Yes and I don't blame the boys . Just like if you pay one boy something , all the boy will know what you paid. But again there is that sentence that seems to get repeated . Boy can say no to 400 just like customer can say no to 3000. Is there really anyone that does not understand the difference. I have said no to many boys and moved along because i Have many choices. If the Boy says no , he is not sure when another might offer him the fair amount. Yes if the rent is not due or the stomach is not empty , he can say no but if this is not the case he may have to say yes. His choices are minuscule and can be based on desperation. The customer can jerk off and he should before insulting a boy with an offer of 400 baht. Good news is the businesses on Walking street are starting to hire for October and my friend got a job today and will start a week from Monday. So now he can definitely tell the cheap pricks to Fuck Off which I am happy to say to anyone who wants to justify offering 400 baht.

Find a friend to share the cost, invite some boys and take speedboat. If you can go to beach and walk in water , you can take boat. Then you get to go to more private beach with beautiful clear water. Boys love it and you can tell them lunch and swimming. No money just nice day. You can take from Beach Rd or Jomtien Beach.

You are mouthing off something you know nothing about. In fact you have never been here and you come to this forum and ask questions for which you get answers and then you make a judgment about any member here giving to certain Thai Charities. Not that it is any of your business but I have given to a number of Thai charities and even paid a substantial debt a family had incurred because of a sickness tragedy and needing to borrow from an unscrupulous Loan Shark. It is evident you have no understanding of the Thai people and their expected help to family members. Many not all of the boys come here and if they are able to make decent money they send money home to their families. It is expected of them. They leave very poor farming villages in hopes of making decent money. You say they can get a job, it is their choice . Wrong again . There are not that many jobs especially in Low Season and the minimum wage in order to educate you is 300 baht per day. That mostly is a 12 hour day and 6 days a week. No chance there will be anything left over to send to family.. How would you like to work for 72 hours a week for $50 US a week. You would have to brain dead to think boys like subjecting themselves to people like you for low amounts of money. They do it because in most cases their choices are limited with not much education and no way to get a job that will both support them and allow them to send money home. Nobody here including me is saying you should give more then the accepted minimum amount . What is being said that it is up to if you choose to give a little more out of generosity. By the same token there is no excuse to try to pay less just because you can. Do you really think any of these boys actually enjoy doing what they do. They are very good at pretending in order to make a living.

For me the most telling actions by an individual are Christian PFC who posts here and everywhere. I think it is safe to say Christian is very careful with his money. Nothing wrong with that. He stays in rooms , I would not stay in. He travels on buses and trains I would not use. We do eat in some of the same restaurants. But Christian in 99% of the cases offers 1000 baht to the boys , with rare exceptions like Saranom Park which is a different animal. Christian is younger then most members here , certainly much younger then me and fluent in Thai. All reasons that would enable him to pay less then the acceptable minimum rate . Yet in all but rare cases he pays the accepted minimum rate. I don't think it is to much to ask and expect that all visitors act in the same way. I have made more then 50 trips here . I lived in BKK for 30 months . I have seen many of the cities and provinces in Thailand and more temples, rice fields etc then I care to admit. I continue to come here for one reason. The Boys and the prices we pay for our self gratification. It is not too much to expect that all visitors treat the boys fairly and when they don't we condemn them for it. Otherwise we will soon need to stay home and only dream of what once was.

For Whall the argument you are making is I believe a completely different one. It is based on the fact the fact that many consider hiring prostitutes taking advantage of the individual. That is a different argument and usually couched in religious and upbringing by parents that consider prostitution a sin. I get that. You can make a moral argument that it is wrong to pay someone for Sex and that you are taking advantage of that person. I choose not to believe that argument and $1000 and up Hookers would surely agree. My argument is about traveling thousands of miles for Sex with boys and then not having enough dignity and class to pay what is considered the acceptable minimum amount. I could not disagree with Vinapu anymore strongly. First of all Boy did not complain to me. I asked him if he had received any contacts from the new photos. He said many and I followed up with the question had he met anyone. He then volunteered that offers had been made 400 for Short time and 700 all night which he refused. He said some were coming in October and they had offered fair amounts. Your suggestion that a boy asking for 2000 and getting it is comparable to a cheap prick paying 400 and the boy needing to eat is so outrageous that it would be hard for me to list all the ways. The man who paid 2000 is staying in a room that costs per night at least what the boy pays for a week and in many cases what the boy pays for a month. Not taking into account the thousands paid for airfare etc and probably a Bar Bill that exceeds what the boy makes in a good week. Also the man can refuse the 2000 offer because he know there are many more boys who will do it for less. The boy is sometimes in a position because where there are few if any more customers and his decision to say no is 1000 times harder then the customer who says no to 2000. Just a ridiculous argument and assertion to soften the pure fact that anyone who offers 400 is a disgusting cheap prick and he should stay in the country he came from and he should be despised by anyone who would like the Boys to continue to be available for what are still ridiculously lows prices for most of us.

I'm pretty sure that is been made abundantly clear to you in this thread. If you are coming here intending to offer the least that you can rather then what has long been established as an acceptable minimum, you will get no more help here. Your listed email suggest you are coming from Chicago where you would have to pay 5-12 times as much. You intend to grind every baht you can from the same boys that are the reason you are coming ? Luckily assuming you are real and coming the end of October , there will be a lot more customers then now and you will have little success.

