  1. Great post BobSaigon Only the one being asked can decide if its genuine or not, its a very persobal decision.
  2. Did you notify the reception staff ? I would be very surprised if they didnt act on your complaint ? My safe also didnt work ( the numbers didnt seem to work) and i notified reception who had a Handyman come to my room immediately, however as i didnt want to change rooms they gave me a key to lock / unlock the safe, I found their concern and service impeccable.
  3. I must say i liked the Zing hotel in Jomtien, lovely staff, welcome drink on arrival, free drinks in the Lobby from 5pm , I had a room with a sunny balcony overlooking the soi . The price was great for such a big room .,I think I recently paid about 1100 baht per night a Deluxe Room there with balcony etc. They had a gym and a cafe ,im disapointed you didnt like it .
  4. Its hard to work out who is genuine and who isnt . Im like a447 and believe they have to do something for it, doesn’t mean anything sexual though it can be helping me with my bags to the next hotel or taking my clothes to the laundromat etc . There are a lot of professional beggars. Eg they not only ask you Unfortunately sometimes i have a soft heart and then find out i was scammed
  5. A lot lot more than 5000 b, not sure about their drinks , i just arranged what I wanted upfront and paid the owner, not the boys.I arranged it the night before and told him exactly what i wanted and they delivered. I wanted to be gangbanged hard and i wanted boys mostly with tattoos to do it whilst spitting on my face and a few other things i wanted which i wont go into lol No they didnt use their phones , and i guess they took the blue pill because all of them were hard. I kept using popper and i also made sure i hadnt had sex for a week before that. They actually pulled the roller shutters down and closed whilst doing it,i came out later to see Alain from the Sky Bar opposite asking me what went on ? I really love getting the most out of every trip, and I have already mentioned how i sucked on every dick in Nice Boys go go and dare i say it because i was drunk i rimmed about 2 of them in full view of other boys and farangs. Winner boys go go doesnt let you do that in there though,i forget the owners name ,was it Paul?he is a nice guy though and from Holland i think it was,he always reminds me of Ian Turpie the former host of the TV show The new Price is right. I took a new to Pattaya Farang friend with me to Winners who was disgusted that i threw ping ping balls at the boys and walked out..
  6. I agree , just like Nice Boys Go Go , i luv the Good Boys bar, I lived out my fantasy here last August in being gang banged by 6 studs out the back of the bar, arranged it beforehand with the mamasan and paid upfront.
  7. If you want a good meal at good value try Antz in the Jomtien comlex , love their mushroom soup with bread. 95 baht I also love a good fish and chips which Im finding it harder to get in Pattaya nowadays since Simons closed, tried the Jolly Roger up in Soi Bukhao but since it changed hands it wasnt to my taste. I think Jomtien especially near the beach needs a good fish and chip restaurant. Speaking of the Jomtien area , every trip I say I will try Linda’s opp the Complex but never get around to it,I noticed they have expanded into a few shophouses now. I never did try Bruno’s and have regretted that .
  8. Interesting about the guy giving you a love bite or “hickey” as its known in slang. Brings back a lot of memories,it use to be popular in my school in the 80’s,it was something to be proud of and show back then. Havent had decent one since high school but I remember a few thai guys mainly ladyboys trying them on me.
  9. Yes !!!! Wonderful place and wonderful chef !!!! I enjoy having a Wine outside on the patio with my meal. I must add that just opp this is a German sausage kiosk with a gorgeous guy serving , and the sausages aint bad either ! Anyone tried the Chinese restaurant on the entrance to the Jomtien complex.?
  10. One of my favourite restaurants is Yupin’s in the Jomtien Complex, mostly because I enjoy the personal service the owner provides, bringing out your chair etc,a wonderful guy and I guess a smart businessman. Because of my fetish for good Spaghetti Bolognese I also tried the italian restaurant up on the main road before the Jomtien complex, for the life of me i cant recall the name ,but it has been there years. Went with a Thai guy who had a car and we drove in and parked around the back. I would say even it being a “upmarket “ type eatery i didnt enjoy the bolognese, the service and ambiance was great just the food wasnt to my taste. Ironically for half the price the best Spaghetti bolognese has to be up near Soi 14 on Jomtien Thaipayya rd up near Sansuk Sauna , theres a open air Italian place on the corner been there for years and years I noticed a massuve increase for some strange reason of italian eateries particularly pizza joints in the Jomtien area, i guess it must be popular ,.
  11. Lol , your right, apart from guys i love going for the delicious multi culture food that Pattaya has to offer . Though I wouldnt class myself as a “ foodie” I love going out to all types of restaurants in Pattaya and even take a guy from the bar with me on most nights . Last time went to the 169baht all you can eat Thai buffet with 2 guys from the Eden bar in Sunee. Its a great experience at trying and cooking your own food at the table.
  12. Yes im sure she did too., though I did tip the Chef as well because of his excellent cooking .He actually came out and introduced himself, stocky Thai guy who I must say was quite handsome, big broad shoulders, strong, and if I took him home he’d be useful in the kitchen too ! Very rarely I can get great Spaghetti Bolognese to my taste, but Casa Fellini was great, well i should say he was great because I guess it depends on who the Chef is . A bit like Matzo Ball soup .hard to find a great place that makes it and if course my favourite of favourites Bangers n mash !! I think the best Bangers n mash i really had was at the Old Papa Davids ( Day night shop) and second best was at the Irish Clock in Udon Thani I also tried the Austrian restaurant up on Second Road , had the name on the tip of my tongue but cant remember it now, anyway went for breakfast ,something different from the ordinary bacon and eggs and fry I usually have. A selection of Cold meats ,boiled egg, cheeses, bread rolls ,kransky sauage, didnt think I would take to it but it was delicious !! Even went back the next day for more !! Love my pizza too,but could never love the taste of Domino’s or even New York Pizza on Third Road. I love real cheese and I have found the best pizza is in Jomtien.
  13. Yes Casa Fellini, decorated very nice inside. The night I went was very quiet and the waitress asked for a tip before she asked for my order which always puts me off, i just think its plain rude no matter how desperate you are for money. But the spaghetti was quite good, didn’t see the owner though.
  14. Last time I was in Pattaya my favourite italian restaurant had closed down,it was on Second Rd just opp Boyztown. I took a boy up to the back of Thappaya Rd to the Chocolate restaurant just by the water, expensive but certainly not the greatest of food except their dessertsvwhich you would die for !! Yum ! I also ate in a italian restaurant just near Boyztown,in the same soi as Lewinkskys, cant remember the name but big helpings of my favourite spaghetti bolognese.

