Military flights are a hot topic in Palm Springs as they make so much noise and have been on the increase. At last, that was a few months ago. After the controversy arose, with those who didn't like the noise being called anti-American, the flights seem to have found another home. Ashville?

So, did you go to the Bel Ami anniversary party? -
You are welcome! I enjoyed the experiences, so had to write them down to remember in my old age!

Lucky replied to trzinko's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
soytuyo.com is full of them. But, they are not necessarily good in bed. -
My husband twice was hit on at Meo Mundo by older customers. Should he now escort? Ha! It's a package deal- I collect the money, he does the work!

Because I don't have cable tv, I didn't know of this model, Rob Evans. He's a judge on America's Top Model show, I learned when I Googled him. All I know is that my jaw dropped when I saw his pic in today's NY Times: Another photo: http://static.wetpaint.me/antm/ROOT/photos/310/rob-evans-facebook-3097916212010462849.jpg

SFGate.com reports that the Folsom Street Fair, long one of the raunchiest of street fairs, now has the Marriott corporation as one of its sponsors. Mormons last involved themselves in the gay community to contribute to Prop 8, which, if it had stayed law, would have banned same-sex marriage. Some wonder how a fair like the Folsom acquired sponsors at all, least of them being the Marriott. Once the Fair gets used to the money sponsors bring in, will they tame it down to please those very sponsors? http://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/Folsom-Street-Fair-less-kinky-more-corporate-4851461.php The Folsom Street Fair is this Sunday. One of the advantages of going if you live in another city is that you can pack light, as few, if any, clothes are worn to the event! I have been so many times that all I have to do is close my eyes, and the pictures of the nudity, the flogging, the cute young guys, the um, proud older guys, the chaps, which are usually worn by those who shouldn't... well, have a beer or ten and join the fun!

It used to be said, and maybe still is, that Mormon-owned Marriott Corporation was one of the biggest purveyors of porn in the country. Surely it is now Google, except that they give it to you for free. There are no age requirements to view the pix Google provides, and what parent would think to censor the leading search engine? Type "sexy twink" on an image search and the first pic is of a boy with his dick hanging out of his pants. The second pic is of a boy barebacking another boy. There is masturbation, cocksucking, butthole displays and on. And, to my eye, some of the guys seem younger than 18. Surely Google wouldn't provide that. But do the search yourself and see if you'd post the pic of the younger looking guys. Tampa Yankee would yank it right away! I'm not posting any pix, I'm just sharing the findings that Google is a porn site and should at least make some effort to filter for age.

"Tight Ends" . . . an erotic football novel

Well, could I borrow your copy then? Mine is all wet. -
Not much of a spanking, and not much of a funny either. The only benefit to watch is to see a bewildered beautiful Bieber.

So many promising treatments have been touted over the years and failed to deliver that we become skeptical at any new drug that is the next best thing. But perhaps our cynicism needs an update as news today about existing meds that stop HIV dead make the news. Many sources reported on this, but the link is to San Francisco's Bay Area Reporter, where you will find many articles of gay interest since it is the local gay paper! (Note the last sentence in the article!) http://ebar.com/news/article.php?sec=news&article=69119 It being San Francisco, also note the two wacky comments after the article!

Spell check would probably correct the spelling of Extasy to ecstasy and cocain to cocaine. Poor little PNP Clueless shouldn't be spellbound by all of this. Just say no! (I wonder if her real name is Molly...)

Oh gosh, more white guys. Perhaps someone in, say, Thailand, could find some hot Asian boys to feature on the sides of the page. -

I just read that 4 states have done this, but it probably won't matter. See: http://www.towleroad.com/2013/09/some-service-members-in-same-sex-marriages-take-the-long-drive-to-equality.html

There are probably several scenes in a city that big, especially with its reputation for gay fun. I hope that you find some fun. -
The price is right, Oz, but when it comes to your health, I wouldn't be concerned over price. You have had some ups and downs on this trip. Those of us at home are rooting for you to recover quickly and enjoy life again.

Mary Renault Novels: The Persian Boy; Fire From Heaven
Lucky replied to Lucky's topic in Theater, Movies, Art and Literature
MsGuy, the only author whom I have recently read who can write better than Mary Renault is the crime novelist James Lee Burke. Centered, usually, in New Iberia , Louisiana, Burke's detective Dave Robicheaux takes on evil and stares it in the face, all while describing it in lush detail and beautiful prose. Unfortunately, most of my recent reading have been books by popular authors who have come out with this year's issue. Too many of them are living on past laurels and need to come up with something new. English murder mysteries can be difficult to enjoy, but I do like Ian Rankin's Scottish detective series. I'll take a look at Miss Seeton Undercover. Maybe I'll actually do it under the covers! -
Perhaps I am late to the party, but I only recently discovered that the entire world is getting off on the internet- for free! I thought internet porn cost money, but there are so many free sites now that the cash business model seems to be in decline. The action now seems to be camming, that is, performing sex acts live on a webcam and having people pay you for it. Top sites get 30 million visitors a month. And everything is so easy to find, you just Google and all the porn you want is in your room. The part I don't like is that there are no screens to keep kids away from it. How many parents put a filter on Google? Anyway, if they don't know about it now, they will tomorrow when the NY Times, in a very lengthy article, gives all the ins and outs. You can see the article here: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/22/technology/intimacy-on-the-web-with-a-crowd.html?hp

Would you not be happy to have the rare genes that were actually immune to HIV? Perhaps Stephen Crohn was, and his suicide at the age of 66 was unrelated. But, from the obituary, it seems as if guilt over surviving when his friends were dying drove him to take his own life last month. Hard to figure this when so many struggle to live. Here's the story: http://www.latimes.com/obituaries/la-me-stephen-crohn-20130922,0,7435494.story

I didn't get his name.

The hot boys were plentiful. But both the H and I thought certain boys didn't want to be bothered with tourists, including the guy who I thought was the hottest of them all. I understand that having regular clients as opposed to tourists has its advantages, but it would seem that a real is a real. Part of blocking your way in a hallway or a stairway is a ruse to get your attention to the boy, but blasting your way past is just rudeness, especially on that narrow staircase where you are busy "minding your head."

SFGate.com reports that man who climbed a downtown light pole naked has been arrested for throwing bricks at police while perched- apparently clothed- on a ledge. Take a look at this man. Would you want to see him naked? Did the cops give him those injuries to his face? http://www.sfgate.com/crime/article/Naked-S-F-climber-faces-charges-again-4830533.php#photo-5212930
