I chatted with boy. He is scared to go as many of his friends. Not sure if he got info from someone who actually went there or if it is his guess -

Pointe 202 is open indeed, but many boys and customers are not willing to go there because of risks. So the place is rather dead. -

In Europe, they already implemented social distanciation measures in sex clubs. Among safest equipment to avoid respiratory contamination :

What do you mean ? In sauna, depending on what you and how you do it, transmission risk must be much higher.

The rule used by Europe to put countries in the list of authorized countries is "less than 16 new cases of covid-19 per 100.000 citizens in the last 14 days". They plan to revisit the list regularly. In many countries, bars, restaurants and beaches are not crowded at all. Nightclubs are closed in most European countries, even in Ibiza ! Sex saunas are open but almost noone is going there. Some pics of overpopulated places (such as beaches in UK eg Bournemouth last week end or Fete de la Musique in France) were visible on internet, but it is not the general situation at all.

As for updated recent data on epidemy, they are below : "Countries on the E.U. draft lists have been selected as safe based on a combination of epidemiological criteria. The benchmark is the E.U. average number of new infections — over the past 14 days — per 100,000 people, which is currently 16 for the bloc. The comparable number for the United States is 107, while Brazil’s is 190 and Russia’s is 80, according to a Times database". But finding (and actually implementing) an agreement on such a subject is not ezsy for EU : "Once diplomats agree on a final list, it will be presented as a recommendation early next week before July 1. The E.U. can’t force members to adopt it, but European officials warn that failure of any of the 27 members to stick to it could lead to the reintroduction of borders within the bloc".

In some (many) cases people do share experiences on this forum. As everywhere some people only share nasty comments !

Europe will continue banning American travellers after July 1st (as well as people from Russia, Brazil, etc.)

How did you learn to speak Portuguese?
pauleiro replied to Bucknaway1614502762's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Every day, I listened to Assimil (French equivalent of Berlitz) CDs while going to and coming back from work by car. Before reading the text, I repeated the sounds I heard, sometimes not even understanding the meaning. This method can give you a very good accent but there is a major drawback : people think that you are fluent and start speaking at full speed ... -
I heard that some experts are considering that real figures could be at least 5 times higher than official figures ie the current 25000 official number of dead could be in fact around 125000... Since many TV in the world showed the tough times undertakers are having to bury the very many coffins, some people in Brazil in the president party claim that people are burying empty coffins, with pictures (of stones in an opened coffin) or videos (someone carrying a coffin with only one hand).

Both were indeed open. There are no tourists in these places. Last time I went to Rex some time ago, some boys were ready to have sex for money (30 or 40 R$). As long as these places will remain open, I think that people will continue go cruising. Entrance is 20 R$. As mentioned above, the Rex is dirty and smelly with sometimes lot of action on the sides of the theater or close to the bathrooms

Skype sessions (group liveshows) with garotos.

You would have been in heaven looking everyday at these live auditions. It was really fun to see all these boys and then see them again becoming regular models for William Higgins. I remember once a Lukas I saw during live auditions and whom I met in Prague a few days later -

I went back to some screen prints of that period. It was so much fun. A part of a group of around 25 guys were meeting at 2 pm Prague time to see who was going to be auditionned live. It was impossible to know if one person or more was going to show up, but as a matter of fact the days where no one was showing up were very rare. There were on an average maybe 3 guys a day during all week days of the year, and it lasted many years. The models were new, 18 to 30 years old. They were privately showing their documents which were photographed, then they were stripping, wanking and sometimes cumming. During the whole show, the persons of our group who were present were making comments. Average next door type boys were regularly coming and from time to time there was a hunk. At the end of the show, we were giving mark ... The guys who were coming were not getting any money for the audition. They would get money if they were considered a model and make another shooting first solo then with partners. All pictures of all auditions can be found on william higgins site (which is not accessible from Czech Republic). -

