  1. I don't know about everyone else, but considering just today (colleges and Broadway show closing), I would rather be close to home in Pennsylvania.
  2. Major League Baseball is about to suspend operations today.
  3. Why would anyone risk flying to Palm Springs for a weekend when it could be postponed? A bit easier to understand those who live in Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage.
  4. I understand the weekend is very popular for many people. But, why would non refundable reservations get in the way? It is major crisis, like few people have every seen except during wars. Consider staying home.
  5. The NBA has cancelled the rest of the season. A player has contracted the virus. Tom Hanks and his wife also have the coronavirus. They were diagnosed in Australia.
  6. What's your point? Just because you and I laugh about the Palm Springs event does not mean others shouldn't enjoy it.
  7. Or an overwhelming rejection of President Trump (especially in Michigan).
  8. Who would have guessed four years ago that Joe Biden would have been a more popular presidential candidate than Hillary Clinton? Is it because Biden stands a better chance of defeating Donald Trump during a coronavirus pandemic? Probably. Senator Sanders can come across as inflexible and limited to helping the working class.
  9. Interesting response. Lucky you. Play attention to what Mr. Kesslar writes about his clients.
  10. You really don't know Mr. Kesslar.
  11. I agree with Lucky. Kesslar is very critical of his former clients' politcal views. No excuse because it is different for those clients to respond in public.
  12. At least Senator Ted Cruz has decided to self quarantine because he associated with someone at CPAC who has the coronavirus. I am not a fan of Senator Cruz but people one may dislike are not always "evil.". Please pay attention to the concept that people are very complicated, including Hillary Clinton.
  13. It is not that easy to ignore someone who dominates threads about Sanders and Warren.
  14. I always supported SexyAsianStud on the other site. Always. So I disagree with you about venting. It doesn't work over time for this site if that's all we stand for.
  15. Hillary Clinton is a crook? Really? You sound like a guest on Fox news. The popular vote my not decide the presidency, but in the overwhelming majority of presidential elections the winning candidates win both. The Electoral College occasionally helps candidates like John Kennedy claim a much larger victory than the popular vote.
  16. Senator Sanders' response to some of his followers attacks on Senator Warren was much too weak. Some of his followers are major bullies, who use words like "pigs" to describe other candidates. At a time when President Trump bragges about the United States "low" number of coronavirus patients another similar response from Sanders on bullies is unacceptable.

  18. I have almost had it too with Steven Kesslar's very, very long politcal forum posts and his rants against others who don't agree with him.
  19. Huh? Senator Warren talked just now about another lane, not Progressive or center left. Come on, man.
  20. I agree. SexyAsianStud was a welcome change on the other site, but come on, try to do well here too and stop complaining.
  21. It shows how weak Senator Sanders is in New England if Former Vice President won Massachusetts without campaigning there. I know the progressive vote was split with Senator Warren though.
  22. And Biden won Minnesota tonight even though he did not campaign there and probably spent very little money. He won thanks to Senator Klobouchar, according to CNN. She mobilized her supporters. Klobouchar recorded radio and television message that played in the state today.
  23. I graduated a Jesuit school in Massachusetts too (Boston College), but I couldn't be more different than Chris Matthews in his total tribal identity. My mother was a Scottish Episcopalian.
  24. You don't believe Amy Klobouchar wrote the endorsement last night. She is a third term United States Senator - almost as long as Margaret Chase Smith and Dianne Feinstein. Klobouchar withdrew from the primaries at the right time, like Pete. Yikes, give her some credit.
