Look you are a new member here and those sort of things have been shared over and over again. Members have talked about boat trips with boys, taking groups of boys to bowl or to the movies or to play pool. All those things get you rewards in how the boys look at you and none of them are used as a way to stretch my money. For most here the whole purpose of the trip is to buy boys for Sex and rather then looking for ways to save money we are looking for ways to interact with boys in a different environment. Nothing wrong with you wanting to stretch your money but you come from a different focus. Your focus is not paying for sex and thus you are in a minority on this Board. I'm not criticizing that, just trying to make you understand many of us don't visit looking to stretch our money but to enjoy it by paying Sexy Boys for Sex .

I agree and so many things have changed over the last 15 years. If Buck gets enjoyment out of buying a bottle good for him but it never occurred to me as a way of saving money. Many years ago in Sunee at Kaos Bar I would do that but in many ways it was because there could be 50 boys in there and 45 of them would be not only my type but extremely attractive IMHO.. There was no reason to leave that Bar and thus a good way to interact with many boys before choosing your date for the night. I just don't find that type of Bar available anymore. Michael could certainly speak to this as he was a favorite customer in that Bar. Now when I go in a Bar , I find that the % of boys I would take home is much lower. Thus I have to go from Bar to Bar to find the boy of my dreams for that night. Thus no reason to open a bottle.

I'd rather give the boys I like on stage tips and they'll like it better. Very seldom I find a reason to stay more then 30 minutes in any Bar.

There is no fool proof method . First I look for number of visits which lets me know if the profile is new. Not a guarantee because some boys constantly change profile but they are usually boys that have been at it for some time and I recognize them and know the photos are old. I also find many times the photos posted look age different thus you can be guaranteed to just look at the older ones. I find the enhancing ability less bothersome. Does anyone think that 90 % of the boys in the photo thread that we all drool over have not been enhanced. Of course they have . Since I find it impossible many times to tell if a boy is 18 or 28 ( harder as I get older) I'm not really hung up on whether he looks exactly like the pics age wise,but in most cases he is far better looking then any boy I can have in my home country. I am also amazed how many boys post stupid faces etc as photos and how much better looking they are in person. My last 60 day trip I turned 1 boy away from my door because of not being boy in photo and I shutter to think how low that % is. HeHe But of course I have had a lot of practice and if suspicious I will ask to talk on line etc with camera. Actually I have been pleasantly surprised more then disappointed . But then personality of boy cannot be shown in photos or even in Bars at times.

No surprise. Once Rose left it began its inevitable death spiral. Easy to open a Bar but not so easy to manage one. Rose was among the best ever.

How many University students do you think have worked in the Sex Industry. I don't for a minute believe that your due diligence was always successful. I also don't believe that all short time or part time Sex Workers are unable to be successful in your company. I do believe you can sort out boys that have never gone to school or worked anywhere except the Sex Industry. After those you have no idea about the rest. However I do believe you do increase your chances of success with due diligence but not for a minute do I believe that you are always successful in weeding out boys who at some time worked in the Sex Industry.

Exactly what I do. Was not looking on my last trip to Sydney so have no idea .. Everywhere else I have been in the last 2 years Hornet wins easily but I do like the multiple photos and the ability to easily look when thousands of miles away with out having to use fake GPS. I almost always have some possibilities before I ever arrive. But certainly it all revolves around how successful you have been in the past.

You may be right in smaller towns or places that don't have good transportation. More then 10km never bothered me in most cities I have been in. It is just not very far. Certainly never bothered me in Pattaya, BKK, Hanoi, SP, Madrid, Barcelona and many more . I don't even know where Faro is in Portugal but same thing when I plug that into Hornet I get lots of profiles but since the distance is given from my spot in the USA , it is impossible for me to tell how wide an area is covered except in general terms but I got 40 from what I assume is the center of the city 10 km out and that is at midnight. You are partially right. For years Boyz was the #1 Bar in Thailand and lawsuits among partners and the original man behind the success , led to it going downhill. New management has raised it back up to where I guess it can compete for #1 . Originally there was no Bar that competed with it.

There was a time when more owners read the Boards. I think they went away for 2 reasons: 1. Unsubstantiated criticisms that nobody else seemed to experience. 2. Tired of people with no Bar or restaurant experience being experts on how a Bar should be run. Many people with no money invested seem to think they know better and most of the time they don't. It is just plain not easy for a Farang to run a Bar in Thailand.

Interesting because I am currently in the USA and searched Lisbon on Hornet and hundreds of profiles came up.

For me Hornet wins easily all over the world. Especially since it is so easy to search anywhere in the world even when you are not there without manipulations of your present location. Always the most photos so you don't waste a lot a time with 1 photo you get on Grindr and have to ask for more. In Thailand Planetromeo is first choice on my laptop but phone it is Hornet, Jack'd and never even bother with Grindr. Just more proof different strokes for different folks.
