For me Freind Zone 2 is the best series for 2020 ( and Told Sunset About You is the all time best ever) I agree the final plot remains open and unclear which imply third season is on its way.

To tell the truth I got lost with the plot and I am totally confused what's going on but keep watching because I like the lead actors and curious to see if they become a couple eventually.

Last time I were at Mike shopping mall last February completely dead only the first 2 or 3 floors were partly operrated, I assume the new lavish shopping malls oppend last years ago harmed badly this shopping mall no wonder they are changing it to a hotel.

Cam you give us more information what's going on Boyz Town and Jomtien Complex ?

Khunpol who played Bas is a highschool student with no experience in acting at all and was chosen completely by chance to play in the series nevertheless his acting was amazing ,if you watch the I told sunset about you Documentary you'll see how much the crew was surprised of his supirer ability to play the role of Bas ,I don't think he is the MVP but he certainly played a major part to reunite Teh and Oh-aew after their devistating break up.

If someone needs a proof that PP & Bilkin are not only good actors but great singers as well :

Yes I agree It will be very difficult for season 2 to outperform the first one because all the tension, sparks and fightings before Teh and Oh-aew accepted each other and agreed to be a couple won't be I assume on season 2 so it is very interesting to see what the future is holding for them, but many Thai sequels were better such as Love Sick 2, Freind Zone 2 , Make it Right 2 and Sotus 2, I am very curiously waiting for the second season !

It's not certain yet ,the new Covid outbreak might postpone the releasing date of the second season.

Unfortunately it was a matter of time when the Covid 19 will strike again in the LOS as happened at other countries.

I strated today too watching I told the Sunset About You excellent mini series with cinematic movie quality very impressive and touching plot certainly one of the best BL series of 2020.

I don't see any clear difference. The only slight difference is gogo bars havel emphasis on prostitution. However, every other bar on the street is into that. The complex already has scantily clad lads on stage and boys available for an off. To permit all that and still ban gogo bars would require some precise wording of the rules. Venues like cabaret shows or host bars are not the same as gogo bars as you said boys on stage wearing only underwears certainly have explicit emphasis on prostitution. One of the reasons Sunee Plaza declined is because the thriving of Jomtien Complex the cliente moved from one zone to another . Certainly there is a demand for gogo bars in Jomtien and there is no reason why it won't sucseed there but the only reason why there aren't any as I assume because it is not legally allowed or it isn't tolerated by the local authorities.

This only streneghts my assumption that gogo bars are not aloud because if it is why put in the back room out of sight ?

We all groping in the dark here my guess is if gogo bars were aloud there is no reason why plenty of them were already exists but more then 20 years I did not see even single one opened so it is probably not aloud and it doesn't matter if it is formal legal prohibition or unformal implied prohibition by the local authorities, And if there is exceptional one girly gogo bar paying huge amount tea money or belongs to high ranking officer that is certainly not a proof that gogo bars are aloud at this area.

Calculating Love is a charming mini BL series I liked it too especially the last episode,very disappointing there are only six episodes but I understood it's because lack of budget. hope to see this lovely couple in the future on a sequel series. The Gifted is an interesting series with excellent young actors some of the episodes were great others had unreliable plot so I have mixed feelings about this series .there is a second season running which I didn't watch yet.

If gogo bars would be aloud I assume there were such venues long time ago the fact is that there is any so probably it is forbidden. I remember some years ago an interesting thread about it in other forum which I can remember now who checked this and Jomtien is classified as residential area and gogo bars are not aloud.

Yes that's what I meant for tourists Boyz Town is perfectly located in the center of everything ,for expacts it's not so attractive because of the high prices, noisenense and because it's not gay oriented anymore. I understood that Jomtien area is classified as residential one so gogo bars are not allowed , the very few girlie bars are probably owned by high ranking officers so no one dare to close them.

The main advantage of Boyz Town is its central location everything is in short walking distance I believe once tourists will he allow back to the land of smiles it will revive again as a major entertainment zone but I am not sure if it will remain a gay zone as it used to be before.no one can predict what will happen after the Covid crisis is over.

I am not sure about that Boyz Town was declining for some years mainly because of shrinking numbers of gay tourists coming to Thailand the Covid situation was the last nail in the coffin. Very sad but there is nothing we can do about that.