  17. I unfortunately found this during my September trip , I wish I had booked ahead. Im also glad you now have a guide in Phomn Penh,I was last there in August 2016 and no guide available, I even rang your office in Thailand and they said at that time there was not many wanting a guide in PP and had none available. I bet now with the popularity of Cambodia he should start getting a lot of business. For my next trip to the Phillipines I will book your guide well ahead of arriving Thankyou for providing such a wonderful service !
  18. I used GRAB taxi when i was last in Bangkok, used them from the immigration office to Khao San Rd there a bit more expensive but reliable. No haggling , tells you the approx fare before ordering, clean taxis etc There was a huge queue waiting for a taxi and i just downloaded the app and ordered and the map on the phone indicated where the Car was and its numberplate, great app to have ! They have GRAB in Pattaya too although was expensive, around 220b from Jomtien complex to Sunee i think I paid . I also love using the train , loved the train trip I took from Pattaya Railway Station to Bangkok , its. Long trip but great experience.

Yes I guess Nirun Condo is considered by many farang as a “ lower class” condo area but walking around there I got this community type feel and a lot of friendly people both Thai and farang . Another cheaper type Condo ‘ s is the Flybird Condo not far from Tonys gym. At the moment im saving more into my retirement fund as i can,one wonders how much is enough to actually retire, bring into that the high cost of medical expenses etc that you may need I was surprised recently reading on another forum xrays/ CT scans cost about 15;000 baht in Thailand so as you get older you may have to budget for medical expenses such as that. Even having say $500,000 may not be enough now at say aged 60 to last you out your years. Thailand is getting more expensive. One thing I dont think I will ever do though is sell my residence back in farangland just in case I need to go back for medical emergency or whatever. Another thing i have considered and kept changing over the years is where to retire,it used to be Pattaya but that was only because of the sex available for hire there but now with the apps you can virtually hire money or non money guys anywhere . I think theres other things to consider when retiring somewhere other than availability of sex. Medical services, crime , quality of life etc, are now important to me than the availability of sex workers. Another thing to consider in retirement is how you are going to spend your days .

Last trip i met a Australian guy who spent 4 months of every year in Pattaya, told me would go mad if he stayed longer! He had bought a Condo in Jomtien around 10 years ago, ironically it hadnt gone up in value, but he claims to have saved many thiusands of baht in Hotel costs over the years by purchasing one. For the other 8 months he just locks it up . Last visit I looked at the Nirun Condo up near Soi Bukhao, they start from 350k for a bedsitter and can easily be rented out for the 6 months of the year your not there.
  21. Every now and again I get a fetish for a bigger guy, not fat just big build guys. I love the big motorbike taxi drivers

Gerefan .may I ask u have purchased a Condo? Would that be cheaper for you guys that stay 3 months, 6 months etc to buy rather than rent for that short period?
  23. And be careful which way you go. I had a terrible experience last time hiring a taxi from the small booth outside the Zing hotel in the Jomtien Complex. 1500 baht , taxi arrived green and yellow one...at 1130am....i ending up falling asleep in the cab and on waking a few times i noticed we were still going at 130pm, the driver said he had taken the " highway" instead of the tollway We arrived in Silom at approx 230pm...3 hours after setting off from jomtien ! Going from Airport to Pattaya I use Bangkok limo which is about 1800 b but they are reliable along with the Fast Track service in arrival at the airpirt.
