  1. Generally molesters of very young children do not fare well in prison; the other cons have a reaction not dis-similar to your own.
  2. Personally,I kinda like greatness/hito's posts and his gentle spirit.
  3. Not a few Frenchies agree that it's a put up job. And I was thinking American politics had gotten hardball.
  4. The French are always good for a laugh! or
  5. Has it been a whole year now? Time passes so fast. Every once in a while at Daddy's I find myself thinking "That boy doesn't know how lucky he is that Lucky isn't around to reply to that post!"
  6. The French elite are insufferable. Maybe it's time for the French to give their masters another taste of Marianne's fury...
  7. Back to the original post, near as I can make out, Betanyahoo is making an all in bet on helping to elect a Republican in the 2012 elections. The question of why the Israeli government is getting so out front with a partisan political intervention in American domestic politics rather than leaving it to proxies like AIPAC is above my pay grade. Can you imagine the uproar if, in an address to the Knesset, Obama said there would be no more American aid to Israel until Bibi was out of office?
  8. "They" being the Supreme Court in Lawrence v. Texas in 2003, barely 8 years ago. Lawrence overruled Bowers v. Hardwick, a 1986 case out of Georgia, which basically allowed as how the State of Georgia had every right to criminalize the activities of those creepy queers. All this stuff is still very much up in the air constitutionally. There is clearly a 4 man block on the Supreme Court in favor of rolling back this line of decisions. The key vote to sustain these cases is Anthony Kennedy, who is around 75 and who will likely retire sometime during the term of the next president. If a Republican defeats Obama, you can look forward to many of the red states recriminalizing homosexual conduct.
  9. Falling into a pile of shit doesn't make you a bad person.
  10. LOL, thank you for not including the search terms you used to find this, Lucky.
  11. The comments are better than the story: ---- Oy Veh: Sure, he's in jail NOW, but I bet this story ends with the guys release. sui generis: ...so you're saying you think it'll be a happy ending? Oy Veh: I'm saying that people have hard feelings now but pretty soon they'll begin to soften. sui generis: I dunno, bad publicity from this incident is sure to come in spurts for a while. It'll be difficult to clean up, in the public eye. DennyCrane: I don't know; I think the punishment will be stiff. SidAndFinancy: In an unusual twist, he got off before he was arrested. WillaCatheter: Yeah, but no jury is going to let this jerk off.
  12. "I can't believe that!" said Alice. "Can't you?" the queen said in a pitying tone. "Try again, draw a long breath, and shut your eyes." Alice laughed. "There's no use trying," she said. "One can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."
  13. ROFL or (just on the odd chance you've gone native, BBB, and you're serious): ROFLMAO
  14. England and France just decided that attack helicopters are necessary to protect those Libyan civilians. That's pretty damn close to boots on the ground IMHO. Mission Creep Well, they can't say we didn't warn them.
  15. AAA Buffalo Bisons take on Yankee All Stars; Yanks go down to humiliating defeat!
  16. The Byzantine madness of Israeli domestic politics is the best practical proof available that proportional representation is the worst possible way to choose a legislature. Throw in a national list system for selecting candidates, as the Isreali's do, and you get flat out insanity. In a 120 member Knesset (parliament), they have 18 separate parties, not to mention 22 more non-parliamentary parties trying their best to make the 2% threshold for a seat. LOL, even the Isreali Arabs have 2 distinct parties . Party/ Leader/ Seats Kadima Tzipi/ Livni/ 28 Likud/ Binyamin Netanyahu/ 27 Yisrael Beiteinu/ Avigdor Lieberman/ 15 Labor Party/ Eitan Cabel/ 8 Shas/ Eli Yishai/ 11 Independence/ Ehud Barak/ 5 United Torah Judaism/ Agudat Yisrael/ Degel HaTorah Yaakov Litzman/ 5 United Arab List/ Ta'al/ Ta'al (1) Ibrahim Sarsur 4 National Union/ Moledet (1) Hatikva (1) Eretz Yisrael/ Shelanu/ (1) Tkuma (1) Ya'akov Katz 4 Hadash/ Maki/ Mohammad Barakeh 4 New Movement-Meretz/ Haim Oron/ 3 The Jewish Home/ Daniel Hershkowitz/ 3 Balad/ Jamal Zahalka/ 3
  17. Try this link for an article giving the details on this cure and possible ways to extend it to the general population. As it stands, it's only available to 'one in a million' HIV positive people.
  18. Lurker, I'm enjoying the hell of your posts about Rio. Add my thanks to the others for the trouble you've gone through to bring a delightful travelogue to us. ---- And it embarrasses me to have to ask but what is "boy bingo"? Winner gets a free programma, maybe?
  19. LOL, I was thinking last night that they didn't feature him enough in the video.
  20. He is kinda cute.
  21. Hito, if you don't stop apologizing for being alive everytime someone criticizes one of your post, I'm gonna be seriously pissed off at you; I mean offended big time. And, dude, don't even think about apologizing for the post I just quoted lest I pack a couple of extra oxygen tanks in the car, borrow a pistol and come hunt you down. Just post your stream of conciousness posts as often as the spirit moves you and, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead. Near as I can figure it out, only TY and OZ have a finger on the censor button and they're both pretty relaxed about what gets posted here.
  22. Thanks guys. Four old ladies from the neighborhood caught me walking by, called me over and broke out with the birthday song but this was much nicer.

Big K, seeing as how Socyberty is a site also featuring articles on crop circles and the reality of ghostly visitations, I'm not sure how carefully it fact checks articles submitted for publication.
