No reason to spearate the remarks. They were already separated. From ***** : Separate the two remarks. Prosecutors cannot make "savage" charges that carry "savage" penalties without evidence. That's why we have courts and defense attorneys. If the penalties are "savage," it's not the prosecutor's fault as he did not enact them. The legislature did, and they were voted into office by people, many of whom want them to be "tough on crime." From The Atlantic: By and large, American prosecutors no longer fight their cases at trial. The new dispensation is justice by plea bargain. The more savage the penalties prosecutors can threaten, the more likely the defendant (guilty or innocent) is to speed things along by pleading guilty and accepting a light penalty. According to the Wall Street Journal, Swartz was offered the choice of pleading guilty and going to jail for six to eight months, or else going to trial and taking his chances. The multiple counts and their absurdly savage sentences are best seen, just as the family said, as instruments of intimidation. Although I am no legal scholar like some in these boards profess to be, it does seems as if Ms. Ortiz ramped up the pressure for political gain. Just one person's opinion.

Today they played "More Than A Woman" from Saturday Night Fever and followed that with "YMCA" by the Village People. Quite a difference in subject matter. And of course, right at sunset I was able to enjoy Miss Donna Summer wailing away to "Last Dance." It put a smile on my face. I can remember right now the first time that I was dancing to that song in a disco. The extended version. Wild and crazy times back then.

As a true GLEEK, this report has shocked me. So sad. Most likely his addictions. VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — Cory Monteith, the handsome young actor who shot to fame in the hit TV series "Glee" but was beset by addiction struggles so fierce that he once said he was lucky to be alive, was found dead in a hotel room, police said. He was 31. Monteith, who played the character Finn Hudson on the TV series about a high school glee club, was found dead in his room on the 21st floor of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel on Vancouver's waterfront at about noon Saturday, according to police. Deputy Police Chief Doug Lepard said there was no indication of foul play. Monteith's body was found by hotel staff after he missed his check-out time, Lepard said. "We do not have a great deal of information as to cause of death," Coroner Lisa Lapointe said. Lepard said Monteith had been out with people earlier and that those people are being interviewed. In April, he admitted himself to a treatment facility for "substance addiction" and asked for privacy as he took steps toward recovery, a representative said at the time. Lea Michele, his "Glee" co-star and real-life girlfriend, told People magazine that she loved and supported Monteith and was proud he was seeking help. It was not Monteith's first time in rehab. He received treatment when he was 19 and had previously talked about his addiction struggles, saying he had a serious problem and took just "anything and everything." He told Parade in 2011 that he was "lucky to be alive." Monteith, who turned 31 on May 11, starred in "Glee" as Finn Hudson, a high school football player who puts his status and popularity at risk to join the glee club and its outcast members. Michele played his on-air girlfriend in "Glee," Rachel Berry. The show, with its pop music-based musical numbers and high-profile guest stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, became an immediate hit and made stars of its relatively unknown cast. On his Twitter account, Monteith described himself as "tall, awkward, canadian, actor, drummer, person."

Just trying for a bit of humor. Perhaps there is someone ancient around?

The beach quiosque/kiosk across from my home is only open on weekends and almost only plays old-time dance music. From my twenties to late thirties. Stuff like the Donna Summer songbook through the Gloria Estefan and Miami Sound Machine oeuvre. Today they threw stuff in like the BeeGee's Night Fever, Instant Replay by Dan Hartman and Shame by Ms. Evelyn. Every day there's a different mix to keep me swaying as I water the lawn and play with the kids. I'm just wondering is there any muscic from the last five to ten years that will still be that memorable thirty years from now. Katy Perry, Amy Winehouse, Perry Como? The kinds of stuff that makes you want to "Put On Your Boogie Shoes" so "I Will Sruvive" because "That's The Way I Like It?"

Use diced onion that you've sauteed in a tiny bit of olive oil until transparent. Don't let it brown. Pull it out of the pan and then used the same pan to steam whatever veggies you like. Long beans, pea pods, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage. Doesn't matter so much as this is a nice lower-fat, lower-calorie sauce for whatever. And neither tomato nor cream-based.
-
Great recipe with a super sauce - the amount of calories really depends on how much olive oil one adds to the sauce - I like a drizzle of toasted sesame oil for a bit of smoky flavor and less olive oil. 12 oz green beans 2 t Dijon mustard 2 T lemon juice 1 T extra virgin olive oil 1 T shallot 1/4 t ground black pepper 1 T parsley Steam the green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or whatever veggie for maybe 6-8 minutes or longer, just until they start to get a bit tender. While the beans steam, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. Drain the veggis and toss with the sauce and serve immediately. Can also be eaten cold. One of the most important things about Thai hospitals that I need to know, are you subjected to tasteless split pea soup, wilted lettuce salads, creamed chipped beef and jello, or are you fed some of my favorites like spring rolls with sweet Thai sausage, skewered at each end satays and porked lady boy? And of course, sticky rice. very sticky rice? Something sweet to end the enjoymeny like a milky Thai custard?
-
At the Thai hospitals, are you allowed to call in a lady boy or three to perform and entertainment to keep the patients from becoming restless?

actaully chaff.

Big Brother is listening and watching. What I still don't understand with six hundred plus million subscribers with SKYPE, how can these computer programs really separate the wheat from the Hito?
-
After all, between the shoes, hairstyles, gowns and jewels in the above photos, Hito is probably in fag drag heaven dreaming about his wedding trouseau.
-
I thought this was going to be a story about Hito saving himself and his precious Virginity until he finally finds a worthy husband amongst a multitude of fathless escorts on this site. So disappointed.

