  1. I have not been in the Glory Hole since they moved to their location in West Virginia Ave. I used to be a regular back in the old times. A program I had for tonight was cancelled and I am curious to go explore that place in a coupe of hours. Does anyone have any recent experience to share?
  2. My love for weed does not leave any room for other addictions, so I have not succumbed to the charms of alcohol. Let me light a joint, give a poof to my water pipe, and take a bite of my loaded brownies to say: I am thankful of @AdamSmith and @RockHardNYC and @TotallyOz and everyone else who keeps my brain interested in visiting this forum.
  3. He is currently in LA.
  4. My current favorite guys.
  5. It is already for many. I did not research statistics but I am pretty sure that prostitution comes right after the military as major social ladders for poor men and women.
  6. According to the Electoral College: According to popular vote:
  7. Interesting you chose Dell. I have been a Dell client for 15 years and last December I got tired of them and switch to a Mac Book Air. I agree on your comments about Apple's quality not being at the same level once was, but still I am very happy with my switch. What kept me coming back to Dell was their Technical Support Service. Every single device they sold me (my first was a desktop, then a XPS, an Alienware, and a Steam Machine) had a lot of technical problems and required a lot of fixes. The drop that filled the bucket was the last device, the Steam Machine. I had to send it twice back to the shop because of defective pieces. I lost my patience when the fucking thing still did not work after the second sending back to the shop, and wanted to return the piece of crap. They did not accept the refund, because it was more than 30 days after the purchase. Even when the device had been for 2 weeks in the shop, one week each time I had to send it back. I tried to return it on day 35 and they did not accept it, not even when I had been a loyal client for 15 years. Fuck Dell. I sent it a third time to the shop, they finally fixed it, and I continued paying the installments for months. I hate so much that little piece of shit sitting in my entertainment center.
  8. I didnt get to know him, but it sounds like a sad and tragic story. At least, he accomplished his dream even if he passed away in his dreamed trip. my thoughts are with his friends here. as a side note, I didn’t know Oz was in Thailand.
  9. Perfect reading to feed the Thanksgiving Spirit. We should be thankful, we have the chance to understand human nature better than any generation before. We have been aware for a long time now of our insignificance as individuals, or even as a civilization or a culture; now we are confronted to our insignificance as a species. Nature is about to erase Human Kind, no one may be left to keep the record of our existence. Life and the Universe will continue without the human infestation. The End of the Days will trigger a lot of insanity (should I say "is triggering"?), but also will inspire a lot of wisdom and awareness. Fortunately, there is Sex.
  10. I think it is a playful euphemism. I have mentioned boytoy several times without consequences. However, just as here, it is customary to say “the other site”.
  11. What were you saying @AdamSmith about the quality here?
  12. Preventable? The guy was his boyfriend. The only way to say this was preventable is if you believe in the "malos hombres" theory. You know, you should never trust a Mexican.
  13. I’m doing what I can, look at the new folder Oz created for escorts reviews. At Daddys my adventures in DC hace immediate responses. Perhaps boytoy has an international appealing and Daddy’s a more local focus? I have commented about this before, based on the traffic I am getting in my blog. Boytoy gave me a lot of hits for my post about Joel from Buenos Aires, but not do many from my DC boys.
  14. That is slightly better. So you are saying the reviews give them traffic. We do have traffic here, the question is why it is silent. A friend reached out to me through PM at Daddy's suggesting his explanation, aligned to @Suckrates's theory. He says he visits this site and read the messages but he does not want to post because does not want to be associated with a place called boytoy. It is just one case, but perhaps it is something to consider.
  15. Yes, I did notice over there a preference for the older gentlemen, and I do remember pejorative comments made in the other site about boytoy's name. It would not be bad to have two places targeting different niches. But the question remains, why do people here do not want to share? We had this conversation before and you think people into twinks is ashamed and afraid of the pedophile stigma, but it does not make sense to me. Internet is supposed to be the place where marginalized people come out hidden behind fantasy avatars.
  16. So you are telling me there is more participation because there is more participation. Not a wise reasoning path.
  17. @unicorn, I am not into beating Daddy, but I do take your first point. Let's accept the only advantage of the other site is participation, even when I disagree. My new question would then be, why do people participate so actively under Daddy's soulless tyranny and do not open their sexy mouths under Oz's democratic paradise?
  18. One more thing, that someone else posted I do not remember who or where. Another factor to consider is the software here. It is not as user friendly as the interface over there, and it has plenty of glitches, at least for me (I used a Mac and Safari).
  19. I think I get your point, just try to understand the points I am making. You are pretty literate on psychology and self reflection, so you should concede that an argument that places mediocrity somewhere else and leaves you in the side of the insightful contributors is suspicious. And you know I think you are a insightful contributor, my problem is not about you but about your argument. You would have a strongest point if we had a higher quality participation here. Out of this short time I have been participating in both sites, I do not think so. I see a diverse quality in both websites. Yes, here you have less examples of blatant stupidity, but It is easier not to sound stupid when you do not say anything, and things here are pretty quite when we are not discussing the other site. I have no certainty about anything I am saying. You may be right. I am just suggesting that perhaps you are wrong, that perhaps there are other reasons to explain the high level of participation over there, that perhaps have to do with something useful people do not find here. I am not sure what, I am just posing a possibility. Perhaps what you see as a decline in quality is a generational shift. After a couple of decades of Digital Age language and communication are changing. Perhaps, maybe, you are still evaluating quality with standards from the Gutenberg Age instead of the Digital Age. I have no firm convictions about any of the possible reasons to explain the live exchange over there and the silence here. I do have a deep distrust for explanations that place somewhere else the problem and leave me feeling better than others. I am not saying they are not valid and possible explanations, I am just sharing my natural distrust for them and the comfort they bring.
  20. Thank you @TotallyOz, I agree the idea is to foster diversity. I do not have to choose and I do not choose, I like having more than one place to enjoy and contribute to. @AdamSmithI love you even when you address me condescendingly. I thought I had already addressed before your argument about quality. Let me repeat myself. If you want a place with high traffic and participation you have to learn to accept and be able to productively interact with all kind of participants. Besides, when you state your superiority over others you are often communicating more about you than about the others. My concern since I started participating here has never been a competition to establish which one is the best place or service. My concern has been bringing more traffic to boytoy because I do highly value the input of people who is here and not in the other site, Adam amongst them. The pity bitching against each other is not my thing, I want to understand I do not want to win any quarrel.
  21. I do want to know, the problem is that a line of reasoning like "we are few but we are better" sounds like self reinforcing bull shit. If you have anything better, I am willing to read.
  22. The use of WhatsApp in Argentina is massive. I am not sure about the phone numbers system. I know they have different prefixes for land lines or for cell phones, but they have changed the system already three times since I left, so I am not sure where it stands now. I am surprised the numbers stated in soytuyo do not work. Did you try to reach their customer service? Perhaps they can help you.
  23. Really Adam? You are not the only one, it looks like many are picking reasons to explain the other site success that make you feel better, rather than actually trying to assess reality. So I let you feel better.
  24. Unicorn discard as unimportant the very biggest advantage of the other site: participation.
  25. I spoke too soon. We are back to dead silence.
