Finally an official answer from the proprietor: this new venue will not open prior to successful nation-wide vaccination yielding negligible novel coronavirus transmission risk. -
PS: On a positive note, if intent and uptake are equivalized even Russia has a good chance of sufficient herd immunity to dwindle CoV transmission. Some of this will depend on adults vaxx-blocking their dependents’ recipient status at these half-and-half population attitude ratios, and whether prior exposure counts as a degree of natural immunity comparable to that conferred by artificial immunity, essentially making up the difference to achieve broad community prevention.

"Wear a mask while having sex":Canada's top doctor
Riobard replied to tassojunior's topic in The Beer Bar
A proper facial mask will leave your skin glowing and your pores open and receptive. Saving on mouthwash expenditures will enable a higher spa grade of mask. Backing your arse up to the glory hole, you can leave it on, and your curlers and hairnet need not be removed either. At some point peel the mask off to feel refreshed and cleansed. Or do so prior to the cumshot on your face if you like the pearl necklace application sensation and additional salutary benefits of semen rubbed into your cheeks ... upper cheeks in this case. And this is why Teresa is our top. -
Here’s a recent selective poll of interest and reassuring for visitors worried about lack of vaccination uptake reducing the mitigation of transmission risk when in Brazil at some point in the future. I am a bit surprised at the differential between Brazil and USA, as well as many in Germany and France being hesitant. The politicization and ROP pressure to expedite a candidate rollout in USA prematurely seems to partly explain the views there and adds to mistrust potential among the generally saner, but Germany? I thought leadership problems, distrust, polarization, etc, and access to valid information might yield similar poll results for Americans and Brazilians. Perhaps less affluenza in general is predictive of the true experiential impact of the pandemic crisis in Brazil and overrides vaxx skepticism?

He actually resides within that general zone where he recently built or renovated what appears to be a tiny house for himself, and I think did much of the work for Mikonos. Hope it pays off and it opens. -
I read it twice, looking for evidence the physician patient received substandard care in the privately insured setting. The only downside I noted was that the author indicated this more economically advantaged patient reported being very anxious and his wife and doctors tended to not respond to his video calls. IMO if you can make video calls you might be very sick but not on the brink of death. Other than that, all indications were that he received comparatively superior-grade care and was not neglected. In contrast, the favela-origin patient and co-patients were apparently neglected at this early stage of pandemic because the professional caregivers were anxious about infection. The article seemed to underscore the class divide, that the quality of care predicted greater mortality among the poor, though the patients both survived ... otherwise their stories from their perspectives could not be documented. I think, though, the article seems to be a filler piece, without much point, and some of the ambiguous wording may explain different takeaways from reading it. Questions for consideration: If you are a visiting foreigner with behaviour leaning towards that of locals most likely to spread CoV due to economic pressures and lack of scientifically grounded information (that do not apply to you), if you yourself acquire the disease along with possibly as a result transmitting it, even in the unlikely event of requiring critical/intensive care that may block a local in queue from access, are you leaving the country in better shape than you found it? If you are inclined, knowing all of the risks to others, to override the clinical justification for confinement knowing full well that the region’s rationale for loosening of enforcement of public health measures scientifically known to mitigate illness and death is not solidly anchored, who are you, other than somebody playing a version of blindfolded roulette?

Hahaha ... now everybody should watch it. I tuned in yesterday and quite enjoyed it. I read the reviews afterwards; 24/25 ‘top critics‘ gave it a fresh tomato. I was also struck by the open manipulation of some of these wet-behind-the-ears 16-18 year olds, as well as the ‘throw the whatever’ attitude of what I would call ironic sabotage, a trend that seemed to emerge years ago with American Idol (voting for duds). What a strategist that René, though, diving into each pit of vipers with eyes open, an uncanny grasp of adolescent dynamics, and a philosophical attitude of equanimity and self-appraisal. I attended a private day-only all-boys high school in the sixties. My parents made me pay the tuition and/or excel academically to subsidize with a number of available bursaries. Many of the smartest guys were both nerdy and mean and nasty to vulnerables, to the type you might see bullied these days. However, it was never physical but done for a lark, cruel as it was. Yet you could be just as popular being nice to everyone. Such egregiously insensitive behaviours today would land a Boys State participant on his ass, possibly criminally charged. Yet these unkind high school peers became successful highly respected professionals, not the sociopaths you might expect. The antics tend to diminish in post-secondary settings, save perhaps for the microcosm of fraternities. I thought much of the state of dynamics in the doc was consistent with adolescent male behaviour, without their female peers, and was also intended to send up what they observe in politics overall. One thing that impressed me as well is that the filmmakers would not have known how the many primary candidates would eventually funnel down to the later vote-offs and final ballots. They would essentially have had to follow a lot of the boys at the beginning, prior to editing down to the major players, eg gubernatorial, in order to weave earlier exposure into the more developed later profiles. There is nobody I would have crushed on as teenager.

