  10. This was from the aftermath of the previous time cops killed a black man in custody by asphyxiation as he begged for his life.
  11. II watched the first episode of Devs, felt like a stupid person's idea of a smart show. Throws some big words and ideas around but then misses the point or leaves gaping holes... meh. Did watch the new Ghost in the Shell on Netflix. It's got a very interesting story but the music isn't as memorable as all past Ghost in the shell and the animation feels like it's all in a game engine (entirely possible) and worse, animated with a gamepad.
  12. Fat girl fall down is a big part of the problem in my opinion...

  14. She will never be model attractive and seems to be fine with that. Personally I don't find her funny at all, especially on the episode of her cooking show I saw recently where I had nothing but pity for the husband. But that isn't to say she can't be a good example for body positivism and fuck the size zeros usually on the covers.
  15. Heard a good story on this on NPR and the birdwatcher's response in the interview was extremely classy, including that she didn't necessarily need to be stained by this for the rest of her life, but he wouldn't comment on whether she deserved to be fired. Which is very, very magnanimous of him given that she could have gotten him killed. I'd like to see her charged with filing a false police report. And IF she had mentioned a gun (she didn't) it should be attempted murder. I try to avoid the C* word, even though I appreciate the British way of using it a lot. It's fairly equivalent to the N* word. Besides, there's already a perfect way of describing this person: "Karen".
