https://www.pinknews.co.uk/2021/09/30/next-james-bond-actors-replace-daniel-craig/ What an absolute horrible idea! 9 suave, sophisticated and badass queer actors who should replace Daniel Craig as James Bond The race to find the next James Bond actor is on, and it's time to welcome a queer actor into the long-running franchise. (Getty/Theo Wargo/Ray Tamarra/GC Images/Lia Toby) The race to find the next James Bond is underway as Daniel Craig bids farewell to the role, and honestly, itâs time for a queer actor to finally take on the 007 mantle. In the almost six decades worth of Bond movies, several actors have played the iconic character including Sean Connery, Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan. However, Craig tops them all as the longest-serving Bond actor in history as heâs been in the role since his debut in 2006âs Casino Royale. But now, Craig drank his last shaken-not-stirred martini as 007 in the new film No Time To Die. Craig said in footage that went viral on social media that portraying Bond was âone of the greatest honours of my lifeâ, and he âloved every single second of these moviesâ. Speculation is mounting over who should be next to jump into an Aston Martin and take on the worldâs bad guys. Technically, there are no hard-and-fast requirements when casting Craigâs successor. However, the actors that have portrayed 007 have traditionally hailed from the UK or a commonwealth country â George Lazenby is from Australia. They have all shared similar attributes as well as theyâve all been white, male and straight. The franchise has evolved over the years, and nothing is stopping the James Bond writers from pushing the boundaries and welcoming a queer actor into the mix. Several stars have been put forward to fill Craigâs shoes, but here are some of our favourite queer actors who would be perfect contenders. Elliot Page Elliot Page attends the 2021 Met Gala on 13 September 2021 in New York City. (Getty/Theo Wargo) Honestly, need we say more? Elliot Page is a serious actor who has a wide range of talent to fit any genre. Plus, heâs proven that he can take on action roles after starring in Inception, and do you remember him in that stunning Met Gala suit? He was oh-so swoon-inducing and definitely Bond-worthy. Luke Evans Luke Evans attends the premiere âMidwayâ on 5 November 2019 in Westwood, California. (Getty/Frazer Harrison) The Welsh actor is a current fan-favourite for the role and certainly checks all the boxes for the next Bond actor. Heâs from the UK, absolutely gorgeous in a suit and is capable of taking on advanced action sequences. He was even highlighted by current James Bond star Ben Whishaw, who plays the technical mastermind Q in the series, as a good candidate for a gay 007. So heâs already got the stamp of approval from someone close to the series. Billy Porter Billy Porter attends the 73rd Emmy Awards on 19 September 2021 in Los Angeles, California. (Getty/Rich Fury) If weâre going to talk about an actor with the range to play bond, Billy Porter is a definite shoo-in. Porter has built his substantial reputation on his impactful performances including Poseâs Prey Tell and Behold Chablis in American Horror Story: Apocalypse. Plus, there could be nothing more magical than Porter bringing his signature style to the role and throwing away all the drab formal wear that James Bond has traditionally worn. Just think about the possibilities! Indya Moore Actor Indya Moore attends the 2021 Met Gala Celebrating In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion at the Metropolitan Museum Of Art on September 13, 2021 in New York City. (Photo by Ray Tamarra/GC Images) While weâre talking about Pose, Porterâs co-star Indya Moore would also be a fantastic choice for a queer James Bond. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the trailblazing actor was recently cast in the highly-anticipated Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom as longtime character Karson, who was originally a Green Lantern villain. So you know that they could take that energy playing a DC baddie and channel it into a stunning spy that breaks all the rules. Kristen Stewart Kristen Stewart attends the premiere of âCharlieâs Angelsâ on 11 November 2019 in Los Angeles, California. (Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic) Stewart has everything to take on the Bond role. She is a phenomenal talent, looks stunning in a tailored suit and is no stranger to high-voltage stunt work. Plus, sheâs already been a super spy. Remember Charlieâs Angels? Elizabeth Banks, who also starred in the film, said in a 2019 press call about Charlieâs Angels that Stewart was a âsuper badass in the movieâ and âdid so many of her own stuntsâ including fight training and stunt driving. Matt Bomer Matt Bomer attends the 32nd Annual GLAAD Media Awards broadcast. (The 32nd Annual GLAAD Media Awards/Getty for GLAAD) While weâre talking about people who look good in a suit, can we forget Bomer? The actor dominated screens as the suave thief Neal in USAâs series White Collar and was one-half a crime-solving duo. Plus, heâs no stranger to playing serious roles having been featured in American Horror Story and Doom Patrol. Tessa Thompson Tessa Thompson attends the premiere of HBOâs âWestworldâ on 5 March 2020 in Hollywood, California. (Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic) Donât lie to yourself â Thompson would be perfect as James Bond. Sheâs come out with hit after hit appearing in Heroes, Creed, Men in Black: International and Westworld. The queer actor also portrays the queer superhero Valkyrie in the Thor franchise and across the Marvel Cinematic Universe. So sheâs the perfect person to save any swooning damsel in distress or storm a villainâs secret lair with or without the aid of a winged horse. Andrew Scott Andrew Scott sighting on set of Sherlock on 14 April 2013 in London, England. (Simon James/FilmMagic) More from PinkNews Fleabagâs âhot priestâ Andrew Scott would be an interesting choice as a super spy. The Irish actor achieved widespread recognition for his role as Jim Moriarity in BBCâs Sherlock, for which he won a BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor. He was equal parts mesmerising and menacing as Sherlock Holmesâ dastardly foe. He already played an extraordinary Bond villain in Spectre. But he certainly has the range to take on 007, too. Just saying. Seyan Sarvan Seyan Sarvan. (Supplied) Sarvan is no stranger to stealing the show from her male co-stars. The actor stunned viewers as Lizbeth Farooqi â a Muslim, queer, female lawyer â in Itâs a Sin. Her character took a no-nonsense approach in the show and refused to stand down to those who refused to listen to reason. And that's the kind of energy needed.