Equine-generated antibodies AR & BR
Riobard replied to Riobard's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
I have not been in an indoor shared-space venue in exactly 22 weeks with the exception of a store or pharmacy for essential goods, and the large hot jets/waterfall pool with physical distancing & silence at a spa in Old Montreal historic district where I have a ‘use it or lose it’ membership. I have access to a let-by-hour private gym-pod system that is large, completely sequestered, and has an independent ventilation system. Frankly, I feel that I have adapted well to quarantine-lite and can tolerate another year. The frustration is having unlimited time and ample funds to travel and play. But if next summer happens to be the target, I have already completed one-third of the confinement and should be able to upgrade trip quality whenever parole is sensical. My parents had their lives put somewhat on hold for a number of years, both sacrificing a great deal serving formally in the WW2 armed forces. I think they would say time is on our side and to consider perspective. They were both Spanish Influenza orphans, my mother adopted, her gestation spanning the worst and second worst waves; my father a toddler at the time subsequently raised by an aunt whose husband had already perished serving in WW1. C’est la vie, they would shrug sympathetically. Many of us have not had enough happen to be non-phased. -
Brazil and Argentina report inducing powerful antibody response applying CoV protein to horses. Potential use for convalescent plasma, passive immunization, etc. New nuanced meaning to ‘hung like a horse’.

I don’t find the in-flight pillow ban mystifying. The duvet exemption for items not easily washable may be an oversight. Or perhaps the volume ratio of pillows in all cabin classes relative to duvets in one class underpins the concession made regarding consistency whilst saving money/manpower lost through pillow disposal or the need to disinfect the total pillows. More importantly, think of the current community temperament regarding the equal application of rules. Biz travellers trade off pillow talk to offset aisle riots among the rabble and sleepy time murderous suffocation by interlopers among the privileged, while the rabble likely pays a share of the premium for sufficient extra duvets to serve as pillows.

Construction. Installation. Strips the floor and on the floor. Not the developer. I know the identity of the entrepreneur and how to reach him. Part of his education occurred in USA. The thing is he does not know me from Adam and one does not ask somebody to put in writing a confirmation that amounts to the illegal operation of a brothel. Yes, is prohibited, and these venues’ owners need to maintain an arms-length stance of plausible deniability while authorities turn a blind eye. My prediction, albeit imperfect, is that it will be a viable option to other venues. I never promised you a hos garden but the seed is there. -
CoV-context foreplay the new ‘barebacking’?
Riobard replied to Riobard's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Interesting notion about the glory-hole. And then there are the positions with face up against it versus arsehole. A tsunami-grade bukakke of particles in flight where not not even the Mask of Coro can save the day. Not sure how much the molecules would sneak through. -
Since her parents were born prior to independence of, respectively, Jamaica and India, do they not have in common with the first 8 presidents being born British subjects? lol, Slam dunk for Harris. Would not her citizenship by birth be no less equal to, as robust as, their citizenship by default naturalization at Independence? Now then, the name of a Hindu deity ... that could be her undoing on the voting ballots. How unChristian, so unAmerican.

