If you have already paid/prepaid rate, you are SOL. Move on. If you pay at check-in, the hotel will remove the IVA at check-in regardless of what you see in the confirmation. Only book with OTA like Booking.com, Exp. etc if you see that the rate is without IVA or if you can choose to pay at the hotel.

To put it out loud, the young attractive guys at Club 55 or any Colombian sauna are not there to have sex with mature overweight foreigners but will be looking for guys of similar kind. There is also a social aspect to it as many guys will be coming in groups of 2-4 to relax, spend time in the jacuzzi, chatting, to smoke weed, have a beer/drink etc before or after action in the wet or dry saunas or upstairs. But this should not discourage you from visiting as nevertheless it is possible to have a good and enjoyable time there. Entrance fee is 25 mil. I didn't see any guys soliciting massage (and more) during my time in Club 55 but admittedly I didn't inquire about this with the staff there. 2 attractive masseurs were available at Phisicus 21 in Cali.
