  1. I first read this as the Neal Diamond Tier... I scratched my head and reread it after I was fully awake.
  2. It is my understanding that was the cut-off date for nominations, not the award selection. If that is correct then I assume someone put him at that time 'on spec' with a wait and see attitude for final selection. Whether selection was ultimately warranted can be argued. The fact that it is suprising cannot, IMO. Shot to death. That would have been an important message selection though I doubt it would have had much impact on Iran or the World.
  3. Not as on top as I wish I had been. Some people like stinky cheese although the food network has informed me that only one company remains in the US that makes Limberger cheese. Apparently, it was much more popular in the early 20th Century with several cheese companies supplying the aromatic fromage to a much broader consumer base.
  4. Reversion I'm not too worried about. I hazard a guess that one night might be enough.
  5. The time stamp on the intial post was 2:37 PM yesterday, not several days ago.
  6. Personal gossip is fun but has no place in an escort forum where reputations and business careers can be unfairly damanged. Fundamental to the escort business are the precepts of confidentiality and personal privacy for both clients and escorts. We strive protect those precepts. We won't lend this site as a forum for anyone with an agenda against individuals whether the facts are based on truth or falsehood. The thread regarding alleged personal problems of an escort member has been taken down because the thread violated site privacy policy by linking to alledged personal identification information. In addition, the alleged problem pertains to personal issues, not business issues. We extend the same member-personal-privacy-privleges to escorts as we do members. Only their business related attributes, attitudes and activities are fair game for discussion in this venue. Any further threads reagarding alleged personal problems of any member will be removed. Violation of the Forums Policy can lead to loss of post privleges. TY (This post replaces my earlier post on the topic. TY)
  7. He has some potential if he drops some of the baby fat. Escpecially so if he conversation is limited due to his mouth being otherwise occupied.
  8. That is the point for a separate forum. Sooner or later someone will drag the political discussion into the alley. We have seen it happen here. It only takes one poster. Not everyone wants to be exposed to such rantings or even to civil political discourse on a male escort review site. We have seen that here also. The obvious compromise is to segregate the discussion to a distinct thread in which members can choose to particpate or ignore.
  9. Alaska points out the travails of living in a very cold climate.
  10. flyguy, thanks for the thanks but the thanks is owed entirely to Oz. While my fingerprint smudges were all over the first site, I was unable to contribute much to this effort when the concrete was being poured. The new site has been a true labor of love for Oz and I don't overstate it when I say he has worked tirelessly to bring this to fruition. As with all new software, there are numerous bugs to work out and some minor revision necessary when we see how thing actually work. Please continue to bear with us as we work out the kinks and optimize some operations.
  11. If this is going to be done then Asian and Australian would also have to be folded in to make sense. It is a viable option. It will present us more as a Norte Americano site and lessen our international scope. As an issue maybe that is important, maybe not.
  12. Most iformative discussion I've seen about Prague in years. Maybe best ever. Never been but always have been very interested. Thanks guys.
  13. Very hot guys!! And the couldn't come with a better recommendation. Thanks.
  14. Presumably escorts want to post profiles becasue they do it. That is not necessarily true for reviews. Please keep in mind that submitting escort reviews is not a proactive act for the escort but for the reviewer. Not all escorts care about or are supportive of having reviews posted. Also, not all reviewed escorts have email.
  15. Why are you so intent about proliferating threads about this guy. This makes the fourth separte thread spanning two forums. It is beginning to look like you have an agenda. Please confine your enthusiasm for this guy to an existing single thread in The Buffet where it properly belongs. I will delete new any threads.
  16. Now I get the quote automatically when I click response. Not sure why I didnt before. I do see the multiquote button. I still do not see a quote button. Guess I don't need it though if the quoted text continues to appear automatically.
  17. We seem to have lost the capbility to have automatic quotes of the original poster in the response. That makes for a more difficult time following discussions IMO. I have manually copied your post below for response: "We are thinking of moving many of the forums together to make it simpler and easier to find topics. What suggestions do you have? A few options that I can think of. 1. Combining a few of the forums together. Ex. Pornification, Word on the Street, and Beyond Vanilla to The Pub. 2. Letting posts occur in the Main Forum The Pub and then moving them to the appropriate forum after discussion dies down after 30 days. 3. A combination of the 2. 4. Other ideas? " Regarding #1, several comments were previously made in the Site comments thread about combining forums. That forum was pinned at the top of the forums menu page. It seems to be missing now. #2. & 3. I am against these option. It makes unnecessary work and will eventually lead to posts not being moved in a timely manner or moved at all or even worse accidentally moved to the wrong forum. Let's decide the specific forums desired and then have people post to the appropriate forum.