I don’t think it’s about bandwidth and if we were not digitally developed it would mean the hammer coming down on some other upstream intermediary that is irrevocably tied to the downside of female commercial sex. I have never been puzzled by the tendency of law enforcement to conflate advertising platforms with pimping. It might seem like unfair collateral damage. So be it. Again, nobody has invented a solution that has laser precision and eliminates all fallout. Nobody can mind-read the abusive source of damage that befalls a victim. Most would call for both prevention and reaction. Reaction occurs following damage that cannot be undone. Hence, the simplistic feeble application of some degree of restriction that still leaves room for consensual transaction. Wanting to prevent true harm is not morally smug. Sanctimony is, and here in this you get bedfellows that appear to have identical agendas. I disagree that you cannot differentiate between desire for protection and desire for control.

I am not sure that you understand that the Nordic Model is abolitionist and criminalizes advertising and purchase of sex. The term emerged from Scandinavian nations that became very conservative, following a period of tolerance, and then imposed restrictive legislation on prostitution. It is completely unrelated to the position of most European nations that hold an accepting if not progressive view on commercial sex work. But in actual fact, you cannot have both a permissive stance and absence of exploitation. There is a constant tradeoff between autonomy and damage and there is nothing in our universe that supports the idea that there is an answer to every polarized tension that exists. As I indicated earlier, it is not Harris’ mission that all of society be abstemious with respect to prostitution. She 180’d on marijuana but would reject fentanyl for the same reasons ... you cannot reconcile and integrate what is innocuous an element and what is harmful an element into one generic unopposed category. It is not up to the government to micromanage sex work marketing by continually vetting and monitoring it for the patently criminal element that ruins it for legit providers. It is not incumbent on government to unravel the Gordian knot or solve the stalemate of harm inevitability on both sides of the argument: laissez-faire vs prohibition. Nobody has really come up with a viable option, to the hammer, that mitigates the risk of abuse of the vulnerable while offering the consumer a choice of provider unencumbered by the inadequacies of the few places globally that regulate brothels. It is perpetually a tricky business. No pun intended. To me it has a similar flavour as the pandemic. There is only one management solution and it never met with everybody’s approval, so the government is pressed to solve a situation that is essentially figuratively palliative while the public vehemently rejects the diagnosis. I personally did everything to immediately stop the spread and others did not. I prefer the application of a definitive approach, however subgroups protest it, than the pretence of playing both sides. So not terribly miffed about prostitution law. Regarding sex trade, men having sex with men are not really caught in the crossfire. Canada is as restrictive as USA but it does not seem to impede access. Maybe I would belly-ache about if it was relevant in terms of risk of prosecution.

The problem with sex work has always been the challenge of separating out the safe consensual realm from the domain of third party exploitation of women and minors. The acceptable baby gets thrown out with the bath water of advertising which the criminal element infiltrates. It is populist to support a law (SESTA/FOSTA) the passing of which satisfies parents whose children have been murdered, parents invited to the Oval Office for bill signing. From what I can gather, Harris does not strongly endorse the harsh position of the Nordic model in which the consumer should without question be punished. I think that legal adult men-2-men should be able to remain beyond the extent of the reach of her true mission in the area. This gets back to: Stop calling trade ‘boys’! It does not mean that she will pivot and concede how the law exacerbates security problems for women. But I do not believe she is determined to criminalize all consumers of sex. Her response to sex worker advocacy has not been to urge them to get out of the business. She seems to be Nordic-lite and even less rigid than Canada’s legal stance. She might find it amusing and incredulous that in Strip Central North where she lived in the late 1970s it is currently illegal to acquire sexual favours merely by treating another adult to cocktails and cigarettes.

I was surprised to get a quote for $5 million coverage for medical expenses in the destination country, irrespective of location, no deductible, senior age but no pre-existing health conditions, $180 Canadian for 15 days.

Well, it’s Brazil and novel coronavirus ... em breve can mean someone coming soon on your face or can mean doors that have not decided to give up and never open up. It could be costly to put extra sudden investment in opening a place that was built from the ground up when the phased lifting of lockdown measures is so experimental. Turning on amenities/utilities, hiring staff, etc, figuring out the allowable capacity when it might never have actually truly calculated baseline capacity, planning social distancing and determining if the position of patrons relative to stage dancers meets specifications. But I suspect the property is owned without the pressure of a lease. Like the new Fragata, I think biding time. -
