In a bid to stem the resurgence of sexually transmitted infections, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention plans to recommend doxycycline, a widely used antibiotic, for use after an unprotected sexual encounter. The antibiotic would be taken only by gay and bisexual men and transgender women who have had an S.T.I. within the previous year or who may be at risk for one. The scientific evidence is too limited to recommend the strategy, called doxy-PEP, to all people who might be exposed to infection-causing bacteria during sex. The agency released draft guidelines on Monday and plans to finalize them after a 45-day public comment period.

I have witnessed people from the crowd tasting strippers dick in Theatron (some with condom, some without), and I think it was Thursday night. I had a feeling that strippers were having good time and teasing people. They are not shy and if you dont look like a creep I think its not so difficult. The one who got most attention was a hairy average looking colombian guy in late 40 and he was just very enthusistic and willing, he did not look like heavy tipper. I think the stripper (extremely hot guy) used him to bring some “exciting change” into his dance routine. All Theatron strippers I saw were very, super or extremely hot guys). The first dancers were less interactive, but the last dancers rather interactive, but its not sex club orgy of course. There is staff supervising the stage. Everything happens among crowd of 200 people and 200 mobile phones making pictures!

About 15 years ago I passed a volleyball court near Jomtien beach (still active?) and among the players I noticed very dark muscled hunk, who I thought was exceptionally handsome. He was really the only dark guy among the pale players. He noticed me…and I did not visit my hotel for 3 nights as I moved to his flat. Good times, I got emotionally attached and when I left I think I gave him 400 euros or so (that was my initiative, he just asked some support). I also remember various „solutions“ like me renting a condo and he would always be for me when I am there😃. That sounded a bit too much though..

Trump and Russia is an interesting case. The fact is that he required that Germany would increase military expenditure, close down the gas pipeline which was feeding the monster and to show leadership in foreign and security policy in Europe. Germany strugles in all 3 areas for various, mostly internal reasons. Russia is a badly managed case for US, who has now to save the Europeans, who as a group should be able to deal with Russia. For US only China is appropriate sizeable counterpart to deal with. -

I think you underestimate the amount of reconciliation, war compensation, war tribunals, re-education, de-putinization, sanctions which will remain in place, etc. You think we are “back in business as normal” in 3-5 years? Will not happen and should not happen. -

Vladivostok by that time will not be Russia. I hope the empire will break into smaller pieces like USSR and then its safer for all. -

The tragedy is that those handsome Russian students are now in a position where they have to (some want to) shoot off the heads of equally handsome Ukrainian guys. I worked and lived in 2012-13 in Kiev, visited most large cities in Ukraine including Bucha; later visited many times Moscow for work. In this life I will never visit Russia again. -

I am nor aware that Ukrainian leaders are under international arrest warrant, but at least one guy (actually two) in Russia should be immediately arrested for war crimes. Today, 17 March 2023, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “the Court”) issued warrants of arrest for two individuals in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova. Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, born on 7 October 1952, President of the Russian Federation, is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation (under articles 8(2)(a)(vii) and 8(2)(b)(viii) of the Rome Statute). The crimes were allegedly committed in Ukrainian occupied territory at least from 24 February 2022. There are reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Putin bears individual criminal responsibility for the aforementioned crimes, (i) for having committed the acts directly, jointly with others and/or through others (article 25(3)(a) of the Rome Statute), and (ii) for his failure to exercise control properly over civilian and military subordinates who committed the acts, or allowed for their commission, and who were under his effective authority and control, pursuant to superior responsibility (article 28(b) of the Rome Statute). Please report when you see him! -

And we should also not forget that when Russia pushed Germans out from the occupied territories, they reinstated their own occupation in the “Eastern Block”. The narrative of liberators dont work 100% for lets say Poland, who were horribly treated by Soviets, then nazis and then again Soviets. UK, USA just accepted for various reasons that these countries are now under Soviets. Unfortunately the same thinking seems to linger in West, when we see how slowly weapons are delivered to Ukraine to fight the Russians. -

Why go back in time, we have fresh attrocities of Russia. Here is a Butcha massacre memorial. The occupants of Bucha, located near the city of Kiev, belonged to the 64th Independent Motorized Brigade of the Russian army, under the command of Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov, a war criminal who soon after was named "Hero of Russia" by the Kremlin. 461 bodies were found in Bucha. Many of the bodies bore signs of violent death and torture. -

Red terror is normalized in Russia since Putin came to the power, why should they build memorials? Putin has closed organizations who collected data about crimes and victims of the communism. And holodamor in Ukraine - this is now replicated even in larger scale by the terrorist in Kremlin. -
They met when he was 19, so 9 years.

There are younger guys who like older guys. I have a friend who is 56 and his bf is 28. The younger one makes more money and is totally in love with the older fellow. In Berlin nightclub I have seen really senior gentelman sucking muscled young arab or kurdish guy, and that lasted long. Both were naked. In fact in India, MiddleEast, older guys are often desired (smart, experienced) and young guys are often seen as not interesting (dumb).

Scandinavian approach to prostitution is thats all bad and explotation. Thats naive. When young guy or girl has a choice to work in a warehouse or a bar 46 hours a week and get ca 100 eur salary, and the alternative is to sleep overnight with a guy (and most likely to get a restaurant dinner and maybe even some gifts) and receive the same compensation - is prostitution so bad choice from their perspective? Lets put the conventional moral aside. Modern feminist theory supports gay prostitution in certain cases. If you are in Africa or some other super conservative place and the society tells you that you are discusting and dont deserve a life, and then american daddy says you are so beautiful that I want to pay you in order to be with you and have sex with you, then this can at least create some hope and improve self esteam (and maybe even a reason to stay alive). Very few people can do 24 h a day things that brings them only joy. Most jobs in West are not particularly fun but also not killingly awful. All in all, I see ample of benefits when wealthy guys visit the less wealthy guys.

