I think I have seen him before. He's kind of small, huh?

Savages is based upon a novel by Don Winslow, a crackerjack author who writes about the drug trade like no one else. See his novel The Power of the Dog for one of the best. I am going to read the book again before I see the movie, and hope that Oliver Stone hasn't ruined it. Winslow wrote a prequel to Savages in time for the movie. It's called The Kings of Cool.

You need a gyro to keep up with it all.

Don't blush, it could have been me that was wrong. I wish I could force myself to learn some Portuguese.

AP reports: Police say about 50 people threw eggs and plastic bottles of water at about 400 people holding a gay pride parade in the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki. Police moved in to restrict the attackers on Saturday, but no injuries were reported. In recent days, Anthimos, the senior Greek Orthodox cleric in Thessaloniki, had publicly criticized the planned gay pride parade. Anthimos, who only uses one name, is known for outspoken speeches on social and political issues.

Thanks, again for another good report. i do appreciate that you would take the time from your vacation to share with us. I am a little confused. I thought that the working boy is a garato, and the encounter in the room is the programma. have I got that wrong?

I did notice that he was signed in on um, another site the other day, so he is still kicking. I hope his birthday was happy. He taught us all a lot about being gentle and forgiving, and is just a nice guy.

In his book, Dropped Names, actor Frank Langella quotes Sir Laurence Olivier on the subject. "And once he said of a young actor who'd never quite succeeded and tried desperately to appear straight: Darling chap, but he just couldn't hide the Nellie. And you know, dear boy, you've got to hide the Nellie."

I agree that coming out is a personal thing. I did re-read the article I cited, and in the very beginning they hedged their bets on Chace. I guess it was more like covering their ass. But, in my dreams, he is gay, and he wants me...badly! In my other fantasy, I remember what Lookin looks like...after all, it's been almost a year! I'm old too, you know.

We have Monsignor Lynn convicted in Philadelphia today for protecting pedophile priests, and now pedophile coach Sandusky is convicted on 45 counts. They weren't going to handcuff him, but he couldn't keep his hands off of the cop on the right!

Well, the senior partner of the law firm I first worked for told me when I came out that I could not work there anymore. They relented if I agreed to low key it. Now, many years later, the firm is run by the senior partner's daughter- a lesbian.

Having recently named you the handsomest of the Hoovilleans that I have met, your posting your pic undermines my credibility!

All I know is that the distribution of wealth seems to stop before they get to me! Actually, if you look at it historically, we are all pretty damn well off. But, since that is small consolation, why not just compare ourselves to most people in the world who do not have all of the creature comforts that we do. Imagine some Chinese farmer paying a boy $300 for sex. I doubt that happens. Am I defending the current distribution of wealth? NO, just trying to put some perspective on it. The rich have always had the upper hand, making themselves richer, usually at the expense of the poor. I don't see that changing.

Return to Colombia
Lucky replied to firecat691614502759's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
firecat, did you have a June trip planned to Colombia? -
That's an awfully long plane ride to Porto Alegre. We are sitting here salivating, wanting more! You did such a nice job telling us about SP, is it possible that you fell in love with a PA boy and are still there?

...and you went up to him and asked "Sexo?" Then what happened?

Oh, those private parties that only some are invited to. Was this one held in India?

I agree. But, doesn't an unwillingness to come out indicate that the person thinks there is something wrong about being gay- something that must be hidden? Won't girls still want Chace just as much as men do if he comes out?

Perhaps MER did not intentionally ignore the royal birthday. It appears that some were having trouble accessing the site today. On my Chrome browser, I could not get in at all. Firefox is slow.

The Hooboy Pub is usually the place where birthdays of celebrities are noted. Sometimes some very remote celebrities. So why ignore the one British celebrity who put the sex appeal back into the British monarchy? Prince William turns 30 today, the milestone birthday where the young can no longer trust him. Yet just this week the Prince lamented the treatment of the gay rhinoceros. Well, not just the gay rhinoceros, but the rhinoceros in general. And doesn't mention of Prince William often include mention of his sexy brother, Prince Harry? How many of us want to see just how hairy that prince is? Doesn't he even go to the gay bar on occasion? As a matter of fact, checking the internet tubes, one can find widespread supposition that Prince William is himself gay. This picture is one piece of the picture:

The newspaper The New York Observer has outed actor Chace Crawford in a recent article on gay celebrities. See who else is discussed in this article on gay and closeted gay celebrities: http://observer.com/...-make-mischief/ (Granted, the paper allowed itself an "out" on Chace, but reading the story one can tell that they really have no doubt.)

Apropos of nothing, here is a list, actually two lists, of countries which do allow gays to serve openly in the military. Should Pakistan go to war with India, it won't be the gays leading the charge: http://www.palmcenter.org/research/nations%20allowing%20service%20by%20openly%20gay%20people
