TD has it right .. I mostly hire ST which runs from 30 minutes - 2hours and the time is dependent on my wishes for the most part. If I met or know a Boy works in a Bar and I had him visit say at 6pm, I want him to be able to go back to his apartment and get ready for work so the visit will last until I am satisfied and then tell him no problem to leave. It makes a difference to me how conversational the Boy is, because if we have had sex and are talking and laughing , he may easily spend 2 hours . Many times I see a boy at 7-8 am and it is easy to see he likes the a/c , computer etc and a big comfortable bed and he will stay for a few hours. I guess if you are talking about true gay dating sites or escort site. Adam was always useless for escorts IMHO. Only escort site that was actually decent was Rent Boy and they are in jail. If I am not in the room then I get an alert on my phone that I have a message and that is easily read and replied to. The big advantage of Romeo is that you can see when the boy last visited the site and more importantly you can see if your message to him was actually read. Something I don't think the other apps provide.

Have no idea what you mean by USP. 90 % of the time I use my laptop and the escort section is always available in Thailand and anywhere else in the world. If you mean you can't get the escort section on your phone, I have never tried so didn't know.

That was not my point. Rather that Christian has spent quite a few years living in Thailand and he knows the acceptable rates . He has always made it plain that he tips at the low end of acceptable tips. Thus why ask what a boy wanted or what someone else paid . It's not a massage parlor where everyone knows the rates and the acceptable tips. In a Bar the boy may have just finished a week off where he made a Big Tip , does not like the look of the customer and this quotes a high price. Same Boy might not have had an off for a week and the rent is due and the customer is young and so he may quote a different price. Yes you need to know what most consider the minimum tip to be in a particular city but asking what someone else might have paid usually will not provide you with any useful info. Vinapu for example in most cases tips on the High End. Good for him but that has nothing to do with what you could offer the boy. Some try to get it as low as possible even if under the accepted norms. Again I am not interested in that info because I don't want to grind the boy. There have been thousands of posts here about what the acceptable minimum tips are. Once you are armed with that information, it is between you and the Boy.

In reply to Z909 That's fine but neither you or I have any idea what their market share is and since this is a Thailand Forum, I mistakenly assumed we were talking about apps in Thailand. First of all none of the Apps like Hornet etc have an escort section so pretty hard for Romeo to lose market share to any of those apps. In fact most of them do a decent job of restricting the mention of money for sex in the Ad. I know they fail in some cases but. When I use Romeo in parts of the world other then Asia , I go to the Escort section. Because I know what i am getting and I don't have to waste a lot of time discovering whether the individual is interested in making money for Sex. At least as far as I can see Romeo has no viable competition in this particular field. They compete with Rent Boy before they were put in jail and other pretty much useless sites.

Can't figure out what you are talking about? I just looked and 18-24 in Pattaya there were 240 boys who visited the site in the last 24 hours . If anything there are more boys then ever. Now I rarely use my phone, mostly my laptop so can't comment on Android etc. Few times I use it on my iPhone it works fine. I use Hornet a lot and find it far superior to Jack'd or Grinder which is a joke IMHO. I have never changed. If I take Boy from bar then naturally the Bar gets an off fee. If I like the boy I will get his phone number and give him mine. Then most likely I will call him non- bar hours and of course could care less about the Bar. In the olden days before Hornet, Jack"d etc , boys needed the Bar so if I took boy off for a few days I would go to the Bar and pay a negotiated fee for the number of days , because I wanted the boy to have a job when he returned. Now there is no loyalty Boys to Bars or Bars to Boys. Sometimes boys new to the scene rely on the Bar because they have not posted their photos somewhere else and have not learned to have translated conversations with customers. But I find quite a difference between Bangkok and Pattaya. Because of the size of Bangkok and the fact that many boys on the apps are not actually looking for money or old companions, the Bars in some ways have more control.. It all comes down to what the total price you have to give the boy and if you believe he needs the off fee in the future or you just don't care .

I will bet that all except Bangkok Boys on off nights will agree to lower price if you ask . I would tell XBoys 250 or walk away . They will likely offer 300.

I can't argue that you have been there more recently then I have but there are only 3 GoGo Bars . I find it hard to believe that Eros has gone from Fem Boys to manly guys and based on their current website , it appears to be the same as always Certainly Nice Boys tends to more manly boys and Power Boys changes every week so I can see on any 1 night might catch a different type.
