Disgruntled and grievance exists in ALL countries.... Today a driver tore thru a German Christmas Market killing one and injuring several, in what could be a possible terrorist attack. Attacker arrested. Angry people feel their voices arent being heard and they have no other recourse than to commit a heinous act and bring attention to their cause. Grievance isnt always RATIONAL. Its more an emotional thing.
