Are you in Medellin or are you spoofing your location? Are you using a profile picture? Use your country's flag in your profile name. I would just write what I am looking for in my profile in Spanish. Just translate it with google translate. However, if you prefere only English speaking boys, then write your profile in English. I spoofed my location on Grindr today and located myself in Medellin. In Mexico I was excited because of 250+ (forget the number) views in 24 hours. In Medellin I got over 560 views in a 24 Hour period. Totally crazy, concidering that I also got over 100 messages and some only tapped. One money-boy told me he would charge 100.000 COP for a session at my place. So yeah, there is def. something going on there.
