Hoo?

A shame that the terrible trio of Scalia, Thomas and Alito cannot be permanently sent out to pasture. For sure Scalia has sprung a gasket, Thomas never had a gasket to be sprung and Alito is not even open to having his gasket sprung.

I have read that the fragrances were quite "special" on Sunday morning on the beach. Many Peregrinos chose not to wait on line for the port-a-pottes, but took to the pure waters of the Atlantic to "wash away their excesses"
-
After three million souls took to shore of Copacabana, the peregrinos/peregrines are now flying away to almost all countries of the world carrying their message. I had no clue why the travelling worshipers were called peregrines. But I find it all quite interesting. http://www.kaikoraichurch.co.nz/trinity/2011/10/being-peregrine At least more interesting and less stressful than the shuttered metro and filled buses. Basically, Rio just survived a Reveillon x 4. Massive tie-ups in and out of Copa for four days.

All I can say is that we are all lucky that as gay men, Reagan did not order in 1983 that all of our Lesbian sisters were not rounded up and placed in internment camps when the Marine Corps barracks were blown up in Lesbanon. Oops, there I go again.

Adam Smith, Thank you very much for the link to the dissenting opinions of the Supreme Court's justices. Much appreciated.

I'm glad to see there are at least a few others on this site who can recognize right from wrong. More WTF moments in this thread than I can comprehend. I have visited the museum in LA dedicated to this terrible part of our nation's toward US citizens of Japanese descent. Funny, but US citizens of German and Italian ancestry were not interned in a series of US based gulags, were they? I don't think so. Not more than a bit of racism? Where were all of the AR residents protesting about their safety against the enemy within their midst? Speak up.

Still histories that many wish would be hidden or be forgotten. Whether to whatever degree of cruelty. Maybe I am just obtuse, but it seems as if you trying to be an apologist for some uneducated residents of Arkansas with some resentment as to how US CITIZENS were interned by their own government and most of whom lost everything of material value in their lives just because of where there ancestors originated before arriving in the US of A? And do not forget with their lives uprooted and placed into prison camps, many most likely died much earlier than would have been expected had they been allowed to continue living their lives where they had had homes? I remember the father of a friend from college, less than 30 years after the end of World War II, who was a shell of a man, a survivor of Auschwitz. He was on a personal disability check sent monthly from the German government. Very sickly. No money could replace what he had lost nor payment what he had survived. I remember seeing the movie SHOAH and the Poles interviewed who lived near Birkenau 1 & 2 claiming the did not know. I visited the camps in Germany and Poland about ten years ago, they had to know and chose to ignore. Location or quantity of cruelty should not matter. I do not think the feelings of a group of AR residents matter one iota. What is the quote about those that do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it?
-
I fear that one sad fate will be younger generations forgetting that there even were camps and what happened there. Whether in the US or Europe, the witnesses to these atrocities are dying off quite quickly. My own Mom is waiting to go. In the past two years, three friends of hers who were in the camps in Europe, including one who escaped and became a guerilla fighter in the forests of eastern Europe. One of her best friends of 60 years is locked up in an Alzheimer's ward and its now an anytime thing. In another fifty years will people still remember or care about Manzanar or Kooskia? Auschwitz-Berkenau, Bergen-Belsen or Oranienberg? Or even all of our own civil liberties that we have lost?

If I told you, I'd have to kill you. NOT!

Here in the Rio metro area, most everything is going to ID via fingerprint. One now registers to vote here and they take an image of your thumbprint. Of course, everyone is de facto required to carry a picture ID for many transactions as well. But there are no voter ID books/binders at the polls, it is all now done electronically. Also, not sure how this all works, but just a thumprint as an ID for certain bank transactions - no need for a card anymore. As I don't have fingerprints - readable/scannable ones) I am left out of the mix down here.

Well it actually is a bit difficult to vote them out if you cannot get into the poll to vote. Much of the state has already been gerrymandered to favor the republicans. Just look to Pennsylvannia for proof of that. I think ditto for Ohio if I remember correctly. For many of the working poor, every cent does count. Normally these state ID's are not issued without a charge. To obtain a State ID, when do they have time get one? And if the person does not drive, it might entail some long bus rides. The repubs are counting on these voters to have a WTF moment and just give up. It is just easier to let it slide. It takes a lot to motivate a great part of the electorate to go to the polls on election day. Or even to know where their poll is and if it has moved. One only has to remember the long lines in Florida in 2000, to realize how important all of this should be to a great many more people.

Do you use anything special for the "nether regions" out of your thirty or maybe that should be for a totally different thread?

Here in Brasil, you cannot wear enough. I have read they last longer when you combine two different scents. #1)Vetiver - Guerlain #2 Issey Miyake #3)Aqua di Parma - Italy #4)Marc Jacobs #5)Gucci For Men People remark the most about Issey Miyake and Marc Jacobs. Me, I like the Aqua di Parma and Vetiver. But you know, whatever works getting them to nuzzle this fragile, aging bag of bones and sagging skin.

