  1. Great to hear.... Lea's voice, Nick's face, and the powerful story/score. Hard to miss!
  2. Tom: I can't wait to buy you a drink again! WE have LOTS to talk about! haha
  3. Lea Salonga is a personal friend and an amazing talent. I have watched her "age" with grace from her Tony Award winning performance as a teen in Miss Saigon, to Eponine in Les Miz, and now Fantine in Les Miz. I also think she was a perfect choice for the Disney films that she sang for, and she has that special talent where her voice can be powerful and effortless at the same moment. Enjoy the night... it's one of the all time classics with an all time great (ok I am biased but I also think I am right). And I suppose Nick Jonas won't be that bad to look at either!
  4. Actually when you listen to the video, it seems he "knew" he was gay when he was 9. At least, he knew he was different from the other kids... Who knows.... I am supposing that's not the usual time when someone comes to grip with their sexuality. It certainly wasn't for me. Like you... I can figure it out looking back. But going forward, I didn't actually act on what was obviously my sexual preference with another human being until my early 30's.
  5. http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2010/11/fourteen_year-old_michigan_stu.html?f=most-commented-24h-5%3Fbctid%3D665136199001%3Fbctid%3D665136199001 Fantastic. Nuff said
  6. The blond kid is Chord Overstreet. And yes... I think I would do him! http://www.ladyobama.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/gallery_main-chord-overstreet-shirtless-glee-10132010-04.jpg
  7. Some of it is style, I guess. I tend (even in person) to only speak in a conversation if I feel I have something to add. If I am perfectly happy just listening, then I just listen... and hope that my attentive body language conveys to the group that the conversation is interesting. On the internet, that visual aspect of interest is missing... so I have always assumed that view count does the same thing. If people are looking, that must mean they are interested. I guess not everyone reads it that way, so lack of reply could definitely be construed as lack of participation. Different styles I guess... but for me, I tend to post when: 1) I have a question 2) I have an answer to someone else's question 3) I feel I have some opinion/statement/wisecrack/observation that adds to the general conversation 4) I am bored... or lonely. (this is an interesting one, but I find it definitely the case sometimes) I do appreciate all the posters around here, and I can honestly say that over within 2 days, I will visit this site at least once, and always read every post in certain sections (luckys place, the buffet, the picture place, strip clubs, europe, and brazil). Whether I post or not depends on if I have a question, an answer, a contribution, or time. Knowing now that at least several people have expressed concern about lack of active posting... I'll try to contribute more to the post count than to the view count...but just wanted to make it clear that it was never lack of interest that kept me from posting in the past.
  8. Having had the experience recently of trying to SQUEEZE into a tailored European suit (because it was what everyone for the occassion had to have)... maybe European men just like everything cut slimmer so they have to wiggle into something really tight! Or the corollary... maybe we "healthy (lol)" Americans need looser fitting cuts! haha
  9. I think you will LOVE Prague. I won't comment on Paris... lol
  10. I (we) hung out with Adam when he was at Unity following his show in Quebec. Though no specific conversation that we had that night would confirm or refute your suspicions/questions... my impression of him is that neither thing you are wondering about surprises me. he's remarkably shy in person (or at least was that night)... and it was definitely shyness and not aloofness.... so that may explain the 21. And as someone who hunts around for bottoms all the time, I am pretty good at picking them out, and yes I would pick him out.
  11. I would stay downtown. Closer to the clubs and much cheaper than the beaches... and quite frankly the hotels are actually nicer than the beachfront ones.
  12. Including some who are entrusted with educating our youth... http://www.hrcbackstory.org/2010/10/meet-the-face-of-hate-midland-school-board-member-gives-voice-to-bigotry/
  13. Amen, Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Oz. Amen.
  14. I was never jealous of anything you did, Oz. Just a little jealous of Ryan and some of the other boys who got everything you showered on them! I guess I was just a bit too old to qualify! haha!! j/k Man did we have some good times together. There is so much beauty in this world... so many opportunities.... it's human nature to feel a little jealous sometimes, but if you let that feeling consume you or guide too many of your actions, boy do you miss out....
  15. Who knows the motivation... could be monetary as suggested by lurker, or could be emotional.... he wouldn't be the first person to try to hide someone from others to keep for himself. It just doesnt work that well in a SAUNA! But jealousy, for whatever incites it, is a powerful force. Look no further than the unforgettable rendition of "El Tango de Roxanne" from Moulin Rouge... with the underrated and haunting voices of Christian (Ewan McGregor) and the Argentine.... (spoken)We have a dance! In the brothels of Buenos Aires Tells the story Of the prostitute And the man Who fell in love... with her. First there is desire Then... passion! Then... suspicion! Jealousy! Anger! Betrayel! Where love is for the highest bidder, There can be no trust. Without trust,. There is no love! Jealousy. Yes, jealousy... Will drive you... will drive you... will drive you... mad! Roxanne You don't have to put on that red light Walk the streets for money You don't care if it's wrong or if it is right Roxanne You don't have to wear that dress tonight Roxanne You don't have to sell your body to the night His eyes upon your face His hand upon your hand His lips caress your skin It's more than I can stand (Roxanne) Why does my heart cry? (Roxanne) Feelings I can't fight You're free to leave me, but just don't deceive me And please believe me when I say I love you
  16. I've seen almost all of them over the years... some more times than others. Hard to choose... since so many are great.... and apologies to those who I offend because taste is just that... taste And if it's not listed in my list, it's because I didn't have a strong feeling one way or another, or in my aging brain, I just forgot I saw it! In tiers... 1st tier: Wicked Les Miz Phantom of the Opera Billy Elliot My Fair Lady 2nd tier: Mamma Mia Aida Jersey Boys Hairspray Thoroughly Modern Millie Spamalot In a reverse list... here are the ones that are critically acclaimed and popular that I actually didn't like: Miss Saigon Lion King Chicago Cabaret Spring Awakenings
  17. food, shelter, recreation, and a boy to love and cuddle = happiness
  18. marcanthony

    John Lennon

The one on the left has, anyway!
  19. Zip: I am not management, but I enjoy my time on this site, and I can tell you that I look forward to your postings of hot pics. Nothing wrong with starting the day with a BIG smile on your face!
  20. That's great because once again we don't have to fight over him when I take #2!
  21. My two cents: We all spend our money on things that are our priorities, things that make us happy, and things that we believe are either necessary or our obligations. Donating money to Daddy or paying Noah Driver upfront would be extremely low on my list and definitely not in one of the above categories... so I won't do it. But I wouldn't judge others who do if they have the money and it's truly theirs to spend. There's some stuff that I do with my money that makes me really happy and is high priority to me that I am sure would make people question my sanity and talk behind my back about... wait, they already do!
  22. Does anyone actually fuck Kevin Warhol? If not, can I volunteer to be first?
  23. I'd stop and pick them up though.....
  24. Can I spank #3 instead? yummm
  25. Thanks once again for the great review, Tom! I have such fond memories of Prague but it's been too long since I went back. Everytime I read your stuff it makes me motivated to try!
