 30 minutes and that was enough for me. Too many easy options for Boys. But that said not to dissuade the casual or first time visitor from going there because you are unlikely to find anything like it anywhere else in the world. But it has become old for me.

Far be it from to disagree with you GB but I don't think Christians Blog is that great for someone who will be visiting for the first time . Christian has been here for years and tends to go to out of the way places rather then things a first time visitor wants to cover before he ventures out to the places Christian goes. Christian has an unlimited amount of time which is great but the first time visitor can easily fill a month of weekends just seeing the highlights in Bangkok. If he goes to Trip Advisor , he will find the way to make the best use of his limited time on weekends. For questions about Sex, he will find plenty of suggestions here once he says what his preferences are in types of Men/Boys . Whether he like Bars or Massages with Sex appeal to him etc. Maybe explains in general terms about himself ( age, fitness , sexual preferences etc)

Since he did not advise his preference , not sure I would tell him to avoid Pattaya especially if twinks are his preference. Many many times the number of twinks in Pattaya then anywhere else and at a much reduced price compared to BKK. I did not post on a visit I arranged yesterday when it was raining in some parts of the city (or so boys said). Amazing how they hate rain even if they need money.
