I also have lost large amounts of weight over the years and always fall back into old eating habits after some point in time. Once again I have started to diet and go to the gym to try and lose 70 pounds, which is my first goal. A retired escort who is a very close friend told me about "Rapid Fat Loss" by Lyle McDonald which he was doing with amazing results. My friend, of course, is a MUCH different "catagory" dieter than I am and each catagory gets its own set of eating and working out rules. I purchased the book and read it througout and liked all the ideas it presented. It is a VERY low carb, low fat, high protein diet. You could say it was like the Atkins diet, however many things vary from Atkins. Mainly the diet requires you to lift (can be very simple workouts) and do very little aerobic work to maintain your lean body mass so you lose water and fat, not muscle. Everything seems spot on, with the exception of the requirement to eat extra amounts of sodium, but my question in regard to that was answered on their forums. In 8 weeks I have lost 38 pounds so I am over half way to my first goal. No diet is easy, as we all know, and this diet won't work for someone who eats out all the time. My problem is getting the required amount of protein each day as I am not a huge meat fan. However it is getting easier and as many on the forums have stated for some reason food doesn'tseem to be as important now. I am not hungry all the time and sometimes I almost have to force my self to eat. It is highly caloric deficit (virtually a crash diet)with protection built in to lose fat, not muscle. As the author repeats many times, losing WEIGHT and losing FAT are two different things. I will most likely NOT eat chicken or eggs again after the first phase is over. It's not easy but it works. Ty or Oz, I took a photo of Dane Michaels on Friday to verify his pictures and he sent in the request late Friday afternoon. I noticed on Saturday when I searched for his profile by location in Raleigh NC his profile was gone. I guess this profile was pulled for verification? But 24 hours later you still can not find his profile by location? Is this the normal process to verify photos? Thanks

After arranging a trip to Puerto Vallarta with Dane from Raleigh we arrived at the first resort which was all inclusive and didn't really leave the grounds. After transferring to Casa Cupula for the last 5 days the only warning from the staff there was being it was off season and so many people out of work, they strongly suggested taking a cab home from the clubs at night, simply to not invite any problems. We both felt very comfortable but seldom went anywhere in town alone. I still think there is a vast difference between places like Mexico City and PV in regards to safety, but I do understand the problem is still spreading.

I noticed during the last meltdown that a few new posters came over and immediately left when daddy's reopened. Shows where allegiances lie, I don't put much stock in people that fickle. I don't post much at either site (well except for the past couple of days, as most of us know) unless I feel i have something to add, but have been here since the beginning. It's nice to have somewhere to go where fairness and honesty are important.

For the first time I looked at the hottest photos for the past 24 hours. I saw quite a few that had a rating of 2 and thought they were very hot. Is it possible since there is no key on the photo rating when you look at a photo that says which is high and which is low we are getting a mix of people rating from different ends of the spectrum?

How does an escort actually have his photos verified? I see it says they send Oz a photo proving they are who they say they are. How is this done?

Ty and Oz, Dane Michaels attempted to load his profile for Raleigh NC while he was visiting me this past weekend. Everything seemed to go well until he tried to submit and and error occured saying name was already in use. However he did get an email with a verification number. His profile has never posted and I know he has sent you a couple of emails in regard to the matter but has gotten a response yet. Can you help him out and find his profile? Thanks All

What is the possibility of getting a seperate forum to post pictures in? When they get posted in Lucky's Forum after a day they are so far down the line that I doubt most people look for them. The "Daily Butt" is great but I think the edition from 2 days ago is off the main page now. Thanks

When I posted the first two pictures to my Puerto Vallarta thread all went well,then I attempted to add another and error message said web page cannot display the page. Should I try posting a couple more in a reply thread?

A couple of more pictures that for some reason gave me an error report when I tried to post them. Well I guess not. When I try to attach the selected file and then hit "Attach" I get and error message that says the website cannot display the page. I will try later.
