No. The only time I have been close to Palm Springs was in the Summer of 1969 when I drove from Los Angeles to Arizona.

I would go mostly to spend time with my friend Kenny and his husband in Rancho Mirage. Kenny posted on the other site for years. The Palm Springs Weekend would be on secondary importance.

The story and acting wasn't as interesting as the clothes and set design. Major problem, I believe, when the clothes bombed also.

I have a friend who posted on the other site named Kenny. He and husband live close to Palm Springs, but have never attended the big event. Maybe they are too shy, or prefer the music festival.

When Groucho was a guest panelist on "What's My Line?" he was funny for a while, but it was way, way too much on a show with contestants and a mystery guest.

I never thought Groucho was all that funny, except on his own shows.
