Thanks Vinapu. Never heard of Classrooms.. Is that a new hotel ? Where is it located ?

I will also be arriving in exactly 2 weeks and can't wait 😁 I'm currently looking at all these hotel apps deciding where to book On another note , A colleague at work informed me her husband goes into a app where they bid on not only hotels but flights at almost half price I think however they do it the day before they need it. Any of you guys know any apps such as that ? Not that I'm a Cheap Charlie though, I don't mind paying more if I have to .

I didn't know that, is it the Airline or airport I contact , I probably dont need the buggy , I can still walk fast usually use the travelators, but I hated lining up, and if it's anything to go by watching the latest YouTube video of the airport I'd rather pay to get through than be stuck in a line for both Thai Pass and then moving into the immigration exit line I recall years ago there was a exit lane for senior citizens, not sure if they still have that .

Just watched a YouTube vid of a guy entering Thailand, I was surprised to see all the passengers lining up for the "Thai Pass" desk on exiting the plane and then having to line up at immigration. Only once have I used the "Fast track" service on arrival , that was around 2016 and it was great, unfortunately my budget needs to be spent on guys ,however if it's the case where the line up is full I may have to consider using the Fast track service again. They can pick you up in a golf buggy directly from the plane exit and drive you to the terminal exit and you actually go thru a different exit ,like a VIP section which was very fast as I was the only one . Unfortunately you still have to wait for your bags at the outside carousel Sorry I can't recall the cost now , I believe it was expensive then and I'm going back 5 or so years . But I hate lining up, and people pushing etc , has anyone been thru the airport lately both arriving & departing ? Watching a YouTube video a couple (backpackers) leaving for Manila showed the huge crowd lining up to departures , apparently it took them 2 hours !!

I also prefer booking via the apps, but I did get reminded at one Pattaya hotel not less than twice that I should of booked directly with the hotel itself , as far as I know it was more expensive that way so I'm not sure what they were on about.🙄

I know Airbnb are now more popular so I'm considering on my next stay to look around on this. Its been 3 years away and I'm back this month for a month. Where do you guys usually stay in Pattaya ? I loved the Ban Souy gay resort but I did move a bit closer to jomtien plaza on my last trip to the Zing inside the jomtien plaza . Ban Souy is a bit overpriced at this stage average from b1800 b per night and the drawback was transportation The Zing however was great value and gay friendly and walking distance to most bars The Agate also in the jomtien complex much similar although higher priced and rooms overlooking the pool with balcony Usually I like to split my weeks changing hotels , one week jomtien complex, the week after Boyztown etc. Haven't stayed at the Ambiance for years though, my last trip in 2019, I didn't really enjoy the Le cafe Royale hotel in Boyztown. I have come to realise though that many of these hotels do not like you booking thru travel companies apps Has anyone used Airbnb in Pattaya? Would you say it was better for you in terms of price, location etc ?

Great reports👍Someone mentioned the BBB Inn, great memories there in years gone by🥳 Unfortunately the BBB Inn went down in its latter years and I stopped going there .

Can one still have fun in these venues going alone ? And what if you don't drink alcohol? I guess as long as you buy the boy alcohol & tip the mamasan they wouldnt care 🤣 I want to try these places more often. I remember around 10 years ago going to the old Hot man karaoke up in soi bukhao , had a marvelous time, of course I was a big drinker back then 🥳🥳

I will say I was involved in some "Air rage" a few years ago on my flight to Bangkok. Having a week off work suddenly I decided a quick trip from Australia to Bangkok was in order and thus booked a economy Jetstar flight that evening. When the boarding was called I noticed quite a few guys ,probably young indian students all rush to be first in line to be boarded. All had several carry on bags & boxes each in their possession. As I'm not one to rush up to line up,I took my time and boarded last. Upon my arrival on the plane I opened the overhead locker above my seat to see it's crammed tight with boxes and bags ! The boxes I recognised from the indian students who had boarded earlier, however looking at the seats below those lockers they weren't seated there . I immediately informed the disinterested flight attendant, who pointed to go further down the aisle and find a empty overhead locker above. I then walked down opened up a few above the people sitting below to find also most of them full, before going almost half way down the plane to find one with some space. On putting my bag in,the male passenger below looks up at me and tells me it's not mine if I'm not seated where he is. He looked aggressive so I decided to move to next to it only to get the woman seated below also to loudly complain,so I decided to walk back to where my seat was with my carry on bag and again I saw the disinterested lady flight attendant standing there saying nothing. Rather than walk the plane looking for above lockers I decided just to put the bag under my seat ,she came running up and and started shouting to put that in a above locker, I again pointed out the above locker is full of boxes and I have been down the aisle looking to no avail. Rather than help she created a scene shouting I must leave the plane if I can't put it in the locker above . She offered no help or assistance, I could even see the indian students who were seated rows away laughing, unfortunately it was all their boxes in the lockers that was preventing me from putting my bags in there . So by this time I was frustrated so I asked her do you know which locker is empty, her response "Find one !! By this time still seated with my bag on my lap, I told her what a rude bitch she was, of course she called her supervisor I guess who came out and asked me to leave the plane. So I'm saying Air rage is not always the passengers fault If she had offered me some assistance in the first place instead of standing their like she didn't care as I trumped up & down the aisle then everything would of been sorted but she didn't . I also work in a customer service role sometimes with violent & aggressive people,Im usually able to do this using my skills to descalate them and show some empathy ,their anger is usually caused by frustration and no one to help them. Sure I called her a stupid bitch that was my fault but I got frustrated at her lack of caring and demand that I trump up and down the aisle looking for a empty overhead locker arguing with people seated below who took offence of me putting my carry bag in their overhead locker ,don't ask me why 😂but rather than argue with them I moved on. So now I like to hear 2 side of the story before I make a decision on air rage,it usually comes from frustration and lack of caring or descalation skills of staff, things like staff refusing to intervene in passengers refusing to recline their chair in front of you during meals etc . Some of these people shouldn't be in a customer service role.

