Thinking about a possible November trip to Rio
axiom2001 replied to a topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
Hey, Ms Guy and Adam Smith-- you hijacked Lurkerspeak's post. It would have been more appropriate to have posted a SEPARATE thread! Guys, please, for Lurker's sake as well as those who are interested in his dates and future travel, please STICK TO THE TOPIC! POST future travel plans here, preferably those for November 2015! i positively post the preceding! -
A few photos from the last trip to Rio...

...reminds me of this very, very hard, hot and handsome taxi driver in Salvador-- {Bahia} Brasil who came over during the afternoon, showered, and during our play offered up his hard, hot ass to receive a "sizzling rimming." During those times that aspect of sex did not appeal to me, so I failed to give him what he'd desired! Today I have a different "take" on this activity! These guys certainly possess some hard, hot crossed buns! Enticing indeed! -

Totally trashy music at a fundraiser for Black youth.

I applaud you for writing to the coordinator. He/She should share your concerns with the Board and change the music next time. If I had been in attendance, I would have approached the dj and ask him to play something different or much more appropriate. In March of this year I was at an event and just happen to have served on the committee who sponsored the event. Since I did not want to be out amongst the tight crowd prior to the event, I went into the ballroom to await its beginning and to perfect the table on which the special awards had been placed. When I heard the music which the dj's were preparing, I walked over to them and shared my concerns. Luckily, I had some great jazz cds in my auto, so I left and retrieved them. These dj's played what I had given them, and upon leaving I got my cds back. Attached was a very cordial note which they had addressed and thanked me! All said, I do hope that the organization will address music selections, etc. for its next event and that the Board take your concerns seriously! Adults should not be perpetuating musicians and their foul lyrics at special events given by non profit or not-for-profit organizations. The music should reflect the mission! -

I concur! We'd never had "super-negative" discussion about the saunas or negative comments thrown at other posters until a week or so back! Perhaps when that individual leaves Brazil he will no longer post here, or if he continues to post in the manner in which he did recently, he can always be suspended or banned by the heads of the site! -
I don't particularly like alcoholic beverages at all, but for some strange, unknowing reason, I love "caipirinahas!" In 2011 two friends and I celebrated the birthday of one at a lovely restaurant in Paraty. I had three caipirinhas and felt very good during as well as afterwards. The entire experience of almost four days there long be remembered!

These are those facets that I "love" about Brazil, and what's listed here merely scratches the surface. • the people for the most part, their openness, the manner in which they relate amongst themselves & others • the diverse cultural attributes • the varied and diverse and beautiful landscape from east to west, north to south • the men, of course-- oh yes, those gorgeous "creatures" • the music, the food, and that one famous cocktail which I cannot spell All of the above are indicative in each of the regions I've visited, but to me, they're more pronounced in Rio, my favorite or second favorite city in this world of ours. I feel comfortable and much at ease while there which has enabled me to travel solo at times. When friends and I have been there together, we've done things together, but when I felt that I wanted to explore alone, I've done that, too, irrespective of my not being able to communicate in Brazilian Portuguese.

As you know, weekends in most cities is when things are happening! I'd suggest Bahia for the weekend. If you have never been there, I would encourage you to engage a guide, Fernando whom I've never used but did recommend to a good friend who used his expertise and services last year. By hiring a guide, he and you can do the cultural route [if you're interested]. Fernando can also introduce you to the saunas that are there as well [either by accompanying you or giving you the in's and the out's of the saunas in his city]. You mentioned that you have the dates of travel for Rio de janeiro. Hope you've already made your hotel reservations as well, for visitors to Rio during New Year's book way in advance. Carnival and New Years do draw an abundance of folks to "The Marvelous City." Although during Carnival of 2003, the saunas were not very full. I don't know about New Year's. Keep in mind that many of the guys spend the holidays with their families and don't go to the saunas to work. Perhaps someone who's been there during that prime time could lend more to my assessment which is based on my reading of threads that are in the archives here as well as at www.daddysreviews.com [LAtin AmErican escorts]

Apparently, you and SoulSolace misconstrued my intent of my post! You wrote; I responded. I will continue to travel and read and post. You continue to enjoy, experience, and post! That's it! [i, for one, do not do "tic for tac" responses or assume things about an individual in my not really knowing the individual.]

Damn, brothers, I've been at this site for a while, and during your visits, it's the first time that lots about color has been alluded too, way too much. As an African American who's been to Brasil 11x's since 2002, mostly to Rio but to Sao Paulo, the Amazon, Curitiba, Salvador [bahia] and a few other places-- folks there as well as at this site have not written or spoken much about the persons of color who live in these areas of Brasil. I've often been mistaken as a Brasilian when I've traveled to my most favorite country and to its cities and towns, but when I've spoken that line about my not being able to speak Brasilian Portuguese after being asked questions in Brasilian Portuguese, my "brothers and sisters" have only smiled and laughed along with me. Brasilians, for the most part, are very mixed; Bahia is the most African of all cities in this country, and it was Brasil's first capital! There is racism but it's unspoken about! [...words from my friend from Sao Paulo who lived in San Francisco a while back, going to school and escorting. Today he has a degree and a partner. ...don't know if he's become naturalized.] So my advice to you African Americans is go and be with whomever and try to live without all of this color shit, especially here! We get that far too much among our own in certain communities within our own country. Glad it was not pronounced when I lived in Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri. I've lived in California for most of my life after coming from the Heartland, Kansas City (both Kansas and Missouri) and got the color thing back there but less here. Since you two are African Americans and are into the "color thing," apparently, why not write between yourselves and present general information here, for there are few Americans here as well as at www.daddysreviews.com who are of our ethnicity! [I wrote the preceding as a strong suggestion, for I've been to the saunas in the two major cities, not in Bahia, and have maneuvered onward while there!] Go and enjoy and write about your experiences if you desire irrespective of color because if one is in the largest city comprised of folks who have African roots, of course this will be reflected.

I had a good acquaintance who frequented that saunas in Brasil when he would travel there. At the ones in Rio and the one to which we went to in Curitiba, he "drew the guys" to him. He'd have one fling after another and another. The guys, especially the ones at Club 117, would come up to him and request his company. Most of the time he would have someone in tow or he would be on his way back to his apartment with or w/o a garoto; I'd sit back and smile and tacitly applaud all of the apparent fun and attention that he was receiving. I told him that he must "suck cock" in a grand manner or pay the guys a good fee in order for their forever wanting to be in his company. He never gave me the reason from his viewpoint! But from what I viewed, "the guys do talk about us!" The late Jivua would just smile and not try to analyze or explain to me what drew the cuties to him. -

...renewed my visa in 2011 and just looked inside my passport at the page. It's good for TEN YEARS, and I truly like its new format! ...got it in San Francisco!

I've been there twice. It's my second favorite Brasilian city, and when I was there I had a superb guide. Since then we've been introduced to Fernando who will give you all that you're requesting and then some. Check out his reviews at www.tripadvisor.com. Check out the archives here; perhaps there is some old stuff that might be useful still!! Last year a good friend of mine who I met while in Rio de janeiro had Fernando as a guide. He, my amigo, was more than pleased. In another post here, one of Fernando's former clients wrote highly of him! Enjoy BAHIA!

For some reason I find "The Bieber" to be one hell of a turn on for me! I'd love to give him a hot tongue bath all over then watch him take a big 8.5 or 9 or 10 incher up that presumably very tight, virginal ass of his! I'd be his "fluffer" prior to that "hard and lush" plundering he'd be receiving!