I went to dream boys last night and drinks price is horrendous

I have been in a nude gay resort in southern fance: classy, very friendly, interesting international gossip, nice bar, nice excursions around, very good food nearby, no sex (was a place for 15-20 people and no match). I was invited by one younger couple to join their city tour, they had a rental car. Rather expensive place. I have not returned, although it was a nice experience. Southern france is totally gay friendly. Many gay beaches, one near Canne (overpriced city) was rather difficult to approach, I remember climbing some walls and running over rail tracks (I hoped it was not TGV)😀. Similarly to germans, french guys respect various kinks and I find this charming. -

The educated and urban are mostly liberal/would not care. The less educated or more traditional would not create a scene with a foreigner - this goes against the culture. Inside the traditional family homophobia can be significant, but not always. I spoke with guys who lost the contact with their fathers. Latin mother and son connection is though unbreakable :-). Colombia is way too developed country to have public attitudes lets say like Uganda. People generally respect their privacy and rights, which include right to chose the sex life. Btw, Spain (mother of Latam culture) is pretty traditional and catholic, but very liberal to gays. -

I have seen in Colombia older Americans and their 20 something dates - at the hotel breakfast. I have travelled with 26 and 28 years old around Colombia, no issues. One was very affectionate actually. I think Latam has strong „live and let live“ mentality, so nobody cares and if they have an opinion, you will not hear it. -
I dont care how I am called, especially if its coming from people with no experience. My regular sex date guy is from Kuwait and he is concerned with radicals as well and overall image of moslems. He must be closeted because his compatriots here are not very happy if he would come out. Majority of immigrants want to have peaceful life, but we cannot ignore the radicals. I hope law enforcement would be more effective, I support police in their job - keep the western democracy and freedom alive.

I live in Germany and I have heard homophobic comments targeted to me from immigrants and non-immigrants. But I realize that the only ideological threat to my life comes mostly from the radicalized islam. In Germany, I am not aware of radicalized catholics, lutherans, budhist or similar who are hunting gays. Might be different in US. Deutsche Welle: A 21-year-old Syrian man was found guilty of murder on Friday, seven months after a fatal knife attack on a gay couple. A court in the eastern German city of Dresden sentenced him to life in prison. The man, identified as Abdullah A. in accordance with German privacy regulations, was classified as an Islamist threat by investigators. He attacked two German men in October 2020, killing one 55-year-old and seriously injuring his 53-year-old partner. Prosecutors said he was motivated by religious-inspired homophobia. Prosecutors had asked for the maximum sentence with a determination of the special gravity of guilt. The defense team had argued that he should treated under the more lenient juvenile criminal law. How did the crime unfold? The men, both from the western German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, were on an e-bike holiday in Dresden. They had been together for more than eight years and hoped to move in together after their trip. The offender had just been released from juvenile detention for a 2018 conviction on promoting the Islamic State (IS) terrorist network and plotting attacks. Upon his release, he acquired two brand-new kitchen knives from a supermarket. Carrying them in his backpack, he was allegedly on a mission to "kill infidels." Half an hour later he allegedly found his targets. "Suddenly there was a blow, a complete surprise, in the back," the surviving victim told investigators. The aftermath was a blur. "I can't remember anything and, to be honest, I'm glad I don't." The offender said he was motivated by the victim's sexuality. He said the couple were committing a "grave sin" and wanted to punish them for it with death.

Puff (brothel), catholic church, Raiffeisen bank are the cosmological pillars of an austrian identity. As well as obedience to the rules. Be a rebell, make an arrangement with an escort and do what you want in the sauna. Nothing really happens if you dont announce it through the loudspeaker to all sauna visitors. Prostitution is legal in City of Vienna, with some restrictions. Everybody in vienna have some type of parallel relationships (gay, straight, bdsm, fetish), but outside it must look nice. Your private life is holy.

I did not engage too much with the guys actually. The casa particular were not always very private, lots of eyes anyhow following a tourist, i was not sure whats the official policy and inofficial practices of police regarding sex and most importantly: desperation was lurking on the streets - not very sexy atmosphere. I witnessed one fun action outside Havana. I was in one seaside village, very nice beach and superstylish gin bar, expensive. Two barmen were extremly hot young guys. Two young girls from Europe were flirting with the guys, who closed the bar around 10 and they all soon splashed to the sea. There were sufficient light to see that one bar guy was fucking the girl in the sea). Young people have always fun! Havana Iberostar hotel is very nice. And Hemingway home and Pilar are must to visit! If the museum is closed, just bribe the guards (group of 4 we paid i think 30 usd). Beaches in Cuba are nice.

I was in Cuba 4-5 years ago and the mood is somehow pessimistic depressive - daily struggle to get food (“there are eggs in shop x, we must hurry there”), authorities removing satellite attennas (illegal to watch noncuban channels) - they cost a fortune in Cuba; Havana looks mostly like it was bombarded a week ago (crumbling houses, no maintenance in 50 years). Yes the center is nice with some fancy hotels and nice restaurants. Cars are wrecks but still super expensive, not available for all (gov. restrictions on cars import and ownership). TV news were like Soviet Union Vremja. Offices of Revolution Guards or something like that everywhere in the city. All in all, daily life was pretty awful - prison like. Luckily, many cubans have relatives and friends in US, who send dollars to survive. Good looking guys, I remember I was in one small bar or coffeshop and said to the barmen I look for a male company, he introduced me immediately a very handsome (pay/straight) guy)). If you are able to ignore the Cuban daily life and focus only on the guys, maybe it could be a nice trip.