Glad to know about this, Premium economy is becoming more popular nowadays than business class, I just read somewhere that Phillipines airlines were reducing their business class to mainly premium economy as well. Because I hate flying, I have always flew Business class ,takes a toll on my budget but I hated lining up in queues ,and being cramped in seats not to mention I always got some selfish person in front with their seat reclined 🙄 I love flying Emirates ,it's one of the best airlines in my opinion even for economy, looking at the link it looks more business class like however doesn't have the "bed type lay back " seats, that seemed to be the only difference.

Coming up to the big 60 next year ! Time has gone quick ... unfortunately 😂 Usually I keep a bucket list to be done when I go to Asia every year, New spectacles, facials, dentist , foot care, medical check up etc anyone know a place either in Pattaya or Bangkok that does facials? I mean the skincare one ,before anyone has any dirty thoughts😂 Also I will need to see the dentist probably in Pattaya or Bangkok, I need a Root canal unfortunately and a crown on top of that ,any personal recommendation on a good dentist? Just wondering if any of you guys regularly exercise nowadays or you have let that part of your life go? Coming up to my next trip in a few weeks to Thailand I thought I would hit the gym....everyday ! Unfortunately overtraining has given me the flu,so that didn't work out to well 😁

Well in 2 weeks I'm heading off to Thailand, Phillipines & maybe Jakarta , I'm so excited, it's been 2 nearly 3 years of non travel for me. At 59yo I try to keep myself fit by lifting weights most days of the week and this has benefits in meeting younger guys on apps (for free) in my own city here in Australia who are looking for older mature guys although 99% are bottom looking for Top Daddy types in which I'm not , Unfortunately I'm a bottom 🍑and my fetish is straight acting top Asian guys . This trip my bucket list plan is 1. Meeting moneyboy guys in bars, apps etc , and paying for their services 2. Trying to meet non money boy (straight) guys , waiters, bellboys, guys in gym etc , and willing to pay them, I guess you call it gayy4pay , they must be straight acting tops or not usually gay or never had gay sex 3. Hooking up with Bisexual / gay guys for free eg at Saunas ,or the apps who are non moneyboys and looking for free action. Eg Saunas, apps ,cruising areas, I'm willing to make some exceptions and try out more mature aged guys in this category if they are tops My questions are particularly in Bangkok , where are the " cruising" areas particularly to meet guys in category 3 who are bisexual looking for no money fun . Any "cruising" areas in Pattaya ? I will see how I go in terms of my bucket list categories . Of course it's a lot easier ( and has benefits) just to pay for a service and see a moneyboy than go on the hunt for guys looking for sex for no money involved but this trip I want to try all angles ( in more ways than one) Last trip to Bangkok which seems many moons ago now , I met several free guys , one middle-aged middle Eastern guy from Dubai (Grindr) who was staying in Bangkok with his wife in a nearby upmarket hotel.

In my "normal" life I'm more introvert,I'm not one of those Daddies I see at the gym chatting up younger guys etc ,but when I travel I try to be more extroverted and go out of my way & chat to people particularly handsome young men I meet on my travels . They can range from hotel staff to motorbike taxi drivers , to even guys I meet in cafes such as waiters etc. I usually carry a local mobile phone and give out my number on a card and they can call me later if they want to meet up , eg for a drink or bite to eat . Not all have any expectation of financial reward , some just want a older guy but they are mostly bottom and want a "Top daddy", but if your a bottom like myself it's a bit more difficult in meeting guys not expecting any financial reward as my fetish is straight acting guys , who are tops particularly straight/busexual guys . If I was a "Top " Daddy I could get many on the apps looking for free sex with an older guy, sure they aren't stunners but they are looking for free sex and to be banged by a older masculine daddy type. It takes a bit of work though in chatting to them usually letting them know your gay and moving on from that, I let them know that, and they take the next step in calling me if they wish .

Have you guys ever offered far far more for sex than you normally would? I'm back in Thailand next week after 3 years and I was just thinking today if I see a guy I really have to have I'm prepared to offer " Western" money equivalent to him . I only have done this maybe once or twice in the last 15 years of traveling Asia , the last time was to a straight bellboy in Cambodia who was the most gorgeous guy I have ever met . $150, however it wasn't the best experience as he couldn't get it hard Whilst I'm not made of money, I feel sometimes rather than miss out I'm prepared to pay much more for a guy particularly if he is straight and a non money boy. Bellboys, security guards,711 workers, motorbike taxi drivers etc I recently messaged African guys in Bangkok, they want ranging from 4000 baht up to 8000, am I prepared to pay that for African Cck, most probably I will. On another note , I admit I have been a bit reluctant to hire non Thai guys from Grndr because of safety reasons but I will be staying at the Tartawan a few nights and I know they check ID cards , anyone have any problems with having non Thai guys from Grindr particularly the gorgeous African guys?
