Yes I was in Manila ( Makate) last week, I had a Airbnb , accommodation hotel rates compared to Thailand are expensive in my opinion too The guy you had with him from Isabela City probably wouldn't know Manila City as where he from in the far south of the country ( a predominantly Muslim area) Hopefully as time goes on Moses can restart his Manila tour guides I will be going back on either September or October for 10 days and will do another report Did you manage to get many hookups paid or unpaid ? I would say split the trips, especially if there is 1 year between! You will get bored doing 3 week,too long one in one place split it to shorter ,you would be more inclined to have a good time plus look forward to the next trip closer 😁 The only negative is the extra airfare

I was there last week,each bar lucky to have one customer I saw a few bars with a few more but none were full Boys still wanting 1500-2000 though plus the off fee 400b I did hear a rumour though that the bars in Jomtien can be closed because they do not have the proper business licences for that area which apparently can't be done? , is that a rumour maybe gayinpattaya knows?

Is this in the old Dolce Vita building ,I know there's 3 building I see the German owner wanting to sell the freehold building(s) he owns in the business. I heard he also owns the cafe in the View Talay 2b , obviously doesn't need the money , but i believe if he can't sell the building he is wanting 70,000 per month baht rent for the Dolce Vita As for "James" I didn't know him,how long was he there for ,where was he from,was he a nice guy?

I know how you feel...this is why the last few weeks in Pattaya I avoided the Grab 🛵 taxis and went with the more expensive car 🚗 There is no where to hold onto except the driver and some don't like to be touched

I think it was Vinapu who says he changes hotel rooms through out his trip Well I just stayed 6 weeks with a side trip to Philippines and Bangkok and I must say after a month I got depressed with the room I got very cheaply of Airbnb I think I paid 12k including electric But I just changed rooms the last few days , why I don't know,is it a Psychological thing ? I more happier with my new room by the pool

This post is for us VISITORS who holiday in Thailand I was talking to another gay farang yesterday in Pattaya , a man in his late 70's from Europe "It's now daaaaamn expensive!!!😆 Older guy who had been coming to pattaya for years on & off He mentioned something to me now that he doesn't work ( retired in Belgium I think he said )🇧🇪 That Pattaya and his yearly trips are just becoming too damn expensive!! He said he was on a Government old age pension and was retired from work. So by the time he pays airfares , accommodation, now boys are demanding 2000 baht etc ,bars ,meals, his 3 weeks trip was something like $3000 US I think he said it over The point is ,I'm still working so can afford it although I have cut down on money boys and bars I did suggest he use the sauna nearby but he said his "fetish" was young guys who didn't frequent the sauna I do save money because my fetish is older But have any of you guys actually cut down your visits because of financial reasons? Instead of twice a year or more it's now once ? Do you find it too expensive to do the number of trips you used to do ? I guess if you retired on a big retirement fund ,own your own home etc it doesn't bother you

I have been reading the Grindr profiles of farangs in Pattaya , some of them are quite hot despite being of mature age This is what surprised me ,I would estimate and this is a guess but more than 75% of them have the sentence "No moneyboys ! Now some of them even say they live in Pattaya and are expats So whether it's financial reasons or their sexual preferences I have no idea why they would move to Pattaya but write that in their profile? Yes Grab at this stage are the ONLY car service . I didn't get those messages instead the waiting was longer or price higher for upstage cars sedans etc There are alternatives, two motorbike taxi apps ,move it & joyride I approached a joyride motorbike stand and they told me I must book on the app 😆 The crazy thing was I accidentally booked "move it" the other mb taxi firm I always book a car from the airport before I arrive so they are waiting. I use booking com ,700 pesos Next time though as I said I will get a Airbnb closer to the MRT at Ayala because I had to walk 20 minutes to the MRT from the Beacon Condominium But I may look at the Seaview Condominium in Manila Bay opposite the lovely Rizal Park I prefer a condo than hotel because I don't want the reception knowing my business I always went down to the front of the building to meet the guys , and I video call them If you aren't confident you can hire a personal guide for a day Pity Moses still doesn't have a Philippines guide ,may be not enough call for them as you guys go to same ol place Pattaya
