I eat the Veggie Patties from Don Lee Farms at Costco. So I checked out the ingredient list and it uses Soybean Oil. So is this product not bad for me? The ingredient list is pretty simple: Fresh Vegetables (Onions, Celery, Carrots, Bell Peppers); Garbanzo Beans, Brown Rice Flour, Sunflower Seeds, Carrageenan, Soybean Oil, Rice Starch, Salt, Spice.
I'm not a big fan of veggies or cooking veggies so I sort of rely on these. Plus get 5g Protein (7.5g when I eat 1 1/2 patties).
