ronjames, we could probably tell some good stories. In 1987, the baht was 22 to the dollar, and yes, 300 to 400 was thee going rate. I am glad prices have climbed for the sex workers' sake, and it doesn't matter much now because I am not as horny as I as in 1987. Thankfully.

Having grown up a Catholic, I swallowed hook, line and sinker all of the indoctrination against sex, and gay sex in particular. It caused me no shortage of problems. To learn later in life that priests themselves were avidly engaging in sex and gay sex was a shock. My disillusionment with the Church grew and I finally gave it up. But many gay men have not, and they each have their own reasons. For some, it is no doubt hard to disavow something you have belonged to since birth. Gay sex is a sin, the Church says, even though so many priests delight in it, preferably with a little kid. The NY Times today has an article about a gay man in San Diego who has not only tried to keep current with his faith, but actually has a job with his parish church. Not everyone is happy. He has received many threats. Why does he continue with a church that does not want him? Read the article to find out: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/29/us/catholic-church-gay-members.html

Okay, I won't reply. And yes, that second pic guy is ugly. -
Your multiple contributions here have been so enlightening I thought you had forgotten about the other site already.

Christian Bale stars very credibly as former Vice President and war criminal Dick Cheney in VICE. I thought I knew all of the evils of the Bush W. administration, but there are new revelations in the movie. The Cheney White House was full of scoundrels, none of whom have ever been punished for waging war on Irag and innocent mid-Easterners. Hundreds of thousands of people in Irag were killed, not to mention thousands of US soldiers, because Cheney had alloted the Iraq oil interests to Halliburton and the major oil companies and they had to find a way to take control of them. The damage done in the name of the United States is just shattering. Now we have Trump. Let's hope he doesn't see the movie and get any new ideas. John Yoo wrote the memo justifying torture, yet he now is a Professor at Berkeley and walks the streets without fear. Not that I would suggest he be tortured. I wouldn't, right?

It's not that they offend me! You don't have to be a smartass. The owner of the site says that they cannot be posted in forums where the general public can see them. As far as I know, this is a public forum. Other forums are for members with ten posts or more and allow nudity/porn. -

Isn't this a forum where nude pics are not allowed? -
As he should be. Who would want to share Christmas with him? He's plotting what else he can do for Putin and how else he can screw our allies. But at least he gave us that tax cut. I haven't seen any savings yet from it, and I don't expect to. Luckily I don't own stocks.

It's a lovely ad. Maybe next year I will do my Christmas shopping at Sainsbury's! Especially if that cute guy is my salesman!

Congratulations, Oz. It was well worth it for you to do this, and I hope that your health continues to agree. 175 pounds! I just lost 15, and that seems awfully minor now! -
I don't know what Spacey will have to do to win back the confidence of the public. I'd hate to see us lose a very talented gay actor because he groped an 18-year old. But, just as in the MeToo movement, some people are out for blood. Nothing short of castration will satisfy them. For me, if he is convicted, he should serve his time, pay his fine, and make amends to the boys he offended. If did that sincerely, I would welcome him back into the theater. As for gay men, my guess is that many of us have acted inappropriately at times. There was an era when open gay sex was being celebrated, and we did just that. Numerous underage guys have hit on me. I politely resisted. I remember being at a party with a date and a thirteen year old kept begging me for sex. I said I was with someone. He replied, we can go do it and be back before he knows you are gone! Actually, no, we couldn't. But many teens had already come to grips with their sexuality. A lot sooner than I ever did. What were they expected to do for sex? The law says and said then that we cannot indulge them. It must be tough to have a teenagers raging hormones and no outlet but your hand.

Spacey is wealthy and doesn't need to work another day. But, as an artist, this video reminds us that he has a talent. To cut off that talent so abruptly must hurt a lot. He talks about people rushing to judgment without any facts, without any evidence. He plays a character rather than himself. Why? The statements of his multiple accusers are evidence. Whether it's he said, she said doesn't matter. Statements are admissible in court, where they might be established as facts. That's the benefit of a public trial where a person who said something must now bring the facts that support it. They get cross-examined, and their statements are entered only in accordance with the rules of law. No hearsay, for example. So Spacey is right that no facts have been established. But we do have multiple statements. Most of those will never see a courtroom due to the statue of limitations. But people are entitled to their opinions, whether based on a statement or a fact. Too bad for him, because the statements alone, even outside a court of law, cumulatively make a case against Spacey that many, if not most, find credible. So there are courts of law and courts of public opinion. He's already lost in the latter. It will be interesting to see if he takes the latest case all the way to trial.

Armed snipers will patrol select areas of Rio with instructions to shoot to kill. Up to 120 gunmen will fight criminals, it is thought. Here is the article from the NY Post: *** Teams of marksmen will patrol parts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with high-powered weapons and a license to kill, said a security adviser to state Gov.-elect Wilson Witzel. Bloomberg News reported Saturday that as many as 120 sharpshooters will join police patrolling the city’s slums to wipe out gun-toting criminals. The shooters will work in pairs — one pulls the trigger while the other videotapes deaths. “The protocol will be to immediately . . . slaughter anyone who has a rifle,” said Witzel, a federal judge and former Brazilian Marine. “Whoever has a rifle isn’t worried about other people’s lives, they’re ready to eliminate anyone who crosses their path.’’ *** I should point out that the referenced Bloomberg article is the better of the two, containing more information and perspective. Yet the Post got right to the point.

The celebrations begin the day after Christmas. Kwanzaa is still a holiday, even if it seems to get less attention these days. https://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-griffin-kwanzaa-20181223-story.html

tassojunior, I don't mean to be rude, but you do not seem to be well educated on the crisis in Syria. The US does not "occupy" the country, and one of our goals is (was) to protect the Kurds. Taking on ISIS is necessary. If we don't, many brown people will die. Had we invaded Syria, as we did Iraq, you might have been on to something. (Just my opinion, by the way. I generally agree with tassojunior.)

Most generals are not war mongers, Mattis included. He does support our allies, and he believes in honoring our treaties with them. Because Trump is dumping the Kurds and our strategic alliance, Mattis does not favor that. So, it isn't war mongering, it is valid defense in support of our commitments.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis has resigned in light of Trump's decision to give Putin a Christmas present and withdraw US troops from Syria. Mattis told Trump in his letter of resignation: " “My views on treating allies with respect and also being clear-eyed about both malign actors and strategic competitors are strongly held and informed by over four decades of immersion in these issues,” Mattis wrote. “We must do everything possible to advance an international order that is most conducive to our security, prosperity and values, and we are strengthened in this effort by the solidarity of our alliances.” Lying, as is his wont, Trump said Mattis was retiring, rather than resigning. The resignation isn't effective until February 28th, 2019. By then, Trump will likely have lost several other key members of his administration who choose to follow Mattis' lead and get out before the house collapses on top of them.

I've never been a fan of threads about the other site, but what about the other daddy? I've seen him wearing a skirt. Does that constitute crossdressing? Really, things here seem really slow, and threads about the other site thrive, so I am just trying to get some conversation going. Feel free to hijack the tread. Incidentally, the only time I dressed as a girl was when I was nine. It didn't go over well because people just assumed that I really was a girl, thus the lack of trying again. Did you ever cross dress? When? Why?