Phuket man finds 30 million baht surprise on beach: âwhale poopâ
Lonnie replied to reader's topic in Gay Phuket
But following the Ambergris link in the story they say it's vomit...oh my such a controversy. .. https://thethaiger.com/news/south/thai-man-strikes-it-rich-after-finding-whale-vomit Thai man strikes it rich after finding whale vomit Published on Sunday, December 13, 2020 11:33 By Thaiger A Thai man in Nakhon Si Thammarat is striking it rich after finding whale vomit on the local beach. Narit Suwansang thought his discovery was just a large rock, but had an inkling that it could be something more. US$4.2 million more, that is! The whale vomit, also known as ambergris, usually looks like a rock, with yellow-beige colouring. After a sperm whale throws up, the bile floats along the ocean until it washes up beachside as a hardened chunk (sorry if youâre in the middle of a meal). But the reason it is like striking gold, is due to the fact that it is used in luxury perfumes as an additive to help the scents last longer. Considering the obvious difficulties that come with trying to find whale vomit, those who find it, are thought to have struck gold. Suwansang has already received an offer of 960,000 baht (about US$42,600) per kilogram of the ârockâ if it is indeed certified Grade A ambergris. And, Suwansang says his rock weighs 100 kilograms. The 60 year old man says he only figured out it may be whale vomit after it started melting, unlike a rock, after being put near flame. He told Asia One he wanted to know more. âI want to know more about this ambergris. Please find out what kind of whale puke I found.â One thingâs for sure, he has joined an elite group of Thais who have found such a jackpot as only a couple others have struck it rich off of the vile (or is that âbileâ) finding. Just last year, a bar owner in Koh Samui, found a chunk of whale vomit that weighed 6.5 kilograms, worth a total of 10.5 million baht, while yet another found another piece that weighed 16 kilogram and was worth 20 million baht. One thingâs for sure, the happenstance has turned out to be a pot of gold. SOURCE: Chiang Rai Times -
NEWS, CRIME Arrest of Thai OnlyFans porn couple sparks online fury By Coconuts Bangkok Sep 21, 2021 | 1:22pm Bangkok time More: The internet was at its wits end today after the same Thai police who shield murderers in their ranks, shoot protesters and take an apathetic view of sexual violence swooped in to arrest an OnlyFans creator and her boyfriend. Furious condemnations poured in online over last nightâs arrest of Sukanya, a 19-year-old woman better known as Kai Nao, and her 20-year-old boyfriend Korakot at a hotel in southeast metro Bangkok. They were charged with producing and distributing âobsceneâ content, according to Maj. Gen. Karnpong Chairungrueng of Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau. âSuch a dramatic show of Thai police. What do Thai people benefit from this?â tweeted activist Tanawat âBallâ Wongchai this morning. âThe couple only made some sexual content on OnlyFans, they didnât kill anyone. How about other rape cases? Have police caught the rapists yet? Come on, Thai police, letâs be serious.â If convicted, they face up to three years in prison and a THB60,000 (US$1,800) fine. People condemned the police for making a big deal of pornography instead of prosecuting more serious crimes. âHere I am in a country that sees filming sex for a certain group of people as a crime,â Jellyyours tweeted. âBut those who commit corruption and attempt murder can get away with it.â #NongKaiNao has been trending atop Thai Twitter since this morning. It was only yesterday that Col. Siriwat Deepor, spokesman for the Royal Thai Police, came out to warn the public that people who identify themselves as âPornhubbersâ or âsex creatorsâ would face a stiff penalty for persuading others to engage in sexual activity and violating the Computer Crime Act, which has become a sweeping, catch-all law used to prosecute everyone doing things the state doesnât like. Originally used primarily by Western creators, London-based OnlyFans was adopted by people worldwide, especially as the pandemic erupted last year. It allows people to sell subscriptions to their content; and by content, weâre mostly talking sex videos. Just last month, OnlyFans quickly backtracked from plans to ban sexually explicit content after everyone lost their minds over the decision.

