  1. You are insane and I have no idea what you're talking about. What block are you referring to? You have pm'd me twice in 24 hours here AND I responded. You are way off base and I truly have no idea WTF you are talking about. I'm a "sick and dangerous person" that warrants an alert? Jesus Christ the internet really is a dangerous place. I haven't "spoken one word of truth" ever? How would you know? Your meds clearly need an adjustment. Can somebody please tell me where my profile says block? And if this is true, how the fuck is this patient sending me private messages?
  2. Are you suffering from some form of psychosis? 1. I haven't blocked you from contacting me here. You contacted me and I responded to you. Forgive my delay. I received an email notification that "Suckrates has started a personal conversation with you" while I was drinking at the Double Down Saloon last night with my 300lb fag hag. I thought responding the next day was acceptable. I didn't realize that we were so close. 2. There is a guy that I've noticed around Columbus Circle for 3 plus years. He walks 3 steps, turns around, walks three more, turns around ... Is this you? 3. I haven't had AOL since the internet was in it's infancy. I have Verizon Fios, Mozilla, and an assistant that helps me navigate my fucking computer life more than you can imagine. I upgraded to an Iphone 2 months ago due to my fear of change. I still can't figure out Pandora, and the occasional gangster rap still comes on in meetings. I'm so techno backwards that I literally had Muzak installed to outbursts of laughter from the kids (25-28) that work for me. 4. I am probably in the bottom 10 percent on this board where internet savvy is concerned. I've never used more than one moniker here or at Daddy's playground. By stalking you, I was referring to clicking on your profile page here to see if you logged on. There was a fucking thread about you (which you love) asking where you were. I clicked..nothing more. 5. Do you really think that a poster (myself) with numerous reviews of 19-23 year old twinks spends time lingering in an AOL chat room with a 60 year old bald man that likes to get face fucked in a Queens sex club? I assure you, this "Tom" that you're referring to on AOL is NOT me. 6. How the fuck do you get into an AOL chat-room? 7. OZ or TY, feel free to post here that I have never blocked Suckrates. 8. Why do you have so many fucking enemies on EVERY board that you visit? Why do you run into a silent corner on 2 sites and PM people? 9. I'm pretty truthful here. Probably to a fault. You turned an innocent thread into a drawn out paranoid delusion.
  3. He signs on daily (I stalk him) yet he posts no longer. Why?
  4. I'm surprised at how quickly my Expedia points added up. I currently qualify for a flight to Hawaii or a voucher for $1000 towards a hotel. I almost always book on Expedia, so the airline miles and points are a double win.
  5. To take this to a jury would cost he and his family at least $250,000. Juries are admonished to follow the law as it is applied. Depending on the charges and judge's instructions, the jury may well be forced to find guilt as defined by the charges. Lesser charges are often not included as an option.
  6. "As of Wednesday, the government took the position that any guilty plea by Swartz must include guilty pleas for all 13 charges and the possibility of jail time, Peters said. Otherwise the government would take the case to trial and seek a sentence of at least seven years." Liar loans, credit default swaps, Wall Street coverups - Where were the prosecutors then?
  7. This pretty much wraps up my thoughts.
  8. 1. Swartz was calling attention to copyright issues, and their interference with free access to digitized scientific and cultural heritage. This was part of the Open Access Movement. Swartz explains the fight better than I ever could here: http://archive.org/stream/GuerillaOpenAccessManifesto/Goamjuly2008_djvu.txt 2. Swartz was facing a fight with federal prosecutors. Make no mistake, a case like this would receive nationwide notoriety, and , therefore, the full army associated with any government agency. The legal fees alone would have exceeded $200,000 I bet; this figure would buy you 625 hours in court - 15 weeks. 3. Facing 35 years and millions in fines is a lot for anyone to handle. Sure, he probably would have received leniency, but the prosecutor made statements equating his crime to "using a crowbar to break in and steal someone’s money under the mattress." Would you expect leniency under these circumstances? 4. Assuming the judge was lenient, how lenient can one be? Swartz was facing 35 years and millions in fines. What's lenient - $100,000 in fines and 18 months in prison? So, Swartz would be a convicted felon, probably bankrupted his family, and mortgaged his future. This is overwhelming for anyone. 5. Theft, of any kind, should be judged by it's severity and affect on society. This law allows punishments that exceed armed bank robbery.
  9. Prosecutors enjoy great discretion where these broadly defined laws are concerned. Many prosecutors use cases like this simply to make a name for themselves. While charges were warranted, clearly the spirit of this law was not respected. This is a horrible outcome, and I hope that the prosecutor suffers from what was clearly a miscarriage of justice.
  10. I think that old men in gay bars is certainly appropriate. Ever try Stonewall? You would be younger than the bartender.
  11. If Sandy had been a summer hurricane, category 1, with the same storm surge, Manhattan and the surrounding area would be completely devastated. Sandy packed VERY little rain and wind for most of us. It's silly to refer to days like today (60 and foggy) as "abnormally warm for this time of year." We rarely, if ever, have snow anymore, and winter is almost nonexistent compared to my childhood.
  12. Very sad when any relationship, especially a long term one, ends in the premature (or mature really) death of a partner. I thought you came out very late in life? Am I misremembering what you said?
  13. I heard that his Dad was really pissed. While getting his salad tossed by a tween in the airport bathroom, the annoying "I'm in jail" text (with a biblical alert tone) came right as he came. Fox News reported it as "unfortunate" and "under investigation."
  14. What a cutie! From the way he whipped it out, I imagine that it's large
  15. I've been told I behave like that on Bacardi.
  16. This would be an excellent business model ..."grindforca$h" app
  17. The everyday grind is certainly getting to me. It's relentless at times.
  18. I was thinking about going today. I heard good things about the movie?
  19. I'm gonna deep throat Suckrates in NYC. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
  20. A mixture would be nice.
  21. Any interest in setting up a NYC get together? I will ask Suckrates to be my date and chief organizer. I bet we could get more than a few escorts to participate. I can definitely get Prince Nick and Russian Dima to attend.
  22. I know a few straight 20 somethings that think that sucking their cock doesn't make them gay. I love them.
  23. There is a new (relatively) Century 21 at 66th St just above Columbus Circle. Worth a look.
  24. It started working yesterday. Firefox.
  25. It's a fun show. It's a fun show.