Men In Dresses - Show's Starting

Today in Centro, right near the corner of Rua Graca Aranha and Rua Mexico, I met two really cute, younger padres-in-training. Garret from Chicago and David from LA. They were helping out at the Vivo Visitor's Center on the beach but yesterday they were working and no chance to see Frannie. Cuties and quite thin. They could convert me to Catholicisim. All they would need to do is overpower me with their fire and brimstone. And for Hito, a couple of pairs of come-fuck-me heels, certainly. Not sure how many are going to show up for the Sunday Mass given by Frannie, but they are going to need more Holy Wafers than exist in Vanuatu, Fiji and Bali combined. Transubtantiation times 1 million. I spied a bunch of cuties from Lithuania, blond, blue-eyed and built who are staying on the island. Does it constitute rape if you tell them that you are just taking them to a higher level in their connection with The Lord? Or something like that. He had beautiful runners legs with a soft coating of blond down. A high and tight butt crack and pert hard nipples poking through his t-shirt and a knowing padre/minder/wrangler who saw me oggling his jail bait and indicated that he knew what I was thinking as I eyed blondie and three others no quite as spectacular. It was like a Bel Ami festival in the flesh. Oh well, my schoolboy from Recreio makes a return visit for the night. I shouldn't be too unhappy. -
One of the boys on Monday night, who sells his ass at both MM and 117, while we were watching Frannie's(I keep on picturing the Papa in drag and wearing one of Fran Fine Dresher's cut-up-to-her vagine miniskirts) welcoming parade through the streets of Centro told me that a number of priests do visit 117 on Saturdays and Sundays. The archdiocese has an office building behind(but of course BEHIND) the cardinal's palace on Rua Benjamin Constant, one street over from Candido Mendes. Probably some of Miss Monik's most faithful(and they do know about faith) clients. Kind of like the song title - Too Close, Too Close For Comfort.
-
OZ, Oh please. You know better than that. We both know where Papa Fran prefers to find his faithful. How can you ever forget that certain bridge in the Campo de Santana? He will of course then serve his parishioners while kneeling and praising the Lord, Father and Holy Mother. And a certain Mad Monk with attend with the Host, lube and scumbags.

Photo below are the backups for Papa Fran and the Disciples. Already dressed up in their tres gay, petite yarmulkes and matching, tied-in-front, Japanese-inspired obis The gound-skimming tails being oh so gay-chic. Photo taken in front of the Hotel Guanabara Palace right around the corner from Clube New Meio Mundo. I think they were preparing to do an audition number for Meimo Dos Brilhos and audition as her new bunch of Lolitos. But I would like to know if anyone told them that will need to dancing in only their matching hot pink thongs? So, traffic totally sucked yesterday. The metro was closed down. All traffic, buses, private cars and taxis were prohibited from using the new tunnel that runs to Ave. Princess Isabel. Had to transit via Figueredo & Siqueira. Papa Fran walked the stations on the beach in the wind and rain among the children of mostily South Amierca, although I did see a group of kids on Praca XV under the banner of Ireland. But mainly lots and lots of Chilean, Urugaian and Paraguian flags. I felt like doing a few stanzas of "We Are The World" and then like Lazarus, join hands and start swaying, then like a Pepsi commerical, have Michael Jackson arise from the Dead and molest more than a few of them.

Yep. Ditto Goncalense for someone from Sao Goncalo. Caixiense for Duque de Caxias. Second and third largest cities in the metropolitan region. -
Alvaro - Alvi/Alvinho lives here and is almost always available. His birthday was eleven days ago. Just turned 30, with five kids by four different women, a little bit more than par for the course. 30-40Reais normally, a pack of Hollywood Vermelhos(red) and two cervejas/beers and and a Saideira/nightcap or for the road. Sorry but he refused to have me take any photos without the pants on.

Not only in a psych ward, but court-ordered lock down.

Give him a break. The man is sick. He's come down with a case of permanent foot in mouth disease.
-
HITO, beware! Beware! Don't get your hopes up. With those trapezius muscles, you can be sure he's been hitting the anabolics way too much. I doubt that the plumbing is functioning very well. An he probably has a couples of testes the size of "Le Sewer" peas. Not too potent nor after these 15 minutes too impotent, err important

Just imagine that you lived here and were not just a visitor. Putting on a great show for the Papa and tomorrow's WYD. Yes. But let's imagine that you are ill and you go to one of the public hospital or clinics for treatment of an infection and they give you a perscription for treatment and you don't get better. So you go to a private doctor and you discover that oops, you were given a medication which does not treat the problem as presented. So why did this happen? The hospital did not have the correct medication initially. The MD/s substituted with something else. Or to skimp a bit the supplied a dosage that was too low to actually cure the illness. Yep, this happened to me twice. Ditto schools. Ditto theft by politicians. Ditto give-aways to the rich. And the governement here is spending 53million US for the Papa. Supposedly the foreign visitors are spending large sums of money. The question is if the populace actually gains any of it. I can remember travelling on "the cheap" when young. Probably the same this time. -
The "Itcheepusee" is not only the name of Hyundai's newest model. Me thinks Sean Lowe's fiancee is sliding up and down that stairway bannister just a bit too often.
