    Math Problem

In 1978 I bailed a gay guy out of jail from a redneck county. The deputy had told his lawyer that the inmates were after him. So I put up $1000 to buy a $10000 bond. The guy got out and stiffed me for the money. He recently died so I thought I could put a claim on the estate, but the statute of limitations has probably run.
  2. Looks like the Mormons did the same thing to Senator Harry Reid to get him to oppose prostitution! Now who is going to protect my right to pay for sex?

    Math Problem

Thanks for that, lurkerspeaks. Now can someone tell me the value with interest?
  4. So I you lent someone $1000 in 1978, and it was never paid, what would the amount today likely be with inflation and interest calculated in? Surely there is a math whiz here...? Thanks.
  5. In looking to the future, I might want t outsource my posting. Are there any hunky, smooth, Asian lads available for that? (Okay, the Lucky in Thailand thread was so old I got tired of seeing it in the menu!)

    OZ MIA?

Bum run grad...sounds like a Soviet drunk tank!
  7. No, that was the other gay boy who wears all the different glasses.

    OZ MIA?

He checked in on February 15th, and that was that. Could he be building yellow brick roads somewhere?
  9. Dry humor, tomcal! We knew it was the same guy, but it is rare that we do like the same guys.
  10. A crazed Democratic Majority Leader of the United States Senate, Harry Reid of Nevada, says the time has cum to outlaw prostitution. Now that he is too old for sex, he wants the rest of us saving our money to pay the higher taxes he plans to enact. Well, maybe. Here's the report from Politico via gawker: Harry Reid Hates Hookers, ApparentlySenator Harry Reid shocked some people yesterday during his speech to the Nevada legislature when he told the audience, "The time has come for us to outlaw prostitution." Brothel owners, prostitutes and fans of prostitution were very upset. After Reid's speech, most of which was about things that actually matter, the owner of Moonlite Bunny Ranch, Dennis Hof, staked out his position to reporters in true cowboy pimp fashion: "Harry Reid will have to pry the cathouse keys from my cold, dead hands." The state has 28 legal brothels, and rural counties can vote on whether or not to allow them, so people are scratching their heads as to why Reid would even bring this up now. We've got Harry Reid's undoubtedly exciting memoir The Good Fight sitting atop the "to read" list, but did you know that in it he says he learned to swim as a kid at a whorehouse in Searchlight, Nevada? Doesn't take much to figure that one out, Harry.
  11. #4 for the bf, and # 2 for me...see, we don't fight over guys! Thanks for the pix..and so quix!
  12. No pictures of guys from Porto Allegre? The bf wants a taste...
  13. On Social Security, is it not true that the government has commingled the funds from the SS Trust with the general fund, so if it had to pay back to SS what it took, the impact on the deficit would be severe? Not sure on this...
  14. Axiom, what leads you to return visits to Buenos Aires when the joys of Rio are right up the street? I like Buenos Aires myself, having been there twice, but the sex does not compare to Rio. Lurker, if you find a good apartment, I hope it has spare sheets and towels cuz we all will be joining you!
  15. Buster is a happily married family man. He has never let me "in" the place I want to enter.
  16. And now it seems that some docs would rather just prescribe the pain meds than spend the time needed to find the cause of the pain. It's a messy world and the medical profession stands out in good and bad ways.
  17. LOL...there will be so many categories that soon every sauna guy will be featured. Well, not every sauna guy, just most of them! How about the guys with the best butts for rimming?
  18. KyTop, thanks for sharing these events. They are very sad to hear. What I gather is that the pain docs cut him off, yet he was by then addicted. That is something the pain docs need to explain, I can't. They will argue that with chronic pain, and by that I assume they mean pain that will last a lifetime, then addiction is not a problem because there will be a constant source for the drugs. But therein lies the rub. Who wants to be on a drug they are addicted to, and have to have? I think it is the pain itself that makes the decision for you. If you can live with it, fine, do so. If you can't, then you have to make the choice for the drugs and then hope for the best. I wish your daughter a happy resolution, if one can be found.
  19. I couldn't resist saying "it hurts" on a thread about pain.
  20. Buster is finding that fame is not always fun: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2011/02/21/SPVM1HR089.DTL (BTW- I selected the "stay logged in for two weeks" option, but that doesn't mean I am here. )
  21. Well said, TY. I tend to side with the pain docs, but then you read about this 39 year old dying. But I don't have enough facts on him...maybe it was intentional, maybe other drugs were in the mix. But if it was just because of prescribed dosages, then I worry!
  22. I plan to read that book, so don't lose it. Must be chock full of exciting adventures.
  23. Only 11 views? That hurts!
  24. I took this picture of lookin in San Francisco. At least he told me he was lookin:
  25. As cities, states, and the federal government face deepening deficits, the temptation to cut services for the poor seems to be gaining traction. In talking about spending cuts, a former US president can be remembered this President's Day for his words on the topic: "This does not mean sacrificing essential services, nor do we need to destroy the system of benefits which flow to the poor, the elderly, the sick and the handicapped." Ronald Reagan, a then candidate for the office.