It is impossible to make sure that no one is not going to record the performance (video and/or pictures) and share it as mentionned by SolaceSoul. (I once participated to a group of 10 persons and we shared pictures and comments on the boys on the scene in Prague. One day, a member of the group passed pictures and information to non members. It was the end of the Group ...). So either the boys do not care if the photos of their show are published on internet (and they should perform on Charturbate and make some money) or they do care and will not accept or accept but will perform with a mask and hide all elements which could make identify them and it is not going to be so sexy. The hustle of organizing such shows is huge and there are so many shows of this type on chaturbate or cam4 : at any time you are sure to find a guy or guys that you will like. Surprinsingly on Chaturbate, there are very few boys from Brazil. I saw one today who did such a very hot show inserting a couple of dildos up his ass (Anab_Frank s cam). If any of you know of good and sexy performers, I am interested. I would like to have the possibility to comment privately the shows with friends. I did that when there were, during many years, the live auditions at William Higgins in Prague, every week day at 2 pm CET. A bunch of 10 to 12 regulars were always present and shared comments on the boys who were all newbies stripping all the way down and sometimes wanking. The types of comments we were making would not be allowed on Chaturbate ! Maybe we could create a group to share in real time comments on Chaturbate boys ... -
I simply cancelled my May flights (and will get refund from the airline) but I did not book anything. It is hard to foresee what is going to happen. In all cases as soon as the situation becomes clearer, it is obvious that the planes will not be full and prices might not be that high. I am concerned by the places which may go bankrupt because of an extended period without any income. I really wonder if Lions or Fragata will be open again some day, I have also a thought for all the boys who were working in the sauna and generally speaking the sexworkers who do not have any income for weeks now and maybe for many more weeks. I wonder how they survive. Coronavirus situation in Brazil seems to be out of control in some places. There were pictures of the he burying of corpses in the city of Manaus (certainly a proof that nor higher temperature nor high humidity makes the virus disappear). Officially, Brazil declared as of today 3704 cases, which I do not believe at all. It is clear that this does not take into account the people dying in favellas. In Manaus, the official figure of total number of deaths is 172. In the past 3 days, there were 340 burials ! In many cases, the causes of deaths are mentionned as "unknown" and therefore not taken in to account in the official figures of deaths linked to virus. Political situation seems to be difficult for Bolsonaro with regular pot-banging protests from Brazilians urging "Bolsonaro out", the firing of the Health Minister, the resignation of the justice minister Sergio Moro, after clashing with Bolso over the sacking of the head of Brazil Federal police, the problems in the favelas, ...

Whats really going on in Rio?

In a different thread, I mentionned the interest of the daily synthetic articles published by Tomas Pueyo. When I started to follow him, 15 days ago, his articles were only written in English and 10000 people had read them Now 40 Million people worldwide have read articles which have been translated in 20+ languages. 20 minutes ago, he put on line a petition for the White House. Sign it and share it if you think it is worth. ---------------------- We have a petition for the White House! https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/buy-us-time-fight-coronavirus-and-save-millions-lives-hammer-and-dance-suppression-strategy I was told this is the best way to get traction and a response from the government. It only needs 100k signatures, which pales in comparison with 40M view we got for the last article. Share it and let's get this to the top! -

Coronavirus protest in Brazil sees millions bang pots from balconies People in Brazil have expressed anger at President Jair Bolsonaro's handling of the coronavirus pandemic by banging pots and pans together on balconies. Millions of protesters in the cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro appeared at windows on Wednesday evening calling for the president to step down. It was the biggest protest against Mr Bolsonaro's government to date. There are over 500 cases of the virus in Brazil, including two government ministers. Four people have died. Mr Bolsonaro, who has previously dismissed precautions taken against the novel coronavirus as "hysteria" and "fantasy", has been criticised for his response to the deadly outbreak. However 14 people who travelled with him to Florida to meet President Trump have tested positive for the virus. Is Latin America prepared to fight coronavirus?Politics and protest at São Paulo's street parties Wednesday's loud protests began during a televised statement by the president in the afternoon, then resumed with more intensity at an agreed time later in the evening. People in tall buildings and houses across the country banged empty pots, switched their lights on and off and shouted "Bolsonaro out!" Mr Bolsonaro used his televised address to announce emergency measures to limit the spread of the virus, and a financial aid package to support the economy and low-income families. Appearing alongside his top ministers, all wearing face masks, the president acknowledged the "gravity" of the pandemic, but added: "I want to calm the Brazilian people... we can't let ourselves go into hysteria." However, he admitted that there were likely many additional cases not included in the official statistics. The Brazilian government also said it would ask Congress to declare a "public state of calamity" due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was not enough to appease the protesters. On Sunday, Mr Bolsonaro was criticised for coming out of reported self-isolation to mingle with thousands of his supporters who were marching in protest at Brazil's Congress and judiciary. His health ministry had earlier warned against attending large gatherings.