You are entitled to your opinion wrong as it might be. When you offer less then the generally accepted minimum rate and you get a boy to agree. it is only because you are in the power position. He needs to pay his rent etc and may be forced to take a low offer. Just because he agrees does not make it right to offer him less. In most countries there is a minimum wage and you cannot offer less. Just because the boys are desperate should not allow someone to take advantage of them by offering less then what is generally accepted minimum amount for sex. They do not have the protection of a minimum wage other then the customer being fair. Unfortunately some customers are not fair and only interested in themselves. Most of them are here for 1 reason and that is the boys. If the boys went away tomorrow most readers and posters on this and other boards would also soon go away!

Your example if it happened 5% of the time , you would have a little argument but in Pattaya I would have to say I have a very very large sample to draw from and never have been asked for more then 1500 ST and this would have been a Coyote Dancer at a Disco etc, not a boy on Gayromeo. And even then it is clear the boy did not need the money or want to go with you and thus the high offer. A large % of the time boys don't even ask but I always tell them 1000 ST which most of the times I increase unless boy did the bare minimum. I doubt very much that this kind of person does not know what the acceptable minimums are and is just trying to see if he can cheat the boy out of a fair price because of slow season etc. Let's not mix the 2 situations. 2am waking down the street and farang gets offered sex for less then 1000 is completely different from initiating the possible liaison online when farang full knows the acceptable minimum. They should not be allowed in the country. They spend thousands to travel here and then try to cheat the boys out of a fair amount and take advantage of the very slow season. I recognize there are some retired people here on strict budget and they need to restrict their spending but 400 baht??? They should be ashamed of themselves. And the others should never leave their own disgusting country if they cannot afford to treat the boys fair. He did have a couple of messages from customers who are coming in the next few weeks and offered the proper amounts. Hopefully that will happen and as more customers arrive they will be better ones. Disgusted beyond belief today and if anyone does not agree with me don't post because there is no telling what I will say!!

He sent me photos of his new room that was quite nice for the money and hopefully he will continue to be there. I know he has got a flood of interest since he put my photos of him on his profile. Hopefully this will result in him making money as the season progresses to more customers. I could care less about getting the money back and I'm pretty sure he knew that. Some are worth a little boost although lucky for him , I did it before the latest dive in the Stock Market .HeHe

3 straight days of Sunny and Hot Weather and it looks like another one today. I have had a slight medical problem and have been just seeing my 2 favorites if anybody. I would make last night in BKK or build in plenty of time for drive from Pattaya . Tipping driver is discretionary but in most cases driver either does not own car or is only getting a portion of the fee. No big deal for an extra 100 baht since the trip is already one of the great bargains in the world. In most of the world would cost you many times more. I am more inclined when being waited for at airport. Frequently driver may wait quite some time for you because flight late and baggage slow.

Another Sunny day in Pattaya . Maybe rains are gone. Hot and Humid however. It really is slow here. My baht bus ride home last night I almost missed my stop because it was so fast and I was not paying attention. No traffic on Pattaya 2 Rd at 11pm. Was same opposite direction on Beach Rd at 8pm although not quite as fast. Slowest I have ever seen it. Weekends are always busier because of the Bangkok visitors. New boy coming at 9pm if he actually shows . Just hope he looks like the photo. Love that tattoo! and the body it is on. hehe

Another sunny day and no clouds so it was time to check out the Bars. Keep in mind beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I will try to be fair and compare to my experiences over the last 15 years. Also for new members who have never been here , naturally the Bar scene will be your first experience probably. Because of Willie's report I decided to stop in Cupidol first. 3 customers and sure enough 26 Boys( all on stage). Mamasan M who at one time or another worked at most bars in Pattaya. Previously at Dreamboys and I would have to say he did a much better job stocking that Bar when it re-opened. Boys on stage were about as average looking as you can get and would not even register on my scale compared to the last 2 Boys photos I posted. All I could do to stay 15 minutes and leave tipping 3 of the better looking ones 100 baht each. Soda 170 baht Next stop DreamBoys where I hoped some boys would be there from 6 months ago. Sad to say not the case. 8 Boys , 3 customers . A couple of fair -good looking boys , unfortunately they were the ones with the most tattoos . Again tipped a couple of boys and paid check 160 baht. On to FunnyBoys which for many years was considered the Best GoGo Bar in Pattaya without a show. 6 customers and 8 Boys on stage . For years when Mamasan Rose ran that Bar there would never be less then double that. However the quality took a huge jump from previous 2 Bars . Also there were 4 or 5 guys outside so figure total 12-13 Boys. There were some really good looking Boys here and a couple of them had Hot Gymnast Type Bodies. I seem to remember #6 being mentioned and he had a really nice sculpted body. Under the bright light I would guess him to be about 35 years old. Nothing wrong with that. This Bar has always done a couple of classy things , like cold towels when you enter and peanuts with your drink. Little touches that endear their customers to return. I believe check was still 170 baht and 3 more boys got my donation. Last stop XBoys and Live Sex Show. I only stop here to see the BBoys because of their Brake Dancing. Some Hard cocks, sucking, fucking , shower show etc. Seen it to may times but new visitors I get it . 14 Customers , 5 of them women and smoking. Check 260 baht. Tips only to BBoys , I left a bit early. General area of BT continues to deteriorate. Boarded up places etc , restaurants out of business etc. Only the original BT street continues to look decent. So for me after 15 years I am unlikely to be bothered returning this trip as in past trips. I find better looking boys IMHO on social media sites. They come to me , morning , noon and night. I don't drink so I can find no reason to go to the Bars any longer. There are actually other things to do in Pattaya. Again I don't want to dissuade anyone from coming or going to the Bars . For new visitors, you will still get to see things not available in the rest of the world so enjoy until you get tired of it or not?