In that second photo, she looks just about what I thought - OLD and NOT PURTY.

Where do you guys find this stuff? I have more basic thoughts. Like what does she look like without the wigs and the pancake makeup? I keep thinking of Shirley MacLaine as Debbie Reynolds in Postcards From The Edge.

I just want to know what Andy has hiding under his kilt.

I haven't revisited this thread in quite a while and I thought this was a new one. I clicked on it with great relish thinking "what has she done now?" My first thought was the she'd modified her language and there were reports of her using words like spearchucker, jiga youknow what or j******unny. And then I thought no, it had to be something food-related like calling Padma Lakshmi one of my favorite dot head friends. But, not that either. But I do love the Gone With The Wind poster.

Passionate Brasilians - Rough Crowd in Maranhao
ihpguy replied to ihpguy's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
However, the last time I can remember reports of drawn and quartering was the film, Genghis Khan, not the Star Trek film, Wrath of Khan, with Omar Sharif and fav hottie Stephen Boyd. Hot homosexual tensions on the Asian steppes for a young, impressionable boy. -

This immediately brought back memories of the NY Post headline, "Headless Body In Topless Bar." -
Stupid me. I thought that this movie was about my foreskin reappearing nearly six decades after my bris. Oy vay. NOT.

We love our football down here,,,along with knives, guns, beer amd samba, of course. A soccer referee was decapitated and viscously quartered by an angry mob in Brazil. In a gruesome display of “Passion” following an amateur soccer game the man was beheaded and quartered. Reuters reported that the referee who was decapitated, Octavio da Silva Catanhede Jordan, stabbed a player on June 30th, after his refusal to leave the pitch having been red carded. As the argument got more heated the ref then pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the player repeatedly. The player, Josenir dos Santos, aged 30, died on route to the hospital from his wounds. Soon after the stabbing, a mob lynched and decapitated the ref on the pitch, removing his limbs and placing his head on a stake. Maranhão Valter Costa, the Chief of Police in Santa Ines, in the north of Brazil where the incident occurred said that suspects were being questioned in the lynching: “Reports of witnesses have indicated some people that were in place at the time of the fact. We will identify and hold accountable all those involved. A crime will never justify another. Actions like this do not collaborate with the legality of a state law.” Luis Moraes Souza, 27 was arrested last week in connection with the murder and the police are looking for two other men according to rumors circulating on Brazilian blogs. Liveleak.com have video clip of the decapitate referee which you can view here. *WARNING: VIDEO CONTENT IS EXTREMELY GRAPHIC*

Without a doubt, my favorite place to grab a bowl/tijela of this merlot-toned treat. I think what I like is that they serve it in an authentic manner. Your option whether with or without guarana syrup, with our without tapioca, ability to adjust the sweetness level to your own preference. An oral orgasm before the other type waiting for you just a short walk or two-stop metro ride from Clube 117. Besides the tacaca and acai, I can vouch for a sampling of the ice cream with exotic flavors of fruit from the northeast of the country. In my open, don't bother with bonbons and waste your money on. Have another scoop or two of the sorvete/ice cream. Yum! Yum! The eyes of Tacacá do Norte’s harried staff widen as yet another customer arrives during the lunchtime rush. The bedroom-sized snack bar can barely hold one line of chairs around its bar but they have somehow managed to squeeze in two. Impatient regulars shake hands and whistle “psst” to the sheepish young men staffing the establishment, who gingerly hand steaming pots of shrimp soup and freshly puréed juices over the packed bar. If overcrowding is a problem for this tiny snack shack, it’s because it’s the real deal for açaí – a rare place in Rio serving pure, velvety slushies made from the purple Amazonian berry rather than the ersatz, hyper-sweet iced drink with lots of added sugar found in the standard snack bars elsewhere around town. While foreigners may know açaí as a trend - See more at: http://www.culinarybackstreets.com/rio/2013/tacaca-do-norte/#sthash.DNWoRNgE.dpuf

Unfortuantely not true on the prices that the boys charge. But maybe because my portugues is good enough that they know better than not to start too high. This past Tueday night at 117, almost every boy started at 100 or 120. One I have been with in the past only started at 80Reais. They all want an extra 20 to cum. However, if one is at any sauna on a night where the client/boy ratio is quite high, the price will come down. Also, later on in the evening, with the guys having thoughts of leaving, the will ask for less and cum for no extra charge. Yep, prices have gone up. It is now 2.75 for the bus. Or about 1.30US. Not too bad. Por quilos are still the best way to go. However, some such as Siqueira Grill charge much more than others. So check the prices before entering. Also, the more expensive ones will have more expensive items, so if you are happy with grilled chicken, fraldinha, picanha, etc. and don't need the fancier sushi and lamb, walk past the higher priced ones for the next or the one after. They almost all have two prices posted. One if one lunches between Noon and 2PM, and another for before Noon or after 2PM until whenever. BigBi is in Zona Sul. Expensive. One should expect to pay about 1.20 - 1.50 per 100ml. At Praca XV, the price just went from 5Reais to 5.80Reais for a 500ml cup of acai, for example. Still not outrageous. I think that the biggest increases that I have seen are for milk and eggs. Paying 1.50-1.65US per liter of milk and 2.00-2.50 per dozen medium/medium-large eggs.