Vietnam Airlines aims to start first US route in October

Companies Vietnam Airlines ready for US direct route By Dat Nguyen September 21, 2021 | 04:41 pm GMT+7 A Vietnam Airlines aircraft is seen at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, September 9, 2021. Photo by VnExpress/Ngoc Thanh Vietnam Airlines is set to receive its final permit from U.S. authorities to conduct regular direct flights to the U.S. after nearly two decades of preparation. The national flag carrier has completed all necessary documents to be approved by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA), it stated. It is set to receive the permit from Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) soon. The airline did not specify a date. Vietnam Airlines said the permit is different from that given earlier for international special charter flights between Vietnam and the U.S. The carrier had earlier received permits to conduct 12 charter flights last year and another 12 this year. Bamboo Airways had also received a permit to fly 12 charter flights to the U.S. from this month to November. Last month, Bloomberg reported Vietnam Airlines was planning to operate regular flights between Vietnam and the U.S. starting October. The airline in 2003 was ordered by the Ministry of Transport to begin direct services to the U.S. by 2005. However, concerns about profitability kept the carrier from realizing the goal until now. -
Pol Lt Gen Kornchai also said he was aware of the negative criticism on social media against cybercrime police over the arrest of the young couple. People posting severe insults against police would also be prosecuted, he declared.

I remember her telling this story on a British chat show: She did âa great deal of sucking offâ as a teenager, an early story in the book being set in her second year at Cambridge when, cycling along the cobbles, she turned to the American soldier whose car had stopped at the traffic lights beside her and politely invited him back to her college for a blowjob. Relating their encounter to her friends the next day, she writes, she was surprised at their shock: âI hadnât let him anywhere near my vagina, after all. He was a pleasant chap. From Texas.â

In all my pessimism about the world's indifference to Chinese expansion there is this tiny reed of hope. China has told the US, the UK and Australia to abandon their âcold warâ mentality or risk harming their own interests after the three countries unveiled a new defence cooperation pact. The trilateral security partnership, named Aukus, was announced on Thursday by the three nationsâ leaders via video link, and will include an 18-month plan to provide Australia with nuclear-powered submarines. It drew strong political reaction domestically in Australia and the UK, and from France, whose existing $90bn (ÂŁ65bn) submarine contract with Australia has now come to an abrupt end. While none of the three western leaders involved mentioned China, the arrangement is widely understood to be in response to Beijingâs expansionism and aggression in the South China Sea and towards Taiwan. The US president, Joe Biden, spoke of the need to maintain a âfree and open Indo-Pacificâ and to address the regionâs âcurrent strategic environmentâ. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/sep/16/cold-war-mentality-china-criticises-aukus-us-uk-australia-submarine-pact -