  18. IMO we should send monthly email notices to escorts seeking a response to indicate that they and their email remain active. In addtion to the 'Last Login Date' presently shown on the profile, we would should add 'Email last verified' (30, 60, 90) days ago, whichever number is correct. After 120 days deactivate the profile and send a 'deactivation' email the escort with instructions how to reinstate.
  19. I tried watching that show in the begining. Just could'nt get into it.
  20. Who is Don Draper? I have no interest in Jack Bauer -- not my type and such a loser on top of that.
  21. Yup, it's a pretty brutal game.
  22. What a great Friday night for eye candy. I stumbled into a fantastic double header on TV. Who knew? First, I finally saw on TNT 300 for the first time. What great physiques on all the characters. I know they were computer enhanced/generated but very erotic nevertheless. The graphic artists certainly shared my taste for the ideal physique on for the mature male form - on each and every form fo the 300. The Persians were more ordinary mostly with the exception of the graphic artist's hot vision of Xerxes -- more of a fantasy poster rendition but very erotic. I know they played fast and loose with historical fidelity but I know the history. All-in-all a great movie for the gay voyeur IMHO. After 300 I was surfing the channels and came across Aussie Rugby on Spike TV. I'm not a big spectator of sports as a rule. However, these guys were all hot -- great tight athletic bodies, muscle without undue bulk or bellies as these guys have to run constantly like soccer players. Unlike soccer players they have decent muscle necessary to tackle and otherwise manhandle their opponents. Lots of running and grunting and grasping and groping in the clenches. Lots of handsome faces too. All-in-all a very hands-on group encounter. If it were slightly less strenuous then these guys would have to decide to fish or cut bait in the clenches if you know what I mean. I recommend for the voyeur.
  23. Scientists were able to isolate two antibodies responsible for resistance to the disease in an African patient. The discovery could be key to the development of a vaccine. http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/na...0,7870223.story After nearly two decades of futile searching for a vaccine against the AIDS virus, researchers are reporting the tantalizing discovery of antibodies that can prevent the virus from multiplying in the body and producing severe disease. They do not have a vaccine yet, but they may well have a road map toward the production of one. A team based at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla reports today in the journal Science that they have isolated two so-called broadly neutralizing antibodies that can block the action of many strains of HIV, the virus responsible for AIDS. Crucial to the discovery is the fact that the antibodies target a portion of HIV that researchers had not considered in their search for a vaccine. Moreover, the target is a relatively stable portion of the virus that does not participate in the extensive mutations that have made HIV able to escape from antiviral drugs and previous experimental vaccines. "This is opening up a whole new area of science," said Dr. Seth F. Berkley, president and chief executive of the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, which funded and coordinated the research. At least 33 million people worldwide are infected with HIV, and at least 25 million have died from AIDS, according to the World Health Organization. Two large trials of experimental vaccines have failed -- the most recent, in 2007, because the vaccine apparently made people more susceptible to infection. To find the neutralizing antibodies, researchers collected blood samples from more than 1,800 people in Thailand, Australia and Africa who had been infected with HIV for at least three years without the infection proceeding to severe disease. Such individuals are most likely to produce antibodies that interfere with the replication of the virus. Researchers at Monogram Biosciences in South San Francisco studied the samples most resistant to infection, then a team from Theraclone Sciences in Seattle isolated the antibodies responsible for the resistance. They ultimately isolated two antibodies, called PG9 and PG16, from one African patient. The antibodies were able to block the activity of about three-quarters of the 162 separate strains of HIV they tested it against. Immunologist Dennis Burton of Scripps and his colleagues then showed that the antibodies bind to regions of two proteins on the surface of the virus, called gp120 and gp41, that help the virus invade cells. These regions had never before been considered as targets for vaccines. Researchers still have a long way to go to produce a vaccine, however. The antibodies themselves could potentially be used as a treatment for infected patients who develop severe disease. But the long-term hope is to find molecules, either synthetic or natural, that can stimulate the body to produce the broadly neutralizing antibodies. Such molecules could potentially be the basis for a successful vaccine. thomas.maugh@latimes.com Copyright © 2009, The Los Angeles Times
  24. Thanks Tomcal, my first glimpse inside a sauna. A bit brighter or more spacious than I imagined. The large shower area is very nice accoutrement.
  25. Piercings totally turn me off if in genitals, lips, nose, eyebrows. I can deal with bellybutton and earings. Tongue is no problem either. I'm not a fan of tattoos generally either. I can deal with an armband or some good artistic ink of not too excessive. Some guys look hotl. Others just remind me of ugly wall graffiti. I prefer all natural unblemished terrain and complexion but I ink on some guys is hot.
